I removed them from the atlas myself. Size/ Format In millimetres(and inches) Sheet: 481 x 398(18¾ x 15½) Map: 408 x 337(16 x 13⅛) These maps were all'tipped in' to the atlas. Meaning that they could be removed as a single intact sheet. The maps have a single fold in the center. This is the first Stieler Atlas to have been printed using the lithographic method. The colors are strong and vibrant. These maps are printed on ONE SIDE ONLY. Note: These maps are from a German Atlas. Geographical names and any text are. Naturally, in German. Condition Very Good. The print shows the proposed route for the Lagan canal from Belfast to Lough Neagh; the position of towns. Villages, mills, rivers and houses along the canal are shown together with the names of the mill owners and the land owners. An excellent example is Bevoir House owned by Lord Dungannon. This is a large 1906 map of Ireland. It measures 27 X 18 1/2 inches. It is quite detailed. Showing all rail traffic, cities and points of interest as existed in 1906. This map is genuine, not a copy or reprint. It has a few minor margin tears on the upper and lower margin area. There is plenty of margin, so map could be trimmed or one could use mending tissue to repair. Map is from a Cram's Railway Atlas which is very expensive when found. Six dollars postage and packing. Which includes a cut PVC tube in which map will be sent rolled in kraft paper and protected.

Copyright 1907 Dublin New Hampshire Map This is a antique map of the town of Dublin New Hampshire. Copyright 1907. It is from the survey of Thomas Fisk, 1853, with additions and corrections by Samuel Wadsworth 1906. The map measures 36" x 28" not including the dowels. It is attached with nails to two dowels, on top and bottom edges. Nails show some surface rust. The map is a thick paper backed with a canvas-like material to give it strength. It is in very good condition for its age. The front of the map is free of any significant stains and tears. I do see some very small marks and a few little creases. The dowel has left a bit of a mark on the front of the map near the bottom. Bottom corner of map reads: C.J. Peters& Son Co. Mapmakers, Boston. There is one thumbtack hole on bottom border of map. Edges show a bit of minor wear ... morein paper. I cannot tell if the red border lines, both solid and interrupted, are part of the map originally or if they were added later. They do appear to be made with a felt marker and are probably not an original part of the map. Back of map has some staining, mainly on top region. Nice map for the collector!
