There is a metal bar attached to the window to support it at the middle to prevent buckling. The colors are rich and the paint is in very good condition. The wood frame is sturdy and has hooks on the upper corners for hanging. I do have a wooden crate made for it for easy transport when you pick it up. This window can also be shipped through UPS.

Antique Arts and Crafts Style Stained and Clear Glass Window. This auction is for an antique stained glass window that came out of Chicago. My guess would be that this piece is from around 1910. It features an Arts and Crafts or almost a Frank Lloyd Wrightish design. It's 11-1/4" wide and 29" tall. The glass is all original but the window has been partially releaded and has new zinc on the edges. It's been cleaned and regrouted so it should be good to go for another 100 years. The upper pattern is made up of opaque white granite. An off white opalescent, opaque brown granite and some opaque orange granite glass. The field is clear chip glass and the inner border is the same as the off white in the pattern. The outer border is a very interesting shade of opaque green. All in all a very cool little Arts and Crafts design window. ... moreI'm going to have to raise my shipping and crating because in most cases the 25.00 doesn't even cover the Fedex charges. Antique ART DECO Oak Leaded Stained Glass Curio Cabinet w/ Ivory Key Inserts
You are bidding on an ART DECO Curio. Display case that has many specialized and individual intended uses. The case came from a smoke free home and has been the safe keeping of an extensive toy soldier collection for many years. The safe keeping is strongly due to a dual locking case. The piece is in excellent condition, with the occasional scratch and scrape from a misguided chair or sweeper. The Ivory pieces surrounding the key holes are yellowing and that comes from age. The piece measures 49"H x 30"W 11.5" D. The glass shelves are individually wrapped for protection and that is the reason for not showing the glass. There are 5 shelves and two of the five have two pieces of glass as the shelf. The only flaw that I found with the piece is a missing metal foot on the rear left. Key warks great, no broken, loose or missing ... moreglass panes and all hinges are solid, The piece has 3 hinges per door, which shows good craftsmanship. Disclosure: At one time my wife cover the inside of the cabinet with pink paper. But the back panel was turned around to see the wood. Just letting you know. This is a Regional Auction. Where as you pick the piece up or for a fee $75 and 50 cents per mile both ways, I will deliver, otherwise the responsibility of pickup is yours.

A round panel with floral design. A simple. Delicate, romantic design of a bunch of flowers on one piece of clear antique glass. Designed and created by me. The owner of a stained glass studio. It was leaded with 5/16"and 1/4" came lead. The purple coloring on the flower was made with enamel. And was hand-painted and kiln-fired at 1150F. The leaves were painted using silver-stain. It can not be scraped or washed off. The rest of the panel is made up of two shades of purple cathedral glass. It was made using a traditional method to stained glass making. It's been glazed to make it stronger and weatherproof. It can last a lifetime. There are two eye-hooks on the back. This is for a beautiful handmade beautiful mermaid 11" tall with 18 hand cut and assembled pieces of stained glass made the old fashioned copper foil and solder method. Has a hook for hanging. One thing you may notice about the mermaids are the unusual colors of glass used. It is hard to find these so nice these days. When you hang this I do not recommend suction cups because they can lose their suction over time and you may end up with broken glass. Unusual And Very Pretty Multi-Color Leaded Stained Glass Window From England
Please Read This Carefully: We only sell OLD Windows. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass. Especially glass made in to sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made. It's not unusual at all to find these in our windows, in most cases it's desirable because it validates the age of the windows. If you get a window that to you looks like a"crack" is in it, simply run your finger across the line on both sides to"feel" the glass, if one side is smooth and the other side has a ridge or bump, it's simply an imperfection in the way the glass was made. CRACKS Can Be Felt On BOTH Sides of the Glass, you can't crack one side on a piece of glass without cracking both sides. Antique Vtg Arts & Crafts Mission Slag Stained Glass Chandelier Fixture Leaded
A vintage antique ceiling fixture/ chandelier composed of slag glass and textured glass panels. One of the dark purpled toned slag panels is cracked as is one of the white glass panels, and one seam shows some slight seperation going from the top to bottom. Wire harness and switch are currently working, but the harness shows wear, decay and distress and I would recommend replacing it. Was rewired in the past also, it is not the original wiring harness.

Vintage Large Bradley& Hubbard Slag Glass Lamp. The overall height of the lamp is 29 inches. The base is 9 inches wide. The globe is 19 inches wide and 11 inches high. The globe will need to be repaired. The glass is pulled away from the metal cap where it attaches at the very top of the shade. I have made inquiries and have been told that this can be repaired. I do not have an estimate on the repair cost. The base of the lamp shows signs of wear and use and age. It is not uncommon for this type of base to have the issues that this one has. The top cap. Which sits on the top of the glass shade has been broken. The replacement parts are available for this type lamp under $50.00 The coloring is really nice. Two Antique Leaded Stained Glass Windows from Chicago Bungalow
You are bidding on two windows. These windows came from an early 1900's Chicago Bungalow. The window measures 26" by 24.5" in the wood frame. Only the glass measures 22" by 20.5" Please refer to the pictures for condition. This window is sold as is. There are no cracks in the glass. The leading is in good condition and the glass is tight. The window frame shows signs of its age but is still sturdy and strong. I do not accept returns on items. So be sure to know what you are buying. Restored 8'x3' Vintage Mid Century Modern Leaded Stained Textured Glass Window
Penn Antique Restoration. 8' x 3' Vintage Mid Century Leaded Stained Glass Window. What an extraordinary find! This spectacular. One-of-a-kind, vintage window was salvaged from Southeastern Pennsylvania. It's comprised of hundreds of pieces of glass; green, blue, pink, yellow, and clear. The majority of the pieces are textured. The design is of an urn flanked by 2 swags. Notice the 2 green and blue rondelles in the center-what great accents! The sash is made of solid walnut, and is finished on both sides. At the point of salvage. 99% of the glass was intact, but the leading needed some serious reinforcement(see last photo) We brought it to our local stained glass repair shop and they did a fantastic job-as usual! The job took about 2 weeks and cost about half of the current sale price. Every piece of glass was carefully removed, ... moreand every inch of leading was examined and straightened; all joints were reinforced. When we first picked up the window. I was amazed to see that there were no vertical bars to support the weight of the leaded skeleton and glass-most likely the reason why the leading sagged as bad as it did. However, as you could see from the photos; 2 vertical stress bars have been added to the interior side to ensure that the leading will remain tight and strong for decades to come. We're actually selling the window on behalf of one of our best customers. The window was purchased. Restored, but was never installed where it was meant to go(see 2nd to last photo) The home and the project were let go. This listing is for a vintage stained glass window. Frame dimensions are approximately 18" by 24" The glass is approximately 14 1/2" by 20" There are no breaks or chips in the glass. The design is made up of 2 colors: green and blue. The frame is not in very good condition. The surrounding glass has a pebbled finish.
