Vintage color map of Scotland c 1911 from Encyclopedia Britannica. Overall measurements are 11 3/4 by 15 1/2. Upper left corner has a curved cut to open the map in the book. Upper edge is rough from where it was removed from the book. Included in the auction is an 8 1/2 by 11 map of Central. Scotland. Also blank on the reverse. Antique 1913 Bantry& Cape Clear Orance Survey Map Cork Ireland Sheet 24 Measures approx 38.5 inches x 21 Inches when extended out. I was told these old maps are made from linen. It certainly has that wallpaper feel to it. Although there is a stain on t he front cover from water damage. The map itself is in good order. Its from 1913 and would look nice framed.
