It measures 63 inches wide. 16 inches tall and is 1.5 inches thick. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning but should clean up nicely. The frame has a chip at one corner and a crack at another. It is solid and sturdy. The glazing putty needs filled in around the edges. Antique VICTORIAN EASTLAKE Ornate Window SASH LOCK Missing Clasp SPRING LOADED
This is a sash lock of which the catch was nowhere to be found. It is spring loaded. Works perfect. Eastlake. Victorian embossed design. Base measures 2 1/4" by 1 1/8" at maximum points. Spring loaded just pull to open and move forward and pull to close and bring back. Our description refers to the overall condition considering age and material. These are a rare matched set of 4 Victorian ornate cast iron window sash locks. With the remains of original paint and a fine film of rust, making for a wonderful patina that only comes with age. These measure 2 1/4" long on the backplates x 1" wide. The half circles are 2 1/4" x 1 1/8" wide. These have raised lettering on the back PAT. JAN.4& JUNE 13 1876. There are no chips or cracks. 7 Sets of Old Ornate Window Latches or Locks Victorian Hardware
Here are 7 sets of old ornate window latches or locks. They look to be in from the Victorian era. They do need to be cleaned up, a few have paint on them, but, the levers move back and forth and they do latch into the latching piece. They will be packed with the screws that came with them, when they were removed from the old house my husband was working on, not sure if all the screws are there or not. I am also not sure what kind of metal these are made of. They measure about 2 5/8 inches long on the lever side, and 2 1/4 inches long on the latching side. City of Jackson has great homes as one of the wealthiest men in the area brought European craftsmen to the city to build for him. Measures 5'2" wide, and 7'1" high including the molding at the top. Two arched windows in the cabinet door taper down to a third arch that is open with an ornate oak shelf with oak panels at the rear. In the home was built originally with the staircase behind it. Inside the glass the back of the cabinet is oak bead board. Below the two windows is a shelf that is rounded on each side. Beneath a wide drawer with two brass, square, cup pulls. I recently acquired several large boxes of vintage hardware from a Simmons Hardware in McComb Ohio. Alot of these items are in a marked boxes and have hand writing on the from the old school fountain pens or even quill pens.not real sure. These items were never used and some of them have patent dates from the 1800's. Many pieces are not marked on the item itself at all. Description This is a nice piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. One side is flat glass and the other was frosted. The designs were cut into the glass from the etched glass side giving the contrast from clear to frosted. This is a great window with a very nice Victorian design. It measures 17 inches by 34 inches and is 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is approximately 13 by 30.35 inches. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. This beveled stained glass panel window is a Victorian style design with a clear textured background done in glue chip which looks like frost on a window. The center design is done in red. Amber. The flower is done in purple with a yellow center. There is 1 glass red gem in this panel. Then the outside border is done in 14 beveled pieces of glass. The overall size of the panel is approximately 22 inches high x 12 inches wide and there are rings in the corners so the panel can be hung. Antique Victorian Stained Glass Window- Circa 1890 Stair Landing Window Ornate with Jewels. The dimensions are 27 7/8" x 33" x 1 3/4" thick. This is a beautiful piece with beautiful decorative glass. All hardware intact and an aged painted black finish on one side and a stained finish on the other. The glass and joints are beautiful and in great shape. The jewels are excellent, and the frame and is in great shape. The interior iron bracing rods with iron twists are still present. There is one piece of glass missing. The lead around this piece is bent slightly outward, and there are some other small cracks(see pictures) but but overall the window is very nice. This Victorian stained glass window is in Excellent condition with a beautiful patina and are ready for display. Use or restoration. Antique Eastlake Victorian Door Stained Glass Window 10 Pieces
10 pieces of stained glass removed from an Eastlake Victorian front door. Each piece is approximately 4" x 4" As shown in the photographs. There are 3 amber(yellow) 1 amethyst, 2 root beer(brownish) and 4 blue. 2 of the blue pieces each has a single"in the making" line. These are not cracks. For your consideration. Very rare, arched Victorian flash glass window with wheel cut roses on each panel. Wood light with six glass panels, two of each of of these tones, cobalt, red and clear. Great patriotic artifact. Beginning in the antique stained glass revival during the late sixties to early seventies. I started collecting windows. Over the years I have owned several thousand stained, beveled, combination and Tiffany windows, and sold them throughout the United States. After forty plus years, I can say this is one of the finest examples of this type of window. Measures 49" wide and 25-3/4" high. There are some cracks in the colored(red and blue) panels as seen in the close up photos. When I shot the whole window. I was amazed I could not see the cracks in the image.
