Hi up for sale here is a gorgeous Ansonia clock in a Wedgewood? case. A very wonderful clock. Measures 6 1/8" wide by 5 3/8" high. The case is a light Wedgewood green highlighted with applied white accents that feature flowers and cherubs. There are no nicks chips or cracks to the case. Bottom of the case is stamped with the number 30 and then another set of numbers 8296. I do not know the significance of these numbers or if it would identify it as a Wedgewood. I saw no other clocks either completed or active on eBay like this one. The clock does not appear to be running. But the spring is wound and should be good. Perhaps a good cleaning and oiling would get it back up to speed. The porcelain dial does have a slight amount of chipping/wear where the hands are mounted. Palais Royal. After 14 years spent with Abraham Louis Breguet. Charles Oudin(1772-1840) opened 1804 his own shop and workshop in the Galerie Montpensier at the Palais Royal in Paris. Two years later, he earns a Gold Medal at the Paris Exhibition for a high end timepiece without key. The Oudin Co mpany was purveyor of elite watches and clocks for all the European Courts of the 19th century. The Oudin dynasty was revived as a new firm produces since 1998 jewelry timepieces made by hand in Paris Place Vendôme. Check the website. With a well done history part: The set is in pretty fine ... morecondition without any noticeable damage except some usual minimal chips to the marble edges and a repaired split at the small marble square directly set on the top the clock case. Extremely fine bronze feet(easy to unscrew for horizontal adjustment) to all pieces. The mounting is delicate(handle with care) but steady. The marble is very white without any obvious darker area. All candle rings are present. Clean and removable. The enamel dial is wonderful: hand painted delicate multicolor flower garlands. Arabic numerals and minutes. One can still read"Ch. Oudin" Paris" and probably"Palais Royal" No chip at the key holes but a tiny brass ring is missing to the right hole(very difficult to see) Beautiful and clean finely pierced brass hands. The original pendulum shows a Sun with a face. Remembering the Louis XIV ornaments at Versailles. The front door with beveled crystal glass opens well. The back pierced brass door opens a little more difficult but works good(once again. At the early age of 22 he was already running his own business, specializing in watch case engraving, and rapidly established a workshop producing high quality watches and jewellery. His Paris branch supplied his products to the principal jewellers of the rue de la Paix, such as Boucheron, Lacloche, Mauboussin, Van Cleef& Arpels and others. Léon Hatot had a keen interest in electrical horology and founded a separate division for research and development of clocks and watches powered by electric cells ... morein 1920. His electric clocks. Produced under the trade name"ATO" as of 1923, were an immediate success. At the 1925 International Decorative Arts Exhibition, Hatot won a Grand Prix for a whole range of electric clocks, housed in marble, chrome, marquetry and fine wood cases, some in molded glass cases made by the renowned Lalique. Léon Hatot died in 1953. Leaving behind hundreds of original designs, bearing witness to the Maison Hatot's leading influence on the watch and jewellery styles of the 1920s and 1930s. Leon Hatot. 56234 ANTIQUE 1880s NEW HAVEN BRONZE SEATED LADY STATUE EXP ESC CLOCK
A very fine original finish antique. Circa 1880's, New Haven statue clock. It is in working order: tells the time, has an exposed escapement, coil chimes the hours and halves, includes the pendulum and key. The cast iron case retains the fine original black enamel finish. The lady on stool, with bird and flower basket, the clock case with urn finial, are in the original gold bronze finish. It measures 15-3/4" tall by 20" wide by 6-3/4" deep. The marked: New Haven, white enamel dial has several hairline cracks, no chips. Clockworks are not marked. The white metal leafy finial at the top front of the clock case is partially missing(see photo.

Cool Antique E.N. Welch Gingerbread Victorian Mantel Clock Parts/Repair! Nice! From the estate of a clockmaker. This is for parts. Project or repair. The clock is in decent antique condition, but not presently in working condition but a restorer could probably get this up and running with some effort. The Clock case is in fair antique condition with a fair amount of nicks, dings, and blemishes and the case is worn in many places as expected with age! The door frame is missing a considerable amount of the molding and has only one piece remaining which is attached to the hinges. Therefore, the Crystal is loose and will need to be re-secured. The glass has a nice featured horse drawn carriage and a horseshoe painted in gold- the art has some paint loss but is very minor. The clock face is stained and soil and is also loose in the case. Missing ... moreboth pendulum and key. Looks like the top of the clock could be missing several ornaments but not sure as did not see it in its original state- Does have some nail holes which suggests that there may have been ornaments. Looks good without ornaments though! Clock needs a good cleaning. Great Project! Very Cool! Needs TLC. See photos- what you see is what you get! Clock measures about 17.5 inches in height to the very tip of the top and about 14.25 inches across at base. Measures approximately 5 inches deep at its base. Weighs about 5 pounds, 15 ounces. An antique. Circa 1900, Seth Thomas crystal regulator mantel clock. Case is brass in French Empire style, thick beveled glass panel sides. The dial is ivory color enamel. It is in working order: tells the time, coil chimes the hours and halves. Dial and clockworks marked: Seth Thomas. Includes the original pendulum and replacement key. Clock measures 14" tall by 7-1/2" wide by 6" deep. Good plus condition: glass panels without chips or cracks, no scratches. The pendulum has one of the glass vials cracked around but secure, metal slugs are inside, not mercury. Original finish. Dial has a crack on left side. The top's fallen deer is missing most of antlers, and the hunter's dog on top of him(see last photo.

Vintage Sterling Silver Desk Clock Floral Motif Picture Frame?
Up for sale is this this vintage desk top clock. With a floral motif Sterling silver case cover. I am not the craft type, but I would imagine you easily concert this into a picture frame of you so wished. It is marked Sterling Made in Italy. The Quartz movement is not currently working, I haven't tried to replace the battery, as I do not have this size, so this is untested and sold as parts or repair in that regard. There is a dent in the edge of the case below the 7, and I have not tried to clean or polish the silver. About 5 1/2" diameter in total, glass about 2 3/4" Also the hinge for the standing leg is coming loose. It still functions fine, but you probably want to better secure it.

This lighter wood contrast with the darker rosewood. The result is a clock that visually pops off the wall. The bezel has a beveled outer edge. This frames the spun brass bezel that is fitted with glass. The glass protects the paper dial. This dial is formatted with a standard time ring that features Roman hour numerals. The hands that indicate the time are decoratively formed. The center section is fitted with a door. This frames a tablet or glass that is paint decorated from the back. When you open this door, you find a very colorful label pasted onto the backboard. It reads, Superior/ 8 DAY CLOCK. With Extra Bushed Movement. Warranted if Well Used/ for HOME& ABROAD. This is a French wall clock with a square. Red painted background, the outside corners folded inwards. The bronze clock surround, with enamel Roman numerals, is intriguingly flanked by a butterfly and a grasshopper. The clock is suspended by a chain with rectangular links. The reverse of the clock bears an expression of some odd and doleful robotic visage. I can't decide which side I prefer. Really. Not in working condition. Antique Seth Thomas Black Adamantine Mantle Clock Faux Green Marble Needs Repair
You are looking at a Seth Thomas Mantle clock that needs some repair. It has the key. And I was able to wind both parts, but now it seems to be stuck. The clock starts to tick when first wound up, but then stops. The chimes went off when I turned the hands. There is a small nick in the top at the back that I have pictured in the last photo. The glass is missing. But the door for it is intact. The clock measures approximately 15" x 12" x 7" Please look carefully at all 12 pictures as part of the description and to determine the condition. This comes from a smoke free home. Rare Ansonia 'Melody' Figural Mantel Clock, c1894 w/ Open Escapement
Rare Ansonia"Melody" figural statue mantel clock. Circa 1894. From the estate of an avid clock collector, this piece was under restoration when acquired, and awaits further restoration. Original japanned finish to figural and clock casing, showing some corrosion due to age.The Melody figural looks to of had two repairs made- one to the ankle showing a hairline visible crack and one repaired clean break at the seam of the foot resting on the pillar(see last photo for detail) Violin is missing flat section of one tuning peg. The cast base has pitting and lost enamel finish. Has an Ansonia eight day open escapement-stamped"Ansonia Clock Co, patented June 14, 81" in working order, with pendulum and key. Comes with an Ansonia gong that may or may not be suitable, as the base is missing wood plate on bottom for mounting. Hammer ... morewill need to be adjusted, accordingly)Comes with a non original back door hinge, unmounted. Has had replacement side clappers and pivoting mounts, as well as a replaced bow(removable) Measures 19 3/4"W x 9"D x 22"H. Again. This is a very unique old bronze and enamel carriage clock. It was just serviced and it is in very good working condition. It has 8 day movement with lever platform escapement. It has jeweled movement. The case is absolutely gorgeous. Multiple figural decorations and caryatids. The clock face has painted enamel. Champleve dial and nice roman numeral numbers. The key is not original. It was replaced with a new winding key The clock is surrounded by beveled glass to see the movement in working condition. Russian origin. 7.5" tall with handle up and about 4.5" wide
