The two doors open on the base to expose a shelf interior. The center is the mirror panel with the pillars and is not a door. You have a double door front and a center with carved pillars. Antique Chippendale Sideboard Buffet Dresser Great for living room/bedroom. Lots of storage. Six drawers and center cabinet. The front of the drawers have a walnut veneer that adds beautiful contrast to the piece. It has beautiful carved claw legs(over balls) One of the drawers is missing a small part of it's veneer. There is a stress crack across the top and down one side. It was purchased this way. And does not impact the structural integrity of the piece. Wood filler in the crack is a light brown color on top amd darker on the side. One of the drawers has the original green felt inside. Minimal Work for such a regal piece. This is a stunning Tomlinson Furniture walnut sideboard. This beauty is 37 1/2" tall x 20" deep x 54" wide. It is 50 1/2" tall to the top of the mirror. It is in very good antique condition. There is one drawer where it appears there was a repair and another drawer with a chip out of the facing on corner all of which are shown in photos. None of this is noticeable unless you are looking for them. As a matter of fact. I didn't realize they were there until I was taking pictures. This is a very sturdy and solid piece of furniture. The top of this Buffet/Server was re-finished, see pictures, and the painted sections were re-painted over the years. This charming Server has doors on the sides. And it has dove-tailed drawers on the front that are made out of solid wood on the inside, see pictures, and they are working properly. This Buffet/Server has elegant antique Brass-finish hardware, and it has interesting distressed Copper-finish supports on the bottom, see pictures. We are selling our beautiful antique German buffet. It says"Berlin 1888" on the back. It measures H99 x W56 x D25 inches. The veneer on the backplate between the bottom and the top parts(see photo) It is also missing an original part. Which we replaced with a square piece of wood we had on hand. It could very easily be replaced with a piece of Walnut. There are a few small faded spots on some of the tiles and a couple of hairline cracks. The backsplash sits on top of a nice white marble top. The base has 3 dovetail drawers with reeded fronts and brass bail style pulls. The legs are turned and sit on casters. There is an open shelf on the bottom for storage. One post that supports the mirror on top has a split however it doesnot appear to go all the way through the wood. I do not know the maker or exact date this piece was made. This piece would make a beautiful country style buffet server, sideboard or vanity. This piece is antique and will not be perfect. We rate their overall condition as very good. Court Cupboard. A tall piece. It measures 65 inches high, 43 inches wide, and is 18-1/2 inches deep. It provides two spacious enclosed cupboards, each with a single shelf, separated by a drawer in the middle. French European Sideboard Buffet Louis Era Hand Carved Walnut Marble w/ Keys
Very unique. Gorgeous walnut& oak sideboard/buffet. We believe it is from France or somewhere else in Europe, perhaps the Louis Era. It comes apart in 6 different sections! There are a lot of different carvings going on in this piece. The center door on the top has what appears to have a hand carved scene of a man& woman on a horse with a castle in the background. The other two doors on the top have a corucopia design on them. There are also masculine faces that decorate the upper section. The very top also has cornucopias. The center section has a mercury, beveled mirror that reflects on a rose marble top. The upper section appears to be held up by 2 jester looking men that have their legs crossed in different directions. The bottom section is accented by masculine faces around the edge and on the bottom cabinet doors. Besides these ... morekey points, there are many other details that adorne this piece. It measures 7' 9 1/2" tall and 59" wide and just under 21" deep! It also has the original keys for the locks. A very unusual find! The center bottom door has 2 cracks. Being offered for sale is this fabulous Southern Empire Victorian Transitional Solid Walnut Sideboard with A Fine Chimney Back-splash and detailed fruit carvings circa 1850's. This mid 19th century sideboard has all the wonderful craftsmanship one expects from 19th century pieces and this one is positively beautiful. This sideboard measures 58 inches tall from the floor to the top of the sides of the chimney back-splash. 48 inches in height to the top of the front,62 1/2 inches wide and 25 3/4 inches deep and weighs approximately 200 lbs. All of the locks are intact on this piece but the key provided just aids in opening the doors at the base. The center silver-ware drawer has remnants of the old green felt lining that the new owner may want to replace with new felt. This piece features a solid walnut one board top. This Eastlake buffet is topped with beautiful brown Tennessee Marble. Two drawers offer a nice storage area. Two doors with inset burl panels open to reveal a large storage area with a dividing shelf. In wonderful condition for its age one side panel does show wood shrinkage and there are a couple of small rim chips on the underside of the marble. Being presented for sale is this Superb Victorian Walnut& Burl walnut Brown Marble Top Mirrored back Sideboard/ Buffet with carved Lion heads circa 1880. This 19th century piece is just gorgeous and would surely be a beautiful focal point in your home. This is a impressive sideboard with gorgeous spoon carvings. Finials, carved Lion heads,burl walnut panel accents and a fancy carved scroll and shell gallery as well as the original beautiful brown marble top and the original brass hardware and early dove-tailed ends on the drawers. This sideboard/ buffet measures a total height of 82 1/2 inches( 6 ft 10 1/2 in) to the top of the carvings on the very top center. Height from the floor to the top of the brown marble measures 36 1/2 inches,with a total width of 48 1/4 inches and a depth at the base of 21 1/2 inches and this pieces weighs approximately ... more250 lbs. This sideboard does dis-assemble into 4 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The fine display shelf above the marble measures 26 inches in height above the marble top and the shelf measures 43 inches wide by 11 inches deep.The larger mirror measures 19 inches high by 33 inches wide, and the three mirrors at the top each measure 10 inches wide by 6 inches high. This is a fabulous piece in wonderful antique condition and the original brown marble top is also just beautiful with no apologies we can find. All the locks are intact but the key provided just aids in opening the cabinet doors and does not work the locks. There is a small piece of carving missing on the left side of the pediment inside of one of the scrolls. I have shown a close-up of in the pictures and appears to have been missing for a long time.nothing major in my opinion and definitely doesn't distract from the beauty of this gorgeous 19th century piece. The top right drawer on the inside by the lock is missing a sliver of wood which this cannot be seen unless you open the drawer and left door bottom has a slight hairline which I have shown in a close-up picture also.
