These are actually sliding doors but the frames have rot and will need to be replaced or at least cut down a bit to save. The windows have some minor damage(see photos) and will need to be repaired. The blue lettering is a Cobalt Blue glass veneer laminated to the etched clear glass. I recently sold on eBay a similar style of glass. It was a Dayton Scale"Accurate" glass sign that had the same cobalt blue glass veneer over the clear etched glass only the background was blue and the lettering the clear etched glass. There are a few cracks in the surround stained glass and the leading is very brittle and has some cracking in the joints. The signs are very fragile and really need to be in wood frames. But since you will be adapting them to your own setting. You should be the one to decide on the proper framing.

They are a matching pair and have only one small crack in one of the pieces(see photo) They have great colors of green and mauve and are truly in great shape and very solid. 3 Rare Vtg Antique Leaded Hand Blown Glass Rondelle Windows 17" x 21" x 1.5"
This is a set of 3 very old vintage or antique leaded hand blown glass rondelle windows. Two are in their original and very heavy frames and one is not(just the insert with glass) These may be from my grandmother's house which was built in 1830. I inherited them from my late aunt. The rondelles on one of the windows are in great condition. There's some cracks on the rondelles in the other framed window and quite a few cracked ones in the insert piece. The leading is very heavy and the construction of the window frames seems to come from an early period. But I have no expertise in this. The framed windows are are 17" x 21" x 1.5" and the insert is 13" x 7" The framed windows weigh about 8.5 lbs each.

Two Antique Leaded Glass Windows. Door Side Lights, 1916 This is a beautiful pair of antique leaded glass windows. They are coming from a Summit. NJ mansion that was built in 1916. I believe they were originally sidelights for a main door. Removed and found in the attic in a box. Condition: The condition on these is VERY fragile. One of the rosettes is missing from one window. These appear to have been repaired numerous times over the years. As the leading is different in areas. I can manage to move them, but parts are ready to fall apart unless the leading is reinforced. None of the glass appears to be broken, the only thing making them imperfect is the missing rosette. They need to be stabilized in some fashion in order to use as windows. 43 3/4″ H x 11 3/4″ W. Per the story handed down these windows were removed after house took substantial damage from a fire in the early 1970's Windows carefully preserved and are completely intact except for one small 1 1/2" triangle in one of the elongated frames-in the clear glass section that broke during removal from the mansion and a couple very minute stress cracks in two spots on all. Most recently they were used indoors as cupboard doors and were installed into newer wooden frames As you can see pieces are quite large. German European Stained Glass Leaded Window 2 Windows 4 Panes! Hand Blown Glass
For sale are 2 stained glass windows. 4 panes total. The bottom panes are 36x19 and the top panes are 24x19. They are framed in wood for protection. I had a stained glass maker look at them and the company stated that they were approximately 100-150 years old, made in Germany. The glass is hand blown and hand painted and a technique called"silver staining" was used. There are 6 different religious icons on the windows, Joseph and Mary, the women at the well, Abraham with Issac on the alter to be killed, and 3 other scenes. There is no broken glass or lead. In the early 1990's the lead had several minor repairs by a qualified stained glass repairer. The story from the last owner of 70 years, is that they were purchased at an auction in NYC in the 1930s and that they came from the Vanderbilt estate, but that can not be proven. ... moreI can not find a makers signature but that does not mean that there is not one on the glass.
