Vintage Caithness Miniature Paperweight Scotland Rose. Style Two. Designed by Allen Scott in 1991, edition is closed. It has the open rose in the center with two rings of millefiori rods in white in the shape of a heart around it. Because the base is burgundy is has a pink cast to the millefiori rods. The shape is spherical with flat top surface and measuring approximately 2 14 inches in diameter. On the left side of the side(when looking at the markings on the bottom) about 1/2 inch down, there is like a little flea bite which is difficult to see but can be felt with a fingernail. Otherwise I see nothing but I do not have box. Inscribed on bottom of the paperweight is L 38124 and the Caithness Paperweights Book by Colin Terris 2nd ed, CT 865. Also please view the auction for the swing handled sugar basket by Spence from 1797 that goes with this helmet creamer. The helmet creamer features floral bright-cut engraving and a"TJ" monogram in the decorative cartouche on one side, the other being empty. It measures 5.75" tall at the handle. The footed creamer is 3.75" X 2.50" at the foot, and 4.75 X 2.75 at the rim. The helmet creamer weights 6.2 oz. and 177 g. The bottom is not completely flat. See photos. I offer this Beautiful Large Mercator Antique Wash Colouring Map of North of Scotland. Original outline and colour washing measuring including the frame 23 x 19 inches Stating small tear along the fold at the lower margin just reaching the print border and a little soiling of the margins, but a good copy good margins all round, This map comes from the first edition of of the third part of mercator,s atlas published in(1595) I am not an expert on maps. But the map looks old paper under the glass, I have looked closely and there is an indentation round the map and that the centre fold looks like a real fold, The Paper looks quite thick and fibrous through my eyeglass. It is difficult to see if there are orthogonal sets of lines as the map is under non reflective glass. RARE VINTAGE SCOTTISH SILVER SWORD LETTER OPENER ROBERT ALLISON SCOTLAND IONA
Very nice sterling silver letter opener or miniature sword made in Scotland by master silversmith Robert Allison. It is 5 1/2" long and fully hallmarked for Glasgow 1950. It is heavy and weighs 33.68 grams.It is beautifully crafted in the tradition of Alexander Ritchie and the Iona silversmiths. It is slightly bent at the tip as shown in the photos but this could be fixed professionally if desired. This is a beautiful and highly collectable piece and would be a great addition to any collection of Scottish or Celtic Revival silver.

British Army-Issue Diced Glengarry. Royal Regiment Of Scotland. 56cm.
This is a great example of an army-issue. Diced glengarry. The glengarry is in used but good condition. The size is 56cm. The glengarry is made from a smooth. Dark-blue wool with a one-a-half-inch, red-white-black, chequered stripe at its base. Its two tails are present and in excellent shape. The rosette on the side has had the badge of the Royal Regiment of Scotland attached to it at some point in the past. Weight is 134g. P&P to UK is £3.50.
