These lantern are heavy weight 950 Sterling Silver. The craftsman ship is excellent. They have been stored for years in the original wood box and I do not believe they were ever used. Each stands 3 3/4" in height on a three footed base. They are marked Sterling 950. The top unscrews as pictured for filling. There is still a label attached to the box that reads OKUBO BROTHERS Tokyo. Japan. I believe these were probably brought back from Japan i after World War II. The pair weighs between 59 and 60 grams. They are both in excellent condition. I did not polish and will leave that to the new owner. They will polish up beautifully. Safely packed delivery will be FREE. PLEASE read item description and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. I do my best to honestly describe everything accurately and try and show many clear. English Cut Glass Pedestal Salt with Silverplated Lid marked JG and 4 hallmarks
We are pleased to offer this beautiful 19th century Cut Glass Salt Shaker with Silver plated lid. Lid is maker marked JG and hallmarked with 4 figures that are faint to read. Glasstop is not threaded and cap pushes on and stays as there is a inset where the lid meets the body of the shaker. Shaker cuts are well depicted in the first picture. Shaker is 4 3/4" high. I believe the mark to be that of John Golding Plymouth Exeter England 1844. Though this appears a finer quality of silver than plate and thinner. Without testing I can not ascribe it to unmarked sterling. Condition is excellent with light overall wear. a few little nicks to the foot but to be expected.

Description Here's an original Atterbury John Bull saloon pepper shaker. Included is a link with info on how to tell the original Atterbury from the 1950 Imperial Glass shaker. The rim has a little roughness which is common for old blown glass without pontils. But doesn't show with top on, and the top has a few tiny dents, but for it's original in manufacturing flaws we'll call this excellent+ condition. There's a tiny piece molded into the bottom that was left over in the mold but no chips, cracks or other distractions. 6 1/8" tall with top on. Insurance& delivery confirmation included in price. Lovely Antique Art Deco Hand Cut Glass Salt and Pepper Shakers
A very pretty set of Antique Art Deco Cut Glass Salt and Pepper Shakers. Measure 4 3/4 inches tall. The bases are 4 sided with a slight pyramid shape and a deeply cut design. In very good antique condition. With no cracks. There is one small chip on the bottom edge of one shaker. And two small chips on the bottom edge of the other- please see photos for details. There are a few bubbles in the old glass. But it remains very clear. There is one bubble right on the surface of one shaker. And slight variations in the hand cuts from one shaker to the other. The lids have neat finials on top. And both do have some corrosion-please note in photos. As well. The lids are chrome plated. A very attractive set and a great addition to your collection. The first set is an antique Art Deco Depression glass salt and pepper shakers in a beautiful shade of pink. Done in a rippled design; in fantastic condition with no chips or cracks; the lids are a white Bakelite. The second pair is even older. Dating from around the 1900's, done to look like a vegatable although I'm not sure which one, maybe a tomato. They're in fantastic condition especially considering their age with no defects. The last is just one shaker and is really old. Dating from before 1900, done in an Oriental design. The sets are truly gorgeous and entirely functional so if you enjoy dressing up your table with interesting pieces then these are just ... moreperfect for you. Pretty textured pattern with fans and diamonds. They stand about 1" tall and are about 1 1/2" in diameter. Each weighs about 50 grams. We are unsure of the age of these items. But these pieces came from a collection of items spanning the 1930s-1970s. This lovely pair of Victorian art glass shakers are deep cranberry in color with inverted thumbprint pattern and are decorated with colorful enamel painted flowers. They rest inside a silverplate holder with bamboo handle and a figural lizard on either end. The holder is marked MFD& PLATED BY REED& BARTON. Along with the number 926. They date from the 19th Century and measure approximately 3 + ½ inches tall by 1 + 7/8 inches across at their widest. The holder measures approximately 4 inches tall by 5 inches long by 2 + ¼ inches wide. They are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Prism and Herringbone Salt Shaker , Clear Glass , Excellent Shape !!!!
This shaker is in excellent shape.There are no chips or cracks but it does have some light scratches. The cap is brass and has some splits a couple of dents and the chrome is wearing off. This shaker is diffidently old.It is approx. 3 1/4" to the top of the cap. This salt shaker is out of my Grand moms collection. She belonged to the Antique& Art Salt Shaker Collectors Society. This is a beautiful pair of Vintage Crystal Glass Swan Salt Cellars They have moveable filigree wings with a flower on each. They each measure 3" x 3" There are no cracks or chips in the glass and they are in very nice vintage condition. They are pre-owned but in lovely condition. I have not polished the wings as they are intricate and delicate so chose to leave them as I found them. The other has no top. They measure approximately 2.5 inch es tall and 1.5 inches across and 1.25 inches thick. Great 1800's Victorian Blue Custard Milk Glass Salt Shaker. This wonderful shaker measures 3 1/4" in height and 2 1/2" at its widest point at the base. I was told it was Northwood but not sure. It has a dainty flower with scroll work pattern and tiny little beading throughout the piece. Not sure if the top is original but it is what was on it when purchased. It is in wonderful condition for its age with only one tiny little flee bite to the base which I could not photograph well. There is some nicks to the glass cap as can be seen in the photo but the blue glass is nice! A must have for any collection! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
