A very rare and wonderful Irish Game table 1840.This is very much in the style of Tunbridgeware that was made in Kent in England.These tables were selling in the Uk for 18000_25000 pounds a while back.This one has had drifferent legs added at some point.This in my opinion was a vast improvement probably done in the latter part of the Victorian era to keep up with changeing styles of the time.the style of base it once had is show in in the last picture. You're bidding on a pair of wonderfully sweet vintage Fisher Hand Painted Silhouettes. The background is milkweed and it is overlaid with blue. Tan and cream flowers. One of the pictures is a Victorian girl and man bending over to kiss. The other is a Victorian girl and man with the man bending to kiss the girls hand. Each measures 4 5/8" The frames are wood painted black with a thin gold painted border on the wood inside near the glass. The glass is painted with the black silhouettes and this is laid over the milkweed and dried flowers. The back of one has a written note in quill type pen writing: I'm giving you these because you are so grand and I like you so much I want you to have them. I believe it to be Matson but I have not located any marking. It is tall 7 1/2 inches to top of stopper. The gold cover over bottle very ornate filigree with roses then a separation between the sheath and the ornate floral gold collar around the neck of the bottle. I can not get this part unscrewed to clean the bottle. The metal piece in the neck of the bottle fairly narrow and the tall ornate stopper fits snugly into that. This is an especially tall, especially fancy especially gold top stopper finial. Really beautiful and very Victorian looking. The tall oval upsweeps into a rose at the top. The gold filigree on this bottle is especially heavy and especially dense covering for ... morethe glass bottle. The glass bottle that is visible is without chips and cracks but I can't look at all of it since I can't get the neck unscrewed to get at it. Everything is intact that I can see. The glass dauber is intact. It happens to be especially short. I don't understand why. It is not broken-the dauber ends in a small bulb shape as it should, it's just shorter than usual. This is really a spectacular ormolu perfume bottle.

18th - 19th Century Painted Hand Fan
This very old paper and wood hand fan was painted in water color and stenciled along the edges in gold paint. There is also designs painted on the wood itself. On the back has a gold design but can not tell if printed or painted, There are 3 major breaks and some tears in different areas of fan. I do not know if this is English or French, and I am guessing this fan was made sometime in the 1700's or early 1800's due to the subject and style of the painting and designs etc. etc. The fan measures: 9 1/2" long and has 14 sticks that fan out. with some tlc this could be easily repaired. RARE Antique Vintage French Hand Glass Beaded Wire Work Baptismal Cross w Angel
Offering for your consideration a vintage Baptismal commemoration piece composed of French glass seed bead work in the form of a cross with a hand painted bisque angel in the center. The little cherub is surrounded by seed bead flowers. They are daisies with pale powder blue centers. Larger daisy blossoms decorate the top. Sides and bottom of the cross. The workmanship is extremely fine: a true labor of love. I have seen similar French bead work pieces made in the shape of a cradle with a bisque angel and also a cake topper with a bisque angle. All to commemorate and celebrate the birth of a baby. The piece measures 22" long by nearly 14" wide by 4" deep where the angel's head and wings are attached. Vintage 1800's Cast Iron (Covered by Enamel) Spittoon
This white enamel-covered/light gray bottom cast iron and weighted spittoon likely dates from the 1800s and is in the classic saloon shape. The top is white& the bottom is a light gray. It is in quite good shape. It has a bare cast iron 4 1/2-inch diameter base; it measures approx. 8 inches diameter at the widest part of the bowl. Which then goes to a 3 1/2-inch diameter neck from which the top flares out to 8 1/2 inches diameter at the rim. The body and inside are white enamel which have some chipping and surface rust as noted in the pictures. The bottom inside has some rust also but is NOT rusted through. Antique 5" approximately) comb with fantastic brown and coral bird with an equally vivid coral beak. There is a small winding flower vine near the beak. The comb has obvious issues: missing teeth. Remaining teeth misshapen from age. Left end surface seems rubbed and a small portion missing from the right side including a few tail feathers. Badly repaired end of lower feathers with glue. Even still, maybe you like this comb enough to bid on it.

Beautiful antique petit point embroidered picture in new frame
This is a truly beautiful hand embroidered petit point picture. I had it for a long time without frame and about 20 years ago I decided that it needs a frame so I can enjoy looking at it. The detail is incredible. The stitches are so tiny, you have to look really closely to see the work. I had it framed with non-reflective glass. But it did reflect the flash, that is the white spot. The embroidery is absolutely perfect. So is the frame and the pas partout. Any question. Please ask.

Set of 2 vintage reverse painting pictures in frames with convex glass. Silhouette of Victorian lady and gentleman with a color mountain backdrop on one. The other has a reverse painting silhouette of a peacock against a vase of flowers background. Cardboard backing with loop for hanging Both have a striped metal frame with convex glass 4" by 5" Great antique vintage condition. The paint is intact and the frames and convex glass have no cracks or damage. The color artwork has some small crimps at the top. Please see photos for details.

Unique Antique Continental Cow Horn Snuff Box in the Shape of a Bird
Description From a collection. We offer a gorgeously made unique snuff box in the shape of a bird. It appears to be made of cow horn and was made in three parts: the top body, the bottom body and the wing. The bird's eye is in a silvered metal. The latter(the wing) is hinged and lifts up to access the hole beneath. I found that this does not close fully and dop not wish to force it. A truly unique piece. The case is in very good condition with very minor wear. Please see the pictures. Measurements: 9. cm long; 6 cm wide(including wing) 2.5 cm high. 3 3/4 inches by 2 3/4 inches by 1 inch) Canadian purchasers are required to pay the GST and if resident in Ontario the HST.
