Wonderful Long Beveled and Lead Glass Window
Up for auction is a beveled and Leaded glass window in wood that was built about 30-years ago. Window is in excellent condition with great clarity and bevels on all panes. Imagine this over an open doorway to reflect some light while making other light dance on the walls. There are no glass issues and there are some holes on top and bottom where this was doweled into another substructure. Imagine this over a sliding doors/french doors. As a hanging separation in a large room, at the top of an open doorway or as a door window to add some class and elegance. The possibilities are endless. The bottom of the lead frame is slightly bent at the bottom. As pictured. Please be sure to see the other home decor items we have listed. FEATURES: This great looking suncatcher features a beveled glass center. The beveled glass catches the sun and reflects it as a colorful prism. The flowers and leaves featured in the center are an antique-white color with nicely contrasting light brown leaves and stems. Surrounding the center glass is muted white colored slag glass. ROUND BUTTER DISH DOME TOP BEVELED WINDOW This had a hand written note inside under the dome from 1982 that reads"Beveled Windows- St. Regis 1907 U.S. Glass Co. Pg 30 Pattern Glass" I am not sure of the accuracy of the note and cannot guarantee it is correct. Please do your own research. This dish is in nice shape with no cracks or chips. This has a gold tone finish on the edge of the dish and the top of the dome that is now faded. Please see pics for detail and description. This measures approx 8 1/4" across by 6 1/4" high. Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. There are bands of red and blue around the perimeter. The center diamonds are all beveled. It has a nice new pine frame. It measures 35.25 inches wide. 27.5 inches tall and is 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is approximately 31.5 by 23.5. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple tight hairlines. Please look at the pictures carefully. Description This is a beautiful stained glass window that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. Most of the glass is beveled all the way around. There are 4 pieces of clear. Distorted glass. There are no cracks or breaks. It is in a new frame which is in great shape. It measures 16.25 inches wide by 32.25 inches tall and is 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is 12 by 28. Overall. It is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning but should clean up nicely. Please look at the pictures carefully. Antique Beveled Glass Wood Framed Mirror Dated 1918 Cleveland Window Ohio 32x20
Antique. Beveled Glass, Wood Framed Mirror. Stamped onto the back of the mirror is"The Cleveland Window Glass& Door Co, MAR 14, 1918, Cleveland, Sixth City" Someone also wrote the words of the stamp on the back of the cardboard covering. It has a wire hanger to hang the mirror lengthwise. We found it at the estate sale of an avid antique collector in San Diego, California. The frame measures about 20 1/2" by 32 1/2" The mirror measures about 18" by 29 3/4" It weighs 18 pounds. Condition: Quite a bit of age related wear. The cardboard backing is taped on with packing tape. The tape has been half peeled away to see the stamp on the mirror. The wood frame is painted with brown and black paint to look like nice. Grained wood. There are a number of nicks and chips on the paint and the wood, including one 3/4" ... moregouge on the side(last photo) The glass is in good shape. The reflective silver coating has small black spots and some faded brown streaks. Overall, good, vintage condition. All questions and comments are welcomed. Thank you for looking.
