VINTAGE COCA COLA WAGON I don't know a whole lot about this piece. From what I have seen online these were man made not factory made. Something like folk art. The wagon shows some nice aging with a beautiful patina. Would make an excellent display piece. Especially around the holidays. I could picture presents or ornaments in it etc. I believe the crate is from Pittsburgh PA originally based on the only marking I could find on the crate PGH PA I purchased this item at an estate sale. The owners said it was in their mother's basement for at least 40 years. This is an early 1970's Coke Cola Crate with 4 slots with a metal framing going around the crate! This is a definite Vintage 50 year old crate that they used to deliver coke cola pop in back in their earlier years! DIVORCE SALE" everything must go- no room- need space! Very Hard to find-rare- 1970's Coca Cola Wood Soda 2 Two Liter Bottle Crate. In good condition. Some wood nicked on one of the dividers. We have not attempted to clean or restore crate in any way-original condition. This is a very sturdy well built crate. Nice color and graphics. This has dividers that make six compartments, each holding one two liter bottle. This measures 10 1/2 x 16 1/2 and is 6" deep. This is a rare piece as this were not made in big quantities in wood. WOULD FIT GREAT IN ANY COLLECTION.

Also stamped on one outside end of the box reads“Nagel Beverage Company. Boise Idaho” Also stamped inside the box is the“ABC-American Box Corporation” symbol/logo. The interior of the box shows the classic. Older Pepsi-Cola logo, and the outside of the box has the more boxed Pepsi-Cola letter logo. Vintage Teachers Scotch Wooden Scotch Crate Circa 1940
Up for auction is a very early and seldom seen"Teacher's Highland Cream Whisky" wooden crate from Glascow Scotland. The inside wood of the crate has been gaugued out to fit the 12 bottles snuggly against the sides. Wm. Teacher& Sons Ltd was the distributor of this whisky around 1940's. The early crate is in very solid structural condition and is approx 18 inches wide by 11 1/2 deep and runs 8 inches in height. Stenciling on all four sides and the number 55 which may be the number of the crate during shipping. Either way this is a very nice crate which brand is not often seen. Only guessing here.because I don't know the evolution of the graphics on these crates.but I believe it is from the 1950s.possibly earlier. It does reflect the"character marks" of an item that has been in use over several decades.but the wood is still reasonably good.and much of the stenciling still retains nice coloration. The wooden joints are overlaid/reinforced with some kind of metal.I would guess it is galvanized steel. The dimensions are 16 Inches by 11.25 Inches by 12.25 Inches. Up for sale is a vintage Coca Cola soda wooden box that used to hold two concentrate syrup bottles. This box would have been shipped out to designated bottlers around the world with the famous Coca Cola mixture. The item for sale was made for the Italian market and has all writing in Italian on the box. The box has interesting information. Like keeping temperature constant, dimensions of the box, weight of box(when full) Overall condition is nice. It does have a few cracking in the wood but overall condition is nice. Item is desirable for a collector because it is probably rare to find another one in this condition. Has a nice bright red spray on it. Typical of Coca Cola items. However. It was found with only 4 cardboard egg insets for one side. I suppose other items could have been carried in the other section, but as it is the same size, the potential egg carrying capacity is quite impressive. Imprinted on three sides(hard to see on the top) is the name of the grocery. Balto Cash Store' Now, I don't know if there is any connection with being named after the famous sled dog or the Norwegian explorer, but that is an interesting possibility. I thought perhaps it came from ... morea town named Balto, but so far I have been unable to find any US towns by that name. Dimensions are 27-3/4” width x13-3/4” height x 13” depth and it weighs over 22 pounds. The exterior fittings include two metal strap hinges on the back that are named'Stanley Works' and patent dated'Mar 8. 1888' and an interesting Stanley Works metal pinch closure on the front, that is also dated but hard to read as it is covered by part of the mechanism. Inside, the cardboard egg separators sections could be removed to make the box more useable for regular storage, if so desired. This box is handsome. Very unique and solidly constructed! Vintage 1960's Japanese wood shipping box used for shipping herring roe eggs from Sitka. Alaska to Japan. Crate measures 14"x10 1/2" and is 4 1/2" tall. This crate is jointed together. There is Stamping on the sides. As shown in pictures. This box has some rust spots inside of it. The wood is in fair condition. Please review pictures.
