Blade is about 11-3/4" long x 2-1/4" across widest point. Overall length of a straight line from end of handle to tip of blade is about 17" Wood handle has slot to hold cast metal shank then two rivets hold the blade in the handle. Molded shaft is riveted to curved steel blade that looks to be formed from sheet metal press in a mold to shape it. Blade has traces of blue paint and shaft has traces of red paint.
