The desk comes with four raised panel dove tail drawers that retain all the original hardware. The center where the legs go have a reverse cove carving, which I have never seen in oak. It has a scallop bottom trim base, raised panels all the way around and a wide bevel edge on the solid tiger sawn oak top. The only negatives I see on the desk is that there is a little wear on the edge of the top from rubbing against something and there is a split going down the center of the top. We most likely could pull the top off and repair the top, which wouldn’t make a huge difference, but it is an expensive repair. The desk itself is high end quality.

This all wood Sit-Rite chair has great charm and warmth. The surface is worn smooth and has a nice patina of age. The bottom of the seat is stamped"SIT-RITE EDWARD L. KOENIG MFG. CHICAGO. ILL" in green ink. There are bolts for adjusting the back protrusion, back height, and seat height. The seat can be adjusted between 17 1/4 in. 27 1/4 in. in 1 in. increments. The chair has a 13 ¼ in. x 15 3/4 in. foot print. There is an old crack on the right side of the seat that was repaired with glue and a mending plate. It shows no weakening and does not affect the integrity of the stool. There are 4 small ¼” diameter shallow holes and some imperfection in the wood. Lovely Vintage Cherry Wood Travel Desk sometimes called a"Missionary Desk" because in was small and easily transported. Desk top pulls out to reveal larger work surface with egg and dart edge. Two drawers are highlighted in light burl wood. The original folding legs were lost. And these curvy carved legs were added in the 1950's"New" legs and are in perfect proportion to the desk size. 37.5 inches long. 15 inches wide, 32 inches high. This desk/ secretary comes from the estate of a missionary family who spent more than 30 years in various Asian countries.

Style, etc) to hang it on without any success. The reason being- I really like it. It's a dandy. It's un-restored. Hardwood(not quite sure which) The iron is semi-ornate foundry quality. The wood resembles gun/rifle-stock. I'd like to tell you more about it if I could. If anyone can offer additional info. I'm all ears(and eyes) please do. Dimensions are(at furthest points) 30" Wide/ 15" High from Top shelf to Bottom of Iron/ 8" Deep. The 2 face surfaces. Up for grabs is a vintage Art Deco Seth Thomas Delpark Wind Up Desk Clock/ Mantle Clock. Clock is simple to use when changing the time or winding up. Seems to be in great working order as well. Wood casing is in pretty good shape showing only minor wear. No large gouges or chips. Glass front is in nice shape too. Brass feet do show a little wear but could probably be cleaned up with some Brasso if you felt it necessary. This piece could probably match with many set ups from mid century, antique, to contemporary. Up for grabs is this unique vintage wood Italian made Old World Globe. This piece stands 10 1/2" tall from bottom to top. And is 6 1/2" wide. Globe is says"Made In Italy" on the bottom. Pretty cool piece even if you can't read Italian. I can't be totally sure what the globe itself is made from. There are also illustrations of sea monsters and ships throughout the oceans and seas. Globe spins on its axis with ease. Very minor wear to be found on the base where there is a couple tiny bumps on one side of the base. You can probably see them if you zoom in on a couple of the pictures. It's not really that noticeable when looking at the piece in its normal position, and is in overall great shape! Antique Vintage All Wood School Desk Chair Top Child Industrial Machine Age
This is an all wood antique child's chair top. It is in good condition. A few of the curved backing pieces need a little glue and a vice overnight to tighten them up to the top backrest. The piece is solid other than that. This is very old. Strong wood which has some gorgeous curvature to it. The bottom of the chair which is sat on is about 14.5" deep. The back of the chair is about 15 10/16" tall.

Turns several turns one way and then stops for a moment. Then rotates several turns the other way repeating the back and fourth pattern. The back removes easily with three tiny plastic clips and it's easy to set the clock from there. The pendulum sits on a whirling base. If it gets off the base, it stops moving. Simply tap it back into the base and away it goes. It has an"On" Off" switch and red button for the chime but we have been unable to get the chime to work. Does keep perfect time& is so lovely to look at. The wood cabinet is smooth to touch and gleams in the light as the pendulum goes round and round. The carving on all the panels except the top surface of this beautiful deck depicts pictures of China's landscape. The hand made construction of this chest is unique. The joinery of the joints and the fitting of the drawers is characteristic of early piece of Chinese furniture. The interior compartment of this desk consists a large writing surface with eight pigeon holes with one drawer. The lower part of this desk has four smaller drawers with one large drawer. Hi. I am selling this really nice vintage desk. On the back there is the number 2449. Inside the top drawer is the metal label of Johnson-Handley Johnson Co. I have included a picture. The drawers are dove tailed and all of the drawers glide smoothly. This desk is very solid and very nice. But there are few small things I would like to point out. I have not polished or done anything to it since I received, including not dusting. There are some water rings on top, also a scrape on the top back left hand corner. On the first large drawer, down in the very right hand corner of it is a chip. Also on the left hand side there is a slight gap, probably just needs a tap but I don't do those things.
