Stunning Antique English Cut Crystal & Sterling Silver Perfume Bottle / Flask
A wonderfully tactile scent flask. With it's deeply cut crystal in a series of star cuts within a diamond shaped lozenge. The glass is a beautiful Emerald green fading to clear at the bottom of the flask. The screw-top lid is decorated with repousse work crowned with a circular cartouche which could be engraved by your silversmith if you wished to personalize. The interior is cork filled to avoid evaporation of the precious contents. The silver is of course hallmarked for Birmingham 1899, Victorian in era. The makers initials CM are present for the silversmith, Charles May. Excellent condition, measuring 4 1/4" x 3" x 1" at widest. Vintage Victorian Indian ivory colour bone and silver Asian perfume bottle
I was given this as a gift 55 years ago by my aunt who had it even longer than that, and the only thing I know about it. Is, it's Ivory colour and silver, Victorian India. which makes it well over 130-140 years old I have never used it nor did my aunt. And doubt if her mother did. So it is a used unused item. I do not have good knowledge as to what texture with the silver it is but it is over 130 years old. No hallmark then. In India as there were no rules for hallmarking in those days and even now some parts still do not add hallmark.

Guerlain is one of the oldest perfumeries in the world. Dating back to 1828. The bottle is made by Baccarat- one of the most significant art glassmakers in France. Often associated with high-quality antique paperweights. Judging by the stamp it would appear that this bottle dates from after 1936. The bottle is deceptively heavy and made in high-quality lead crystal. The stopper is like an inverted hollow heart-shape. Both the bottle and stopper are hand-engraved with the number'30' meaning they were ground together as a pair and matched for fitting. Around the neck of the bottle is a small decorative string ... morewith the seal of Guerlain attached. The label is complete with just mild surface rubbing. But otherwise clear. Pair of German Satin Glass Perfume Bottles w Gold Vine Accents & Stoppers
This ia a Vintage Pair of Perfume/Cologne Bottles made in Western Germany. These were bought out of an Estate. They are from what I was told. Around 60 to 70 years old. They are in Excellent condition. All the Gilt work is hand done of Leaves& vines, with gold accenting the base2 gold bands around the center of the neck and around the top opening of the bottle. The stoppers are not chipped at all and are also embellished in Gold. The bottles are white satin glass and the stoppers are slightly frosted clear glass. They stand 7 3/4" tall and are 3 1/2" in diameter at their widest point. One bottle has part of a Western Germany sticker and the other has the full sticker. No Chips, Bites or repairs. Each bottle is triangular shaped and fits perfectly into its own section in the black leather case. The glass bottles are cranberry, green, clear and yellow. Each has a facetted stopper, but I think that one of stoppers may be a replacement. The leather strap on the back of the case is, unfortunately, broken but could easily be repaired with some leather glue. Top of stopper has a flower on it made of the same glass but it looks a little bit frosted. Not crackled. it is in mint condition, no chips or cracks that aren't meant to be there and the stopper is in equally good condition.
