ANTIQUE CLEAR& AMBER STAINED GLASS WINDOWS NICHOLASVILLE. KY ESTATE#114 Size: Framed: 22.75" x 28.5" x 1 3/4" each. 28 total lbs. Decided to take a trip to Kentucky to find this window and a match in a follow up auction. Mr. Apology told me about this great place to check out for certain navy paintings and rugs etc and talk to a guy named"Jimbo" who could help me with windows. The word was I needed expert help and with all the money I held back. I could buy a few things even though I didn't know much since I lost my inhouse expert. Boy, were they right. I found these great little windows. No cracks, but some light surface scratches. Original hardware with one hinge missing. The frame is painted on both sides. The big& bold single cottage rose featured in the center of the window was created with a tear drop shaped garnet red piece of stained glass. The very defined honeycomb texture really makes the flower pop! Notice the two different shades of green stained glass that were used for the leaves. Definitely makes you take a second look! Beautiful Antique China Cabinet *Stained Glass* *HUGE*
Antique China Hutch from a Victorian house built in Denver at the turn of the century. The house was built during the gold& silver rush era. The hutch was built into two pieces. It can be moved in two separate parts. It is made out of what is thought to be oak. We are not certain of what wood was used. The stained glass is leaded and beautiful. One pane on the bottom is missing a piece of glass and another has a small crack. View the last two pictures for reference. There are also some trim pieces missing. Both the trim and glass are managable fixes. The trim can be made by someone and the glass can be taken to someone to repair. We live in Pueblo. CO. Antique Painted Stained Glass Panel from the 1890's - Fleur de Lis
Own a unique piece of history! Up for auction is a triangular corner piece from a salvaged panel of painted. Stained glass from the Western Avenue Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio. The panels were originally saved from another church that was built in the 1800's. The grounds where the church once stood have now been turned into a fellowship community garden. The longest side of the triangle measures about 9 1/2" The shorter sides measure about 6 3/4" The original lead is missing. You will need to clean the remnants of it off the edges of the glass. Prop the panel up where the light will show the lovely design, or incorporate it into the design for a larger panel for a window or door. Antique Art Nouveau Stained Glass Window Pink Blue Amber Great Size
For auction is a beautiful antique art nouveau stained glass window that is ready for display. The first two pictures show it with natural light shining through the pink. Blue and amber object and the opaque field glass. It is mounted in its original window frame. The natural side(inside) has been stripped of paint but whoever did it should have spent a little more time on it. The painted side(outside) shows that the window needs to be reglazed- a simple task. If you plan to remove the window from this frame, most of your work is already done as there is not much more glazing that needs to be removed. There is some missing wood on one side of the frame(from rough removal from the house in which it was located) but this damage is minor and cannot be seen from the front. This listing is for a pair of vintage and or antique mosaic vases as. I call them. Urns? Ginger jars? They are a pair, but each is slightly different. They are very big and very heavy. The colors are amazing. They make a statement and could be used on a dining table-foyer or mantle. I have owned these for over 30 years. I adore them and have never seen anything like them anywhere. I have never found a signature and I guess maybe they are a one-of-a-kind pair. The photos may or may not do them justice. I am selling my families belongings and collections. We have several pieces in museums, several collectors and We are shipping a piece to Christies in the next few weeks, as a mater of fact. Some items do not fit Christies price criteria some I feel I can sell on my own and some are sold locally. I'm guessing each vase weighs 8-10 lbs each. The patterns are very similar on each one. At first glance they look 100% identical-they are just ever so slightly different. They look like stain glass from the Tiffany style and time frame. The mosaic pieces and main structure are glass. I cant tell for sure what the mixture is that was used to adhere each piece. They will need to be cleaned carefully as they have been used for several functions and stored for some time. The condition overall is amazing. Antique Painted Stained Glass Panel from the 1890's - Flower and Leaves
Own a unique piece of history! These panels or suncatchers were made from a salvaged panel of painted. Stained glass from the Western Avenue Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio. The panels were originally saved from another church that was built in the 1890's. The grounds where the church once stood have now been turned into a fellowship community garden. The panels measure about 6 1/4" x 2 3/4" and can be suspended from the attached chain. They could also be incorporated into the design for a larger panel for a window or door. To get your creative juices flowing, I have included a pic of a door that an artist designed and made for me that incorporates similar glass. Price is for one suncatcher/panel. I think this came from England and is a part of an old victorian window. I think. but I am not sure. there are a lot of colors and painted fired details. some of the lead is corroded. see pics for details and condition. strictly as is. i can't see any cracks but the glass needs cleaning and there is some unevenness in it. Antique Stained Glass, Cobalt Cut to Clear, Boston Trolley Window Pane
This framed pane of stained glass measures 6 5/8 inches by 5 1/4 inches. The simple painted wooden frame has a tiny metal ring affixed at the top to allow the pane to be hung up. The glass is cobalt blue. Cut to clear in the design of a harp with flowers and vines. We were told that this pane of glass once decorated a 19th century Boston Trolley car. The condition is excellent. There are no chips or cracks. The cuts made by the glazier to reveal the pattern can be felt on the reverse. The front of the pane is smooth. It is unsigned. The slender frame appears to be circa 1900. The mid-19th century pane has numerous tiny imperfections such as bubbles and stretch marks often seen in antique glass. Hocking Glass Manhattan Plate Stained Glass Panel Depression glass makes wonderful a window treatment when cradled in stained glass. Celebrate the past with this collectable depression glass stained glass panel! Two bread and butter plates in the Manhattan pattern cradling a salad plate in the same pattern creates a true heritage piece. In place of a valance or curtains. Set of 5 Antique(Ca. 1913-17) Indiana Glass. Bosc Pear Tumblers, Stained + Gold Set of five(5) rare antique(circa 1913-1917) Indiana Glass Bosc Pear pattern. 8½ ounce tumblers. Stand 4" tall and hold 8½ ounces filled to the brim. Embossed pattern of bosc pear and leaf appears on four sides of the glass with gold leaves and amethyst stained pears. Top rims heavily gilded. Bottoms have embossed pear and leaf but are uncolored( would scrape off on table during use if stained) Tops measure 3¼" Bottoms are 2¼" Can't say enough about the condition of these five. Have seen some offered that are in deplorable condition with no gold and very little staining for outrageously high prices. These have nothing to be ashamed about as far as their appearance. There are spots where the amethyst stain has worn thin. But ... moreeach pear is still recognizably the same color as the next. Same with the gold. Thin in places, but still super nice. Overall. I'd have to give the set of 5 an easy 90% on appearance- considering age and usage. Don't really want to sell them, but then again I've got shelves full of that kinda stuff. Antique Cherry Backbar This large back bar was used in either a drugstore or bar. And dates to the 1920's or 30's. It has beautiful stained glass on the top cabinet doors as well as above and on three sides of the top cabinets. All the hardware on the doors is brass; the mirror has been replaced and is like new. The counter top is the original marble. The woodwork on the bar is in excellent condition. A piece of one of the stained glass inserts is cracked in the upper left door. This glass was replaced when we originally purchased the back bar and most likely can easily be found. Replaced again or glued together. The marble top has been cracked and repaired, but the weight of the top has caused a crack to appear again. This piece has been in our homes for 35 years. Rarest old world stained glass jewels as shown, edges are raw to be covered, I recently bought a huge lot of these fabulous jewels and am selling off the ones that I cannot use, colors are rich and so much better than the new ones of today, the crazing of the glass you see are not cracks but likey due to the casting process, these are green with what looks like red to me but also a litte like amethyst, it is not opaque at all as it seems in photo, each measures almost 3" x 3/4" All items are packed well.
