Congratulations you are bidding on a Vintage Wooden/Faux Marble Mantle Clock. We found no Ingraham markings so we did not want to say for sure it is an Ingraham. It has great ornate metal feet and lion heads on the size. The glass is clear and the hinge is ok. A bit wobbly. The frame and face of the clock is very worn and tarnished. Clock keeps decent time and the chime is beautiful. The last picture shows a broken metal design on the front, we do not have the rest of this piece. Comes with pendulum and key. The key is not included and the crystal and the hour hand are missing. The face appears to be the original porcelain and it seems to have been removed at some point. Since it is not perfectly centered. The gold gilt is in good condition, with signs of wear(see up close photos) The clock is approximately 10 1/4" high and base is 3" X 4 1/2" I am not sure if the clock is in working order. Up for your consideration is this old. Meiji Clock Company, Regulator clock. It is for parts or restoration only. The clockworks seem to be in tact as far as I can tell, and the chime sounds nice. There is only one hand and the face is curled on the edges(metal) There are two keys and I believe they both go to this clock, one for winding the clock and one for winding the chime. No glass in the main door, there is glass on the small door on the bottom and the latch is also there. Regulator is written on the glass of the small door. The only indication of the maker is a diamond shape with an M and a C in it. When I looked up the trademark, it is Meiji. The clock is 23" tall, 12 1/2" wide and 5" deep. Just a great looking mantel set here. The clock is marked inside Adehis Paris. It has great brass works and can be viewed through the glass door. The dial looks great and clean. ANTIQUE BRASS PENDULUM FROM 1907 COCA COLA INGRAHAM STORE REGULATOR CLOCK
Up for auction is my brass pendulum from a circa 1907 Coca Cola Ingraham store regulator clock. I acquired the clock along with several other early wood Coca Cola clocks several years ago in a large estate purchase. The clock did not have a pendulum and after trying to find a replacement I sold it at auction. Recently as I was going through some boxes left over from that estate I found the pendulum(my luck! So if you purchased my clock or need one here it is. It measures approximately 11-3/4" total length. The brass weight measures 4-1/4" diameter and is lead backed. The brass is good with a small ding and a couple spots of oxidation. The wood shaft looks to be oak and has some epoxy applied at the top hook and at the bottom to stabilize. IT MEASURES APROX.12" HIGH,8-1/2" WIDE AND 5-1/2" FRONT TO BACK.IT HAS BRASS DOORS, THE BACK DOOR HAS A CLOTH COVERING FOR DUST.THE DATES I CAN READ SAY PAT. 1898 U.S.A. Vintage Waterbury Post Civil War Veteran's Clock Oak 1874 7 Day Etched Glass USA
You are viewings a very nice old estate mantle clock that is over 140 years old. The etching on the glass window is definitely Civil War theme. It includes the following: 3 bugles; 2 American flags with 42 stars; An American eagle; 2 Crossed sabers; 3 Civil War rifles; 1 Civil War Drum and a Civil War Cannon. The stars on the flags date it in the 1870's. These clocks were often called"Veteran's Clocks" is my understanding. Everything is original except I am not sure about the key. It does not look as old as the clock. The Waterbury tag was inside the clock and has the old Calligraphy penmanship. Specifications and given above- thanks for your interest. No reserve. Antique Art Deco Ceramic Mantel Clock for Parts or Rebuild
here is a nice clock shell for refurbishing perfect condition with no crazing chips dings or repairs! no makers name but hand painted with gold guild slight paint loss on one side(flowers) but not bad 3-3/4 wide 1-13/16" deep about 6" tall 2-1/4" diameter on face where clock sits 2-1/4" diameter on back as well shell only; no clock parts face or anything like that.
