Tea Party Handpainted Vintage Child's set Pot. Cream, Sugar& 2 cups/saucers Lovely antique child's tea set. Perfect for a tea party with your little one! Comes with a pretty tea pot(with lid) 2 matching cups/saucers, an open sugar dish and a creamer. The creamer has a small chip along the lip which we have tried to show in the photos. Otherwise this is in very nice condition. It appears that someone began hand painting this set with a gold gilt paint that has green undertones. Only one side of each piece(except the saucers) is painted. This would make a nice restoration project. The set has a very nice raised design and makes a pretty display item. The tea pot stands just under 5" to the top of the lid. And is about 6 1/2" from spout to handle and approx. 3" wide. The creamer and sugar are about 1 1/2" tall ... moreand about 2 1/2" wide. The cups stand about 1 3/4" tall and sit nicely on the 3 1/4" saucers. No maker's mark and we are unsure of the age of this set. But believe it is probably from the earlier part of the 20th century. Vintage JMP Marketing Provincial Bouquet Coffee Tea Cups Lot of 6 You are looking at a lot of 6 vintage large center flower stoneware JMP Marketing cups. The pattern is Provincial Bouquet. And I really don't know what year they were produced. I had to pick something on the Suggestions, so I picked pre-1970, but I really don't know. It is a really nice floral pattern with blue, violet, and orange/pink flowers in the center and green leaves and little buds around it. The top of the cup has a blue rim. These cups are really pretty, and they are in good condition with some sight imperfections in some of them. Two of them look almost perfect. The third cup has a pinpoint(and I do mean as small as a pinpoint) spot of paint worn off. But it is honestly so far to the bottom of the cup and so small that you can't even see it when it is ... moresitting there. In the same cup underneath the handle is a small area where it looks like they missed the glazing in production. Again, it is so small, and I really had to inspect the cup to see it. The fourth cup has a small nick in the rim of the cup and an area of the cup where the glazing was missed(again. Hard to see) The last two have slight scuffs in a couple areas of the paint. Shofu Pre 1940s Orange Lustreware Partial Tea Set. Set includes 3 Tea Cups. Teapot, Creamer, Double handled Sugar Bowl with a lid and Four Dessert Plates. All are marked SHOFU Made in Japan. One plate is interesting because the painter signed it by carving their name on the bottom. The Tea Cups& Creamer are opalescent on the inside. Lustreware loses color over time and use Sugar bowl is in very good vintage condition 4.5" tall. 2 7/8" base diameter, 6" from handle to handle, top opening 2" diameter Creamer has paint missing around rim 2-3mm around. 2 vintage Schwarzburg Demitasse/Tea Cups & Saucers, pink roses & ornate gilt
A very nice set of two cups& saucers. Based on size and shape I am calling these demitasse cups but they could have been tea cups. Patterns are not identical on the two but are definitely same flowers(they look like roses to me) and the variations are subtle so I am assuming they came from the same set. One cup and saucer was obviously used more over time and has more wear and tear(see photos and condition description) However. They are both still beautiful for display or even infrequent use. These were collected by my grandmother and great aunt who frequented estate sales and auctions, primarily in the 1940s. Not sure of the original age or origin. 2 VINTAGE Anchor Hocking Wexford Pressed Glass Footed Punch/Coffee/Tea Cups
This auction is for two(2) Pressed Glass Footed Punch/Coffee/Tea Cups in the Wexford pattern. Has the sunburst on the bottom. Each cup is approx. 3" tall and 3 1/4" diameter from rim to rim measuring across the top. There are no chips or cracks, however one of the cups has some normal manufacturing imperfections. Rough mold seams around the base of the cup. I'm not sure if I should refer to this flaw as teeny tiny flea bites) Hardly worth mentioning. But since I did feel the roughness when I ran my fingernail over it, I wanted to mention it. It certainly doesn't detract from the beauty of these cups, and is mentioned for complete accuracy. Really cool mid century design. Measure: Cup is 3" across opening and 3" tall. Saucers are 6.5" across diagonally. Condition: In"as found" condition- could use a washing. Cups are all in very good condition. No chips or cracks. 2 of the saucers have chips, and one has a small crack emanating from the chip.
