I have had this beautiful antique sideboard for over 45 years. It came from Europe It has the original heavy ornate hardware. it cmes in 3 sections. large bottom section. Top section with mirrors, and then the pediment top. Wonderful art Nouveau carvings. The mirrors may be a little imperfect as far as the silvering, but not bad. The floors boards in the drawers are certainly usable but a couple may want to be reinforced. It's a very impressive piece of fine furniture. located just 20 minutes west on Milwaukee. Circa 1780 - 1820 Buffett Side Table Server
THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE PIECE OF EARLY HISTORY. Circa 1800. This a very Early Buffet Side Table/Server, hand made in the late 1700's to early 1800's. It is well over 200 years old and in very good condition. It is still sturdy, it seems to be made from clear pine, I'm taking an educated guess. It has two drawers that open and close perfectly well and show the early dovetail work, the notches flair. The bottom shelf of the server has imbedded circular ceramic pottery marks where the women would stow warm bowls and pots of their meals below while the family ate. I feel this makes this piece so much more desirable. I hate to see this go. But the purpose is to downsize. I'll start the bidding quite low with no reserve. Because of its size and antique nature. Absolutely stunning solid walnut carved china closet. I have owned this piece for the last 38 years. Sadly. It is time to downsize and this piece simply cannot come with me. It originally came out of an old estate in Beloit, Wisconsin. It has no real finish on it. I have kept the wood oiled and natural. The glass is all original to the piece. The corners are hand blown round glass that fit perfectly into the scrolling. Everyone who ever came into my home admired it-a piece of art really. Overall. It measures 8'10" tall x 5' 6" wide. The bottom piece is 43.25" tall x 66.25" wide x 23" deep. The top is 62" tall x 65.5" wide x 17.5" deep. I measured from the widest parts(trim pieces included) I have all the original keys, but some of the locks no longer function as they should. It comes apart into ... more2 pieces for moving, but each piece is still very heavy. I would describe this piece as being in very good to excellent vintage condition. Small Antique English Mahogany Hepplewhite Sideboard w Cellarette Vintage 1700s
Hepplewhite Sideboard This antique Hepplewhite sideboard is made from mahogany with satinwood bellflower inlays. It was made in England and dates from the late eighteenth century. The sideboard is very finely proportioned and is a nice diminutive size that would fit in many homes. The measurements are 66" long and 36" high; it is only 19" deep. The most outstanding feature of the sideboard is the cellarette drawer on the right for holding wine bottles. The sideboard is in very good condition. There is no missing inlay. Two of pieces of curved molding have come away from the left drawer but both remain with the piece. One small piece of mahogany edge banding is missing above the cellarette drawer. You can see in the photos below the handcut dovetails and matched crotch grain veneer of the drawers. An interesting letter was found ... morein one drawer of the sideboard. It shows that the piece was sold by an antiques dealer in 1965. The sideboard was purchased from Schumann Antiques in Louisville. Kentucky. Very Fine Antique English Regency Mahogany Server/Sideboard Cabinet Ca. 1870 English circa 1870-1900 Very fine mahogany and rosewood veneers Nice mirrored back. Superbly acanthus carved side columns, scroll pillars hold up the back board. Original backboards. And probably the original surface. Condition: Good clean French polished surface. Minor veneer chipping on the base board. The lower removeable shelf is not the original. Someone has made a replacement out of particle board. One could have a cabinet maker make one for you out of mahogany. Otherwise it's in very good clean condition. Size: 37 1/4" wide. 19 3/4" deep, 32" serving surface height, 45 1/2" height overall

This has been described as the following: With follate scroll carving and mask carved terminals. The stepped pediment with carved motifs and central heraldic shield with horses sits above double central inset leaded glass doors. The ... moredoors are glazed and flanked by open-side display shelves surmounted with chimeras over 3 frieze drawers and four larger panel doors on a molded plinth base. The doors and drawers have been beautifully relief carved and exquisitely detailed. And the piece is also inter spaced with columns decorated with full relief carved renaissance chimeras" This buffet is estimated to be from the 1860's to 1880's and is almost positively Mahogany. On a scale of 1-100. We are 99.99% sure of the wood, but I like to leave that last.01% on the off chance a mistake was made. However, it was verified by someone who is nationally accredited with the NWFA, and has been in the both the wooden furniture and antiques as well as wooden flooring business for 20+ years. Unfortunately we do not know it's full history as we were lucky enough to find this at an incredible estate sale. As can be seen in the pictures. Fantastic little Antique Pine? Hutch Cupboard. Im guessing its Pine. But not 100% certain. It has the weight and look of Pine, but I know there are other woods that are very similiar. Measures only 55" high x 30" wide x 15" deep Could stand to be cleaned and polished with Old English. But ill leave that for the buyer to decide. Overall great antique condition. Beautiful antique buffet. Features a solid white marble top and four drawers. The top two drawers have keyholes. Although the keys are missing. The left drawer has three sections, where the right drawer is left open. The bottom two doors open to two sections of storage. The piece was previously painted green. The top left drawer has a chip in the wood, and both of the top drawers have some bubbling of the veneer. It measures 18.5 inches by 53.5 inches by 38.5 inches.

Your looking at a magnificent Victorian rosewood breakfront circa 1875. It is inlaid to death with exotic woods and the doors have heavy beveled glass as shown. Has a few minor condition issues-one small piece of glass missing on the top left door(bottom of door) with some molding missing. And there is a small column that needs to be put back in place. These issues are minor considering the age of the piece and the overall condition of the piece is fine with ORIGINAL finish. It measures a full 5 feet wide and 93 inches tall. The piece is fairly heavy as its all rosewood. No inlay or marquetry missing as evidenced in the not so good pics. Sorry about the glare. Imported from the United Kingdom. This Chiffoner Sideboard is a real jaw dropper. When I acquired it, I was told it was a French Chiffoner, but I got it in England. I was told it was about 1850's and solid flame mahogany. If you can tell me more please email me. FRENCH ANTIQUE RENAISSANCE MARBLE TOP SERVER - 1880-1900's
This piece was in a shop in Willow Glen. San Jose, CA, It was stored out-side prior to our purchase in 2009 and in pretty rough shape. We bought the piece and had it restored professionally by A-1 Furniture Refinishing in San Jose. The piece is stunning with rich walnut, a marble top and original handles. The piece is hand crafted not mass manufactured. There are similar pieces, but I have not been able to find another one exactly like it. The only thing missing is the Pediment top, but as you can see from the photos, missing that piece does not take away from the beauty of the piece. It is very heavy. So to ensure no damage we are asking for it to be picked up rather than shipped. The only reason for selling it now is the need for storage rather than display.

Hepplewhite Sideboard I will consider deliver of this sideboard up to a distance of 300 miles for $150. Though it is listed as"Local Pickup" in the Mid-Missouri area. Delivery price to closer distance priced accordingly. Please contact me before bidding. This antique Hepplewhite sideboard is made from mahogany with satinwood bellflower inlays. It was made in England and dates from the late eighteenth century. The sideboard is very finely proportioned and is a nice diminutive size that would fit in many homes. The measurements are 66" long and 36" high; it is only 19" deep. The most outstanding feature of the sideboard is the cellarette drawer on the right for holding wine bottles. The sideboard is in very good condition. There is no missing veneer or inlay. Two of pieces of molding have come away from the left drawer ... morebut both remain with the piece. One small piece of mahogany edge banding is missing above the cellarette drawer. You can see in the photos below the handcut dovetails and matched crotch grain veneer. An interesting letter was found in one drawer of the sideboard. It shows that the piece was sold by an antiques dealer in 1965. The sideboard was purchased from Schumann Antiques in Louisville. Kentucky. The firm is still in business and still sells fine antiques. Payment is simplest and fastest by Paypal. Buyer may return item in same condition for refund of selling price. Large Superb Quality Regency Mahogany Antique Buffet Server Made in England
This is a superb solid mahogany regency server made in England To either side there is a pedestal with a tea caddy top. The top one still has the original bottle holder. The front has a very nice flamed mahogany veneer with with black ebony string in lay to the center drawer. It has the original regency style reeded legs to the back and front. The three drawer linings are solid oak with dovetail joints and run very smooth. Its a great server over 150 years old and in good condition. The only thing I can see is to the left top there is a fine split, apart from that is a superb example of a regency server. Measurements are 80 long 22 deep 45 high to the top of the pedestal.

Having just been restored by my very experienced restorer(50 years) it is consequently in excellent condition and is ready for immediate use in the home or for retailing in a prestigious showroom or fair. Please note we have not re-lined this cabinet, but we could arrange this in your own cloth should you wish. The second thing that strikes you about this cabinet is the colour and patination. The cabinetmaker that made this cabinet chose some very good quality timbers for the job. This has resulted all these years later in a cabinet with a gorgeous soft rich warm colour and patination that can only be attained by walnut of this age and quality. Thirdly are the proportions. The design of this cabinet is just right and the cabinet benefits from having a good balance. Antique Victorian Renaissance Revival Style Marble Top Walnut Sideboard/ Buffet Beautiful Antique Victorian Renaissance Revival Style Walnut Sideboard Marble Top Circa: 1850-1880 Measures approx. 55" tall. 60" wide and 18" Front to Back. There are lots of gorgeous carvings on this piece of furniture. You can zoom in on the pictures to view these closer. The carving at the very top middle has a little chipped piece. I included a picture of this. It is on the top left of this carving. The top of the sideboard is covered with a slab of marble. The marble is in very good co ndition with no chips. Cracks or breaks. This slab of marble can be removed to move or transport the sideboard. If you are looking at the sideboard from the front. The piece that is located at the very back left side of the marble is missing a small piece of ... moremolding on the side. I included a picture of this as well. There is a door in the front that opens up to a compartment that includes 2 shelves. On the backside of the door.The top piece of the molding that holds the center wood piece of the door is missing. You can see this in one of the pictures that I provided. There is a lock located on the door. I do not have the key that fits this. The drawer located at the top of the door still opens and shuts very good. The door is dovetail construction. There are 3 shelves located on both sides of the door. Some of the shelves do have a little discoloration. But the wood is smooth and does not look like it has been wet at anytime. Please view the pictures for more on this. I cannot find any makers marks anywhere on the sideboard. I did however. Have an appraiser research it and here are the remarks that I received from that: Your piece is Victorian and in the Renaissance Revival style which was popular 1850-1880.
