Up for sale is a very fine early 20th C. Chinese Blue and White Moonflask vase. This awesome vase is of a smaller size but depicts two Dragons on each side chasing a flaming pearl admist clouds. The sides have have two bats one on top and one on bottom with a Lotus flower in the center and Lingzhi surrounding. This vase features a Daoguang six character mark to the base but dates to the late Guangxu period 1900-1910. This vase is in excellent condition there are no chips. Cracks, or repairs. Finely decorated with 2 fierce, four toe dragons in high fired under-glaze copper red, amidst clouds of underglaze blue. The base of the body is painted with a band of waves in under-glaze blue.
