The Snuff Bottle is very finely hand painted throughout ... morewith Cricket figural scenes to either side. The Snuff bottle is a fine and authentic Daoguang Mark& Period piece. The Snuff bottle has a nice carved green jade or jadeite lid. And carved ox bone spoon. The Snuff Bottle has a few small original kiln imperfections to the base and shows some light wear throughout. But overall for its age the Snuff Bottle is in fine original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Snuff Bottle displays nicely measuring 2 inches wide, by 1 inch thick, and 2 ¼ inches tall not including the lid. I know at some of the higher end sales some very similar Daoguang examples have recently been selling for very substantial amounts. So I am sure the Snuff Bottle is also a fine investment piece. The Bowl also has a rich ruby ground enamel with intricately painted lotus. The interior of the bowl is also finely decorated. The Bowl is superbly and thinly potted of a pure white highly translucent porcelain. The Bowl has some small chip to the rim along with two 1 inch hairlines to the upper rim which can only be noticed upon very close inspection and which could be restored if one desired. The Bowl is otherwise in good condition. The Bowl displays beautifully measuring 5 3/4 inches wide. By 2 5/8 inches tall. The bowl is part of a group of very fine bowls up for auction from the estate collection. I was told the bowls are inherited pieces and have been in the family since the earlier 1900s period. The Bowl is also richly enamelled with a beautiful and vibrant yellow enamel with famille rose scrolling lotus. The interior is also superbly hand painted with a nice scenic design. The Bowl is superbly and thinly potted of a pure white highly translucent porcelain. The Bowl has a finely carved and formed footrim. Along with a neatly written Daoguang period mark. The Plates are very finely hand painted throughout with ornate bird and butterfly famille rose enamel designs. The Plates also have a beautiful light green longquan celadon glaze. The Plates are signed and would date from the later Jiaqing to Daoguang period. Two of the plates have light 1 inch rim hairlines. And there are a few small rim chips as well so I am selling the plates in as is condition. But overall for their age the plates are in substantially good condition with no large chips, or repairs. The Plates display very nicely measuring 7 1/2 inches wide each. The Plate would make a great addition to any collection, and Asian inspired decor. Up for sale is a very fine and rare Chinese Famille Rose minature fish vase in Iron Red. This wonderful vase dates to mid 19th C late Daoguang Period and is of the period. This vase is in excellent condition there are no chips. Cracks, or repairs but does show wear to the gold on the rim due to age. This vase stands 2 7/8" 7.5 cm) tall with the stand, 1 7/8" 4.8 cm) without, and 2 1/4" 5.8 cm) wide at it's widest point. The bowl is one of the finest quality examples like this I have personally seen. The bowl is superbly and intricately hand painted throughout with vibrant and rich enamel colors. By the superb qualities I am told this bowl would date from the Jiaqing to Daoguang period. The bowl shows some light wear and has a light star crack to the outer base side that can only be seen from the outside of the bowl. Possibly being an original kiln imperfection. This could be restored if one desired and the bowl is other side in fine condition with no chips, or restoration. The bowl is a large size example that displays beautifully measuring 15 1/4 inches wide, and sits 4 1/4 inches tall. You rarely find example of this quality come up for auction. The plaque is an early example that is not found often. By the superbly qualities and rich enamel colors I am told this plaque would date from the Qianlong to Jiaqing period which I believe to be a correct dating. The plaque has an interesting mythical figure Chinese landscape design. The plaque is also nicely framed which was most likely added to the plaque some time in the earlier 1900’ s period. The plaque shows some light wear but is overall in fine original condition with no chips. Cracks, or repairs. The plaque itself measures 5 inches wide, by 7 inches tall. The vase is very finely and ornately hand painted throughout. The vase has interesting imperial figures paneled scenes along with intricately modeled and pierced dragon side handles. I am told by the fine qualities and design this vase is would have been produced within the Jiaqing to Daoguang reign. As you can see the vase has a hole with associated cracks to the base that could be restored if one desired. A Chinese Famille Rose washer in a rare Triangular Shape. Decorated with the flowers from four seasons, mark and period of Daoguang. This washer is 10 by 7.5 inches on the side, and 3 inches tall. There are several minor rim fritting but nothing serious. This lot costs $20 to ship within the US.
