The bottom right hand corner rectangle is missing the small piece of glass. The entire glass is pretty solid and has a slight bow to it. Which I assume has been like that for years. The owner states the dealers tell him the red glass is the most valuable of all the glass. It measures 23 5/8" wide x 35" tall x 1.75" thick. I am selling a similar one on Ebay from the same church. Location: Saugerties, United States These pieces of old stained glass were found in the basement of a local Welsh Church that was closing down. Church was built in the 1860s. These are pieces ... morethat I would assume were from one of their many stained glass windows. Though unsure of exact age(as I'm no expert) These have to be pretty old. Surfaces are not 100% smooth(unevenness present) and have wavy lines and marks in the composition. I tried to show this in the pics. These were found with old tape wrapped around them in a stack. Some tape and tape residue is still stuck in areas. Tape therefore is not because of damage, just because of the way they were stored. Pieces were used at one time as there is paint residue in areas along with window putty present. Pieces are in various shapes, sizes and conditions. Pieces range from 1 1/4" x 4 1/2" to about 3" x 8" Colors are blue, darker blue/ green(aqua) green and red. You can see how many(and which ones) pieces of each color are present. The frame measures 13 inches by 6 ½ inches by ¾ inches. The actual glass area measures 10 ¾ inches by 4 inches. The frame is wood with signs of aging and patina– cracks. Chips, missing hardware(one piece of hinge is still attached) There is some paint on the glass. Scratches and in place cracks. The glass is very secure in the frame and does not move at all. The frame is solid and sturdy. Put some eye hooks on the frame with picture wire and hang in a window or wall as an accent piece. Pair 19th Century Fully Leaded & Framed Stained Glass Church Windows 29¾" x 17”
Pair 19 th Century Fully Leaded& Framed Stained Glass Church Windows 29 ¾’ x 17” Here is what I believe to be a pair of 19 th Century Fully Leaded& Framed Stained Glass Church Windows measuring 29 ¾’ x 17” each from an unknown church in Chicago. I bought these many years ago from a retired part owner of a construction and demolition company who had a garage full of these that he decided to part with since he had enough of framing and selling them after he retired. These he believed came from a 19 th century church they demolished sometime in the 1970’s or 80’s. The only thing I did to these was to carefully clean the glass once when I first did the project and brush off any loose residue from the lead with a dry toothbrush before framing them with aluminum channel rails. I tried to take the pictures in different lighting ... moreenvironments to expose the colors as the lighting conditions change and taken together I think it gives the viewer a pretty good idea of what these look like. All the glass has oodles and boodles of seeds(or tiny bubbles. As Don Ho would say) and that I can see, there is no damage on either of these windows. The frames are very light weight but still offer more than enough support for hanging the way I have done. These will stay hanging until they are shipped. These don’t really belong stylistically where I live now and it’s time for me to open up the space that these take up. It will take me up to a week to ship these after the sale because I will be shipping these in a sturdy hand made wooden box and packaging them separated by sturdy shipping foam. I only charge for actual shipping costs but the packaging alone may add an extra $15 or so to ship. I am rather fastidious about shipping in safe packaging because I tend to ship rather delicate items and machines. Since these windows will remain hanging until I am ready to ship them and I can’t really accurately estimate the total shipping cost. Antique gothic stained glass window. It measures 74" tall x 27" wide. It has a window that opens(see pic#2) The lines in the 2 pcs of yellow glass in pic#5 are not cracks. They were apparently made when the glass was manufactured. It needs some minor work including chips and scratches in the frame that will have to be filled and then frames painted. pic#8 is the largest example) There are some cracks in a couple pcs of glass that can be fixed or left alone as they are not major. see pic# 4) Contact me for shipping and crating charges. These are very large and very beautiful matched antique art noveau church stained glass windows. You cannot see all of the beautiful glass as my window is not tall enough to show them completely. They measure: 80" tall X 24" wide. They have a few cracked panels here and there but nothing major and no missing pieces. They are each set with a jewel in the center. One is blue and the other is orange/red. Beautiful pastel colors. Salmon, purple, yellow, green and sky blue. I love these windows and if they don't sell, I am happy to keep them. Antique Stained Glass Church Window Pre 1877 This beautiful antique stained glass church window dates prior to 1877. It is part of a larger set of church windows in a church I own. This window needs to be in a new building or church where it will be well-maintained. There are no visible cracks or chips. The colors are vibrant. The exterior of the window has been protected by a covering of thick glass for the past 25 + years. I have not found the window maker yet. But consulting with stained glass experts it is a very special window of quality made by a very good studio mostly likely in the Midwest. This church was completed in 1877 but the entire set of windows came from another church as a few of the windows have been slightly modified. However. I think the church was built with this specific set of windows in mind. Measurements: 31” wide ... morex 60” height(this measurement includes the wooden frame) The entire window will be removed by a reputable stained glass studio in the Midwest. Price includes removal. This is a beautiful hand crafted stained glass lighted church. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The detail is exquisite! The glass is shades of lavendar. White, golden orange, with some small textured clear glass used for detail on the windows. The cord and plug are all good and there is an on/off switch on the cord. It stands 11" tall at the highest peak, 6" wide at the widest point, and 5 1/2" deep. It is absolutely gorgeous when lighted in a darkened room. Cost to ship is $7.50. Rare Original Set of 1890 Church Stained Glass Windows Corning NY Addison Glass
Beautiful Set Of Double Hung Stained Glass Windows From The First Baptist Church in Corning. N.Y. The Church was built in 1890 and destroyed by fire in 1969. This set of windows survived the fire of 1969 and the historic flood of 1972. Photo 11 shows the cracks in the top section- photo 12 shows the imperfections in the bottom section. The original calking on the windows is dried and cracked in places and should be attended to. The windows could use a good cleaning. They were filthy when I purchased them from the church so I did have to do quite a bit of cleaning myself. Each section weighs approx. 30 to 35 lbs. The top section measures 33 3/4" wide by 47" high. The bottom section measures 33 3/4" wide by 48" high. Both sections are 1 3/4" thick. These are leaded glass windows. We originally thought the glass in these ... morewindows came from The Corning Glass Works located across town from the First Baptist Church. A local historian believes the glass came from The Addison Glass& Tile Company located in Addison. NY, approx. 15 miles west of Corning, NY. That company is no longer in existence. Set of 11 antique gothic arched church stained glass leaded glass windows
Here is a beautiful set of 11 gothic stained/leaded glass windows. They measure 55 1/2" tall x 30 1/4" wide. There is no broken glass. 4 of the windows have the textured yellow stained glass(see pics 2-5) and the remaining 7 have the clear glass(pics 6-12) Each window has a hand painted stained glass image. I have removed most of the paint from the frames except the textured yellow windows as they were stained. The joints where the arches start to curve on the frames have loosened over time and have some movement in them. They can either be addressed or left alone. When they are framed into a structure. They will be locked in place by window stops. One frame does have a cracked piece in it and may need a little attention. Hand cut, hand assembled. Everything appears to be paper except the hanging candle holding chandelier which is wire. Of course, it's just wire and non-functional. How about that church mouse on the back pew? Really novel piece. The stained glass paper looks like it could be original hand drawn art. And so does everything else which would make this one of a kind. The floor tiles are also cut pieces of paper. If someone recognizes this and has more information, we would so appreciate it. The wood shadow frame box measures approx 12.5"x6.75" x 4" deep. Tiny nails were used to assemble the box. I listed a bird panel earlier this week that came from the same church. these are covered in dirt. the backside not so much so you can tell their true color from the back. I dared not clean them as I have no idea how to do this the right way. the panels are not without issues. there are cracks and some holes. see all photos. the one panel has a bend in it on the top AND bottom. they are both so very fragile. I will have ups store package these. I love the"lantern" centers. im not sure if these were wired at one time. the roof on the one lantern looks to be copper. the one with the wreath. but I have no way to be sure. the one with the buckling issue measures 21" tall. 11 1/2" wide. it is buckled and looks to be folding.

This is a vintage stained glass window from a church that was demolished to make way for a new structure. I believe the church was built in the 1940's. This pane was part of a much larger window. The pieces of glass are connected by very soft lead that bends very easily. Apparently the lead has been painted and there are lots of flakes coming off. The glass has lots of bubbles. This is a quite superb stained glass& leaded panel with the roundels of which: During our research we have been informed it certainly dates from the 19th century. Dates about c1880. Of a European origin. One of two similar listed. Would have been displayed in a church or house of religion. Stained glass and leaded panel with the two roundels. Coloured glass. It has an overall max size of about 18 x 16inches. Other size of about 18 x 11inches. Condition: Considering the age. The overall condition is excellent and is not subject to any major blemishes. ANTIQUE BROOCH/PIN Stained Glass Opaque Green History: Salvaged from church
This piece has a wonderful history to it. It belonged to my Great Grandmother& the church she attended( somewhere near Harrisburg. PA) had a fire- we are going back at least 85 years ago. They salvaged then stained glass& made jewelry out of it to raise money to rebuild the church. The metal is unknown to me. But is not real gold. I always got compliments on the pin when worn and people always asked what kind of mineral/stone it was which always lead to the story of the church.
