The Figures are amazing and very unique examples. The figures has a beautiful old patina throughout with many intricate details and designs. The Figures show their age with wear throughout. Mainly to the gold gilding. But overall the figures are in fine untouched original condition with no dints, cracks, enamel loss, or repairs. The Figures are amazing display pieces measuring 10 7/8 inches long, by 3 1/2 inches wide, and stand 8 inches tall. The Figures can be compared to identical examples which sold last year at Christies Hong Kong as photoed. The ginger jar has a four character mark to the base. The jar is in good antique condition with no chips. Cracks or restoration although the inside of the lid has a very fine hairline. The brush pot has some fine age cracking throughout the bamboo that should be found on an earlier antique example and is otherwise in very fine original condition. Up for auction is a Very Fine and Rare Chinese Qing Dynasty Carved Mythical Turtle Form Scholars Water Pot Bowl. The figure has a great and very unique design and I have never seen another example like this. I believe by the very fine carved qualities this piece was carved in the 18th to 19th century period. The water pot is carved of a beautiful hu of natural white jade that has a beautiful light yellowish caramel color throughout the stone. The pot came from the estate displayed on this antique wood stand that will be included with it. The figure is in excellent original condition with no damage. The figure measures 3 1/4 inches long. By 2 inches wide, and 2 inches tall by itself, and 2 3/4 inches tall including the stand. This piece would make a great and very unique addition

The censer is a fine example that is completely hand made throughout. I am told this censer would conservatively date from the 18th to 19th century period. And could possibly even be a later Ming period piece. The censer has a unique triple peach Chinese design with bat figures and foliage side handles. The censer also came from the estate with its original stand that is rarely still found with such pieces. The censer is also signed to the base. The censer shows its early age with some marks and small imperfections. But overall for its age as you can see the censer is in overall good original condition. The censer is also a large size example and is an impressive display piece measuring 9 1/2 inches wide, by 8 inches deep, and 10 inches tall. The censer sits 12 1/2 inches tall with its stand. The box has an amazing design with carved phoenix birds. The box has some small chips to the back side center. And some small nicks to the interior.
