The double switch plate cover does not have a maker stamp on it. That one does not lie perfectly flat; it has a little bit of wobble. Please see picture#4. One of the singles is Arrow and two of them are The Perkins, electric switch mfg of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Those all have a tiny bit of wobble. Only one of the outlet covers does not lie completely flat, again just a tiny bit of wobble. Those are all marked Arrow.
