PAIR OF COLEMAN LANTERN COMPANY MODEL 131 LAMPS
You are bidding on a pair of Coleman model 131 lamps. I could find no date stamps on them. Neither fount has any dents but they could both use a new paint job. One has the shade holder. The other has the vent rod broken off in the top of the mixing chamber. Easy job to drill it out. A great project for someone or just keep them around for parts. All I did was wipe the dust off of them. I have not tested these lamps in any way but I see no reason why they could not be made to work as intended. Restored Working 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Sportlamps Sport Lamps
Up for auction today is an original pair of Mustang Mach 1 sportlamps. This is the best complete used set I have ever seen. The mounting studs are perfect. Not snapped off or buggered up. The wiring is viable and pliable. These are original MAch 1 lights with the correct part numbers printed on the wires. Most lights have rotted ground wires and do not light, these work flawlessly. The Mustang Mach 1 front wiring harness only uses two out of the three wires to light the higher wattage filament. If you don't use the correct Mach 1 lights with the Mustang Mach 1 harness. You will have to cut and splice the wiring to get them to work. The chrome has been polished and the black on the chrome bezel has been repainted. The housings are rust free and have the original silver interior finish. I replaced the original 1157A bulbs that had flaking ... morepaint with a pair of correct vintage. Amber painted bulbs, not the cheesy, orange colored, on store shelves. I replaced the lens gaskets with new reproduction parts and polished the original lenses. There is a small pit on the LH lens at about 7:00 near the center. I have dozens of lenses and will search for a better one. The original three legged plastic bezels are not shown and not included. They are currently being reproduced along with the grille. In another listing I am selling the correct. Complete, restored sportlamp brackets, with OEM hardware, including the L shaped radiator cradle brackets which are usually missing. What is so nice about this light is that it has a 110 plug on it. So I was able to plug it into my wall and test it. It lit right up. I am not sure what wattage bulb is in it but it seems to work great. The pics are of the acutal item you are bidding on. MOHAI or the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle recently moved and this came from their old location. The curator said everything was in working condition when it was removed from their old location.

They are in nice condition, with some minimal wear, a very tiny chip on the upper edge of one of the lamps, it is very small and was hard to photograph. They are in good working condition. The shades are marked Holophanes. XE-40 some are also marked patented 1912. This Uno shadeholder style was used 1912 and into the 20's. Some of the Holophanes have flea bites on the ribs no worse than the ones pictured by my fingers. I don't sell items that are obviously damaged but I am not going to document every little flaw-these items are old and used but in good recondition. These sconces were designed to fit over a sink or vanity. This wall lamp has been washed, paint and most dings removed, and waxed. The canopy bell is 5 inches in diameter and will cover a standard outlet box. The wall sconces stick out about 10 1/2 inches, they are about ... more16"wide and 10" top to bottom. They should match well with a rubbed bronze finish on your hardware. The paddle switches are circle F NOS(new old stock) porcelain fat boy sockets-that work well with a crisp click. Wow! Up for auction is a three piece set of mid century lamps.The bottom of the floor lamp has Acme embossed on to the cast iron base. The floor lamp is about 53" tall. The glass shade is 6" tall x 8" and the fiberglass shade is 17.5" wide and 8" tall.The lamp works looks good,the brass has become tarnished over time and the base has some stains/surface rust and tarnishing,the glass shade has a chip around the base,once its on the lamp its not very noticeable. Antique Pair Kerosene/Oil Carriage Lantern Lamps Sconces converted to Electric
PAIR OF ANTIQUE BRASS CARRIAGE TYPE LANTERN/LAMPS Up for auction is this great matched pair of wall sconce lamps which are very old and possibly hung on a carriage or railroad car? They have been converted to electric as you can see but there is still the familiar scent of oil or kerosene which makes me think they are very old. Possibly early 1900s? One of them appears to have been partially restored and the other is totally original with a dark patina finish. They are about 28" tall and about 9" across at their widest point and must have been outdoor lamps. The tops are vented and come off. Each lamp has five original 4" x 5.5" beveled panes of thick glass, all panes are in good condition on both lamps. The porcelain electric socket says"made in USA" on it. The decorative handles are lovely and I can only see ... moreone tiny stress crack(shown in photos) on one lamp. Otherwise, they show typical wear for their age. Each of them has a stem that leads to a wall mount plate, there is about 5" between the lamp and the flush side of the mount. One has the original screw taped to the back. Electric cord clipped from back, these lamps have not been tested but I see no reason why they would not work as all wiring seems intact. Lamps Spelter French Moreau pair
Wonderful pair of turn of the century or earlier spelter lamps. They are from the Moreau foundry in France. The family had quite a few family members whose art was produced in bronze and in spelter. At the foundry. These genre fisherman lamps are by Francois Moreau and are quite scarce. There are the classical figures to be seen and many putti but the Genre are rare. This pair shows a fisherman and his wife. He carries his oars over his shoulders. She carries a basket of a small ray and mullets. The detailing is exquisite. The net he's carrying. The wave at his feet, her basket of fish and scarf flowing. Unfortunately there is a small hole on her back. I believe it came about when the figures were made into lamps. The lampshades are made of aluminium lacquered petrol blue with a slightly finish. They have an inner white lacquer to maximise light reflection and decorative perforations along their bottom rims. The bulb casings are encased in brass cylinders placed on top of the lampshades. These are fixed to the brass curved stems with brass butterfly screws to allow for adjustments. The bases are made of brass with a narrow rectangular piece of sheet metal lacquered petrol blue with a slightly textured finish. The original switches are placed on the bases. The lamps are in good condition and in full working order. The brass work presents with age related blemishes while the lacquer work presents with a few age related ... morescratches and marks. One of the lampshades has a 3cm chip on the inner white lacquer work(hardly visible when the bulb is fitted) The same lampshade has chips on the petrol blue lacquer work along the bottom rim. However. These do not interfere with the overall look of the pieces. The lamps take one small Edison screw(screw fit) bulb each. They are fitted with UK plugs. The Candlesticks date to the Golden era of Birks Sterling when all their items were of the finest quality and this pair is quite elegant. The Hurricane Lamps are a nice practical size for use measuring approx" tall overall or the candlesticks alone measure" tall by 4-3/8" across the bases. They are also weighted so there is no chance of them tipping over. Even or a dining table. The sticks are in excellent condition as the photos show with no large dents, wrinkles or repairs(the bases are just ever so slightly off dented) The Sterling Silver Shade holders are also Birks and the Glass Shades show no chips, cracks or repairs. This is a pair of VINTAGE STERLING SILVER CANDLE HOLDERS"HURRICANE LAMPS" They are marked in two different places as shown in the photos. They have beautiful glass etched globes that have a grape design on them. These items are free of cracks chips in the glass. There is minor pitting to the candle holders as shown in photos. Measures 11 1/2" tall including the globes 5 3/4" candlesticks approximately.
