This is a vintage wooden Canada Dry soda bottle crate with colorful graphics. The crate is 16 1/4" X 11 1/2" And is 12 1/2" tall. All of the wood is complete and tight with metal straps across the two short ends and down the four corners. All four outer side surfaces have red and green Canada Dry graphics with logos and name. Small type says Property Of Canada Dry Corporation FC-11-63(1963) The box shows typical old wear, scuffs and stains. There is some yellow paint, I did not try to remove it, I was worried it would ruin the Canada Dry graphics. The crate itself is sturdy.

Was known for a variety of items but the warning sticker on the end signifies this crate was used to ship explosive powders for possibly construction work or fireworks. As the sticker says, Caution. This is for a Vintage Wooden Crate with metal around the outside edges from the Bottling Company Pepsi-For a 7 UP wooden crate that dates back to the early 1960-1970's. This is close to 50 yrs old( 1/2 of a century old- this is a crate that looks like it carried 9 6- packs of 7 UP and Pepsi Products! In the summer times in my home town in the UP of Michigan I use to watch the guys deliver and load the machines!
