The phone is in very good condition with wear to the paint in the corners and edges, and there is wear to the paint in the cradle area. Both cords are there and appear to be in good condition. The microphone and receiver are there in the hand set. I use First Class Mail. Some dust and some marks on it but it seems to be in good cosmetic condition otherwise. The wires are intact and have no fraying. It takes a 9 volt battery for the red and black wire on the bottom. The button with"Transistorized" on it moves up and down with no problems along with the black lever. The knob with the arrow that goes from Min to Max turns all the way around with no issues.
