Scrollwork, and intricate rim. 10 2/ 8" Wallace Melford is silver plated it is not marked sterling. The markings are WALACE MELFORD engraved# 2144754- Made by Wallace. It is in excellent condition for it's age. There are some scratches. And a few marks on top, but they are hard to see due to all the detail on the top of the tray. The diameter is 10 2/8" inches and the width at the widest point is about 11 1/2 inches. It is a real beauty.
