It is in the original frame which is in good shape and is painted ... moreon both sides. There are 4 blue facet cut jewels and a blue ribbon below the central wreath. It measures 48 inches wide by 16 inches tall. It is 1.5 inches thick. The glass only measures approx. 44 x 12. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS ARTS AND CRAFTS EARLY TRANSOM WINDOW 89" LONG!
This real nice arts and crafts transom is from a home in Marietta. Ohio I purchased. I have listed 4 other matching clear leaded beveled glass windows from the same home. This leaded stained glass transom measures in overall dimensions: 89" x 15-3/4" I can only find one crack in the small butterscotch piece of glass. I thought there was another however it just APPEARS to be a crack but it is a flaw in the early glass because there is no crack on the reverse side of the piece. It is a very sturdy! Please Note: This is for local pick-up OR buyer pays for and arranges for shipment to your location! I purchase and liquidate estates.we do not have experience shipping large glass windows. We can take them to UPS however buyer pays the premium for packaging and shipping!

This is a late Victorian/ Early Mission style transom window that was salvaged from a Victorian house when it was remodelled and given replacement windows. This panel has been repaired in several areas- the caning has been patched with more zinc. So it is sturdy. There is one break in one of the long clear snowflake panels. The mirror has lost some of it's silver back from cleaning and age. It was removed from the original window frame and put into a new(er- ish) hardwood frame. It's not perfect. Awesome old window as shown. Original wood frame. We see 3 hairline cracks in the colored pieces(none are beveled) There are some areas that are bowed out. This window is direct from an estate we purchased and it is as we found it. There is cardboard attached to the back side.
