Semi-hollowbody guitar, Block Inlay, Cherry Red has signs of wear, nicks, scratches, please look closely at pictures. There are no cracks or holes, there is some crazing in the finish which happens over time. The guitar sound and plays great. There is some light finish checking all over the body and discolo ration around the tugbar where it was relic'ed over time. The binding has aged. There are a few light nicks, scra tches. Absolutely gorgeous Fender Wildwood Coronado II bass. About as good as they come for this vintage. Great condition. Plays smooth and easy, neck is straight and true, with very nice action. A real blast to play and can't beat it's looks. Everything appears to be all original including the case. This is truly a remarkable example of a Wildwood Coronado. Will only go up in value. Check it out eBayers. Today I am offering a really RARE 1967 Fender Coronado II Bass Guitar neck. As you can see. The original decal is still present but a lot of the finish on the whole neck has been mostly worn off. I cleaned it up further and added some good guitar polish to the neck and it looks 100% better than when I got it. I got only the neck. No Body or parts with it.A nice clean neck to finish up your Fender Coronado II Project. The good news is the original Headstock Logo is still mostly there. See pic 4. The other good news is the neck heel still has the original date stamp on the end and Fender markings on the bass. See pics 7 and 8. At first. I thought the Bindings had been replaced. 1967 Fender Coronado II bass project, vintage
Vintage 1967 Fender Coronado bass. Bass is in rough but mostly original condition except for the pair of the DiMarzio pickups that were installed. Bound F holes. Front and back binding, this was the best hollowbody base Fender made. Unfortunately, this has seen a lot of wear and tear, so expect lots of nicks, dings, finished checks etc. Why I have this labeled as a project? The neck block may have given way, which means the neck is pushing forward into the body, giving it a high action. This is not an extreme repair but would take some skill and certainly is needed before you would want to play out live. If you look at the pictures. You can see where the edge of the top is sticking out over the side. This is why I'm suggesting the neck block is shifted our loose. I have not investigated it further. Neck is warped, not severely but of ... morecourse that adds to making the playability worse. Pickups sounds great and everything works fine though it appears as if the pickups are wired out of phase when they're on together. Chances are, if you get this, you'll probably do some work on it anyhow. Neck is a really nice, worn bird's eye maple with a rosewood fingerboard. Other than the pickups and a brass nut everything appears to be original. There are some crack marks on the headstock but none of them appear to have gone the whole way through or to be very serious. INCREDIBLY RARE. NEAR 50-YEAR OLD, FULLERTON PLANT, VINTAGE FENDER CORONADO II BASS. YEAR– 1967. SERIAL NUMBER- 205338. PLANT- Fullerton. California For sale is a very rare. Nearly 50 year old vintage Fender Coronado II Bass. It is a 1967 that was made in the Fullerton plant. It is the gem of gems! It has been in a practically hermetically sealed storage facility for nearly 30 years. In those 30 years. It was tuned down and not hung by the neck. While the instrument is nearly 50 years old. It plays and sounds so incredible…it is hard to imagine. It is distressed to perfection. While not perfect. It is perfectly imperfect. There is a scrape by the tail-piece. It looks like there is some sticker impact by the top horn. There is a little cracking by the bottom F hole. But in general. It is a mind-bogglingly great looking, sounding, playing and ... moreconditioned instrument. I don’t think it has ever seen a belt buckle. Before me. It must have only been played with fingers, because I can't find a pick scratch on it. While I didn’t own if for through its teenage years. I am going to assume that it is all original. There is certainly nothing glaringly un-original. The neck is just perfect. It frets all the way up perfectly. The pickups sound incredible. Everything is functioning perfectly. Obviously all these 60’s Fenders are like buying apple stock. But this is a really more than that.this is a phenomenal instrument. It sounds SO good. If you are recording. This provides low end that you dream about. On stage. There are hardly any basses that look any cooler…but this one will stay in tune for months! It is one of those annual tuning in January specials. In the 30 years I have owned it. It has only done very smoke free studio work and maybe it got an hour of play in total over 30 years. I got it out about a year ago and just play it on recordings because it sounds better than all the other basses I have here. Thinning heard and will be reasonable on price. These were VERY hard to come by in the mid 80’s when I bought it

Up for sale is 60's Fender Coronado hard case. Works for guitar and bass. It is functional; however. Lots of duct tape on one side holding parts of it together. Also, some plywood seems to have been used to replace a portion(or the tolex came off the original plywood) Interior is fine; all latches and hardware are intact and function. Up for sale is a 1968 Fender Coronado II bass neck. String tree not included. I believe it is the Wildwood edition with the natural headstock. It is in excellent shape! Bound and blocked. The binding has not been broken and looks like it has no repairs; the blocks are in great shape(the first one has discoloration) The headstock has nominal light nicks on the ball; the back of the neck is very clean save for some light relic-wear. The fretboard has no significant wear. The frets have some divots on 2-7. Average stuff. The neck is straight; the truss rod works well. Don't miss a great rare neck for your Fender project! 1967 Fender Coronado Bass II Parts Project Up for auction is a 1967 Fender Coronado Bass II Neck and Body for Parts. Project, or Restoration. Cool Original Custom Color Olympic White Finish, Double black body binding, Jan 67 neck date, Semi Hollow Construction, and Matching White headstock. A previous owner once professionally installed different pickups with custom made surrounds. Neck pickup cavity has been routed with some slight shaving in the bridge pickup cavity. I have included the black plastic surrounds(as picutred) The neck has been made fretless. The work is superb as it appears to almost be a factory fretless neck. Truss rod is working correctly. Overall the bass is in excellent cosmetic condition displaying minor play wear with some finish checking on the headstock and some slight yellowing. Up for sale is a 60's Fender Coronado II bass body. It has some terribly ugly paint on it that I attempted to remove. Some of it I was able to remove but much still remains. The original binding is intact and no modifications otherwise. The paint in some places(seemingly where it was properly done) flakes off and other places it is thick. Somewhat still wet, and sticky. This auction is for one set of four 1967 Fender Coronado neck screws. This auction is for the four neck screws only. Nothing else. They were removed from a fully functional 1967 Fender Coronado II electric guitar. These are the impossible to find two regular, two long neck screws for Coronado guitars and basses. Two of the screws are 1.75" long and the other two are 2" long. Cosmetically, the chrome has scratches and some pitting but still shines nicely(see pictures) Please email me with any questions.

Fender Coronado Bass II 2014 3 Tone Sunburst-4 string, right-handed, semi-hollow
I am a Precision bass man through and through. So this baby needs a new owner who will crank it up and play the hell out of it. This one is a lot of fun to hold and play and it gets a lot of attention from onlookers. It is Fender's answer to Gibson, Epiphone and Gretsch hollow/semihollow basses. They rereleased it in 2014 as part of the Fender Modern Player line. What is this thing? Fender originally made the Coronado bass from 1966-1971. The originals were hollow bodied and prone to feedback at high volumes. so this one is semihollow with an alder tone block into which the pickups and bridge are mounted. It has a maple top. Back and neck. It's also a short scale(30" neck) with 21 frets and pearloid inlays. It has a"C" shaped neck profile and a 9.25" fingerboard radius- very comfortable. Width at the nut is 1.625" ... more41.3 mm) not too narrow. It has 2 Fideli'Tron™ Humbucking pickups, each with it's own volume and tone control to create any tone balance you are looking for(using the 3 way toggle switch) Neck is bolt-on with the classic Fender headstock shape. The fit and finish is very nice for a bass at this price point. All the tuning keys were replaced with brand new ones during initial setup, due to some initial rattling issues out of the box. I replaced the factory stock strings with brand new D'Addario Flatwound Chromes(ECB81M. Medium scale 45-100) and the bass took on a whole new classic rock thump and roundness. It has that nice late 60's warm sound. Even better. I will include with purchase a brand new Fender BG-32 acoustic bass hard case. Trust me, finding a case for this bass took a little detective work. The case runs 149.00 new. I will throw it in with the purchase of the bass. This is one bass that will catch your eye. then catch your ear. It is in mint condition with no visible wear or buckle rash.
