It is pretty unique with the solid top backrest with scroll top corners. The base mechanism is marked H. B. W. Co. Heywood Brothers& Wakefield Company. That dates it from 1897 to 1921. Swivels and is on casters. This chair is in excellent condition with some minor chips along the left edge of the backrest and a small dark spot on the seat. There are a couple of places where the bolts/ screws need tightening. There are no splits or repairs to the wood. The base was removed at some point. Possibly at the time the chair may have been refinished. I’m not sure. When the base was reattached, new holes were used right in front of the original ones and unoriginal screws were used. There are also about 4 small holes in the seat bottom, 2 on each side. I don’t know what this was for. The seat is about 17 inches from the ground. The backrest is about 40 inches high. This chair was removed from a storage unit filled with the inventory from a New Hampshire antique shop. This is the last piece of oak furniture from the storage. The pieces were all in beautiful condition and excellent quality. Located in Irvine. CA. Pick up is free. Due to size, this chair will have special freight requirements. I can unscrew the base to make it smaller, but it will still be large.

The Box is by one of the top English Makers of the Period Adie Brothers and shows the Date Letter for 1933. The Box features great Machine Engraved Art Deco designs to the top and a nice Original Owner Art Deco Monogram of G.W. The Box is Sterling Silver over a Solid Cedar Wood interior and is in very fine all original condition with one small wear area to the top corner but no dents. Cracks or repairs. The Lid also sits slightly askew as the Wood has shrunk slightly, these boxes always seem to have this. VINTAGE ART-DECO REVLON MAKEUP COSMETIC STORE DISPLAY CHROME DESK LAMP- RARE! This sale is for a spectacular REVLON LAMP. A store display for cosmetics and makeup. This lamp is extremely rare, in fact I have only seen a few listed for sale before! This lamp has a base that would serve as a holder for MAKEUP& COSMETICS. The famous REVLON name is impressed in script at the base of the lamp. There are compartments to hold cosmetics& or makeup items. Above where the name REVLON is impressed there is a compartmentalized area that is revealed when the lid is lifted up. Under the lid there are 4 round compartments. The larger 2 have the original removeable white glass cups. This is a pretty cool design as the"latch" to open the lid up actually looks like a knob to turn the light on and off. However the switch to turn the lamp on ... moreand off is up at the top of the lamp. There are also segments along the base on either side of the gooseneck. Where cosmetics or perhaps nail polish bottles could be stored. The back part of the lamp has a black metal tray for additional storage. There is a molded area below impressed REVLON where brushes or pen& pencil could be stored. The base measures approximately 12 inches long and the depth at it's deepest point is approximately 7 inches. The tallest part of the base measures approximately 1-1/2 inches. The lamp base does show signs of it's age. There is some wear to the chrome finish including pitting, tarnish and gereral vintage wear. etc. I feel this really adds to the vintage charm of the lamp. Please view the photos to best see the overall condition of the lamp, as rating condition is very subjective on vintage items. It will hold a 5 3/4" X 4" photo. It's well made with alternating dowels for easy removal and cleaning of the two pieces of glass. It looks like rosewood and satinwood to me. The fluted stair-step base is is 9" long and 1 7/8" wide. It's 5 1/2" tall. What a great look! The previous 82 year old owner was a 1953 Yale graduate(and multi-degreed Yale professor) whose physician father also graduated from Yale in 1929. Included in this wonderful estate was a large suitcase filled with three generations of kimonos that have been packed away since 1964. In very good to excellent working condition. The lamp shade has original silver stamp fluer-de-lis from Steuben. Size of the lamp base is 13.5" tall by 12" in diameter hoop. Size of the shade is 2 1/4" fitter by 4" tall by 5" at the widest point. Vintage art deco era industrial style desk lamp. It measures 17" tall and about 10" across the bottom of the shade. It works fine- although the cord is getting a little stiff from age. The hole in the shade is threaded so you must screw or spin it off/on the lamp. You have to remove the shade in order to change the bulb- it's a little labor intensive. The metal shows some wear/patina. The shade has a couple small dings and spots. The lamp shows it's age well and looks great! There are 12 photos. GE Model 3H94 BLUE MIRROR Desk Clock 1930 ART DECO / Retro Conway
Offered without reserve is a vintage Blue Mirror shelf or desk clock from an estate. This clock has a very nice look. It is a GE Model 3H94, I think it would date back into the Art Deco era, circa 1930's. It has a red dot at the top like the Telechron clocks from the era. The back has a gold paint, there is some paint wear around the post where you would set the time. The clock's glass has a few tiny spots where the gold paint has chipped and it has a few Pin head sized glass flakes(on the back only) this is very minor, the front looks great and is not chipped or scratched, gold paint touch up in these small spots on the back edge would make it look perfect. The clock motor runs well but it makes a slight noise that sounds like gears turning, it has been keeping good time. VINTAGE HEINTZ BRONZE DESK SET. Up for Auction is this great Heintz bronze with silver overlay desk set. This is in the Art Deco style. There are three peaces the Ink well-Pen Tray and Blotter. The ink well is 5 3/8" square and stands 2 1/2' tall there are no dents or dings in this the glass ink holder is intact and in working order. The pen tray is 10' long and 2 3/4" in the middle. The blotter is 5 1/2" long and 2 3/8" wide and has it's origional paper on it. I have only wiped the dust off and have not cleaned these in any fashion. This auction is for 1 Vintage Astatic Corp Art Deco 1940's Brown Desk Microphone With Stand. Under the base it is stamped with 2 numbers: R64516&C2644. It is dark brown in color and in very good condition with a few small flaws and scratches but overall it looks great. It has it's original power cord that appears to have no damage and I believe it was used for CB radio transmission. It detaches from the base with a simple twist and serves as a hand held mic. For sale is this great old Art Deco desk clock. It was made by the New Haven Clock Company. They made many types of these Deco clocks during the Art Deco period. This clock has a great look. The case is made of carved bakelite. The color of the plastic is referred to as"apple juice' It is fairly transparent unlike most bakelite. The case is in good shape with no chips or cracks to the plastic. The clock itself is running. It loses some time. The clock measures about 4 1/2 inches wide and about four inches tall.
