See my other items link below the description for the other. This lamp stands 20 inches tall and is 8 inches wide at the base. The lamp has a gold finish. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a fancy amber and ruby glass beaded pull on the chain. The fancy pierced brass shade ring is decorated with 30 strands of crystal lustres. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. You are looking at a wonderful antique lamp featuring a bust of a Victorian Woman mounted on a two tiered metal base. The lamp from the bottom to the top of the shade is 25 inches tall. The two tiered base is 4 1/8 inches tall and the bust is 9 inches tall. The shade is a little under 10 inches. It's base is 14 1/2 inches wide and it is 7 inches wide at the top. It is marked Leonard R Foss t the top. It has the original wiring. Has the GE logo and is marked Made in Mexico on the on/off switch of the plug. It is a beautiful. Original. 1870-1880(square nails used) ornate pedestals. Originally held candles or oil lamps for illumination. Solid walnut, highest quality construction. Spectacular, Eastlake carving and bevelling everywhere. Still has some of the gold highlights inside the carving. Wonderful spindle rail along the bottom makes each one completely freestanding. 8 sided platforms have a beveled lower edge and corbel bracket underneath. These are authentic, Victorian salvaged antiques and not reproductions. Each one measures 35 3/4 inches tall, almost 9 3/4 inches wide, and 8 3/4 deep. Platform is 6 inches by almost 5 1/4 inches. Fancy Figural Brass Frame Parts for Victorian Hanging Library Oil Lamp / Planter
Normal 0 Normal 0 Presented for your consideration these fancy brass frame parts for a hanging library or parlor lamp. Or you could use it for a hanging plant holder. It comes with the main figural 3 piece frame or supports. Center hanging chain, font basket and a fancy bottom section. It all appears to be brass. The frame has three fancy arms that attach the basket to the shade ring. They each have a figure of a lady with a ribbon and staff. They measure 11-1/4" long and approximately 4-3/4" wide. There is a linked part that may or may not go with it. I believe it is the center part that would have chains attaching to the frame for hanging. It measures approx 26" long by 3" wide. Basket is 6" in diameter at the inside diameter and is approximately 3-1/4" deep. What you see in the pics is what you get including ... morethe bag of little brass screws. Everything seems to be in good shape, but I need to point out a small break on the basket at the top edge that may or may not be repaired, but it still feels sturdy. The Lamp is quite fabulous and I have never seen another like it being a Rare find I am sure. The Lighter/ Warmer is modeled as a large Figural Budgie Bird with Wings outstretched and perched on a Stand. The details are quite amazing and the quality is very fine. The way I told it worked was either you would hold the Lamp and rest your Cigar on the stand to light it or a Brandy Glass could be rested on the Wings with the Stem of the Glass on the Stand and turned slowly to warm your drink. The Lamp is simply marked Alpaca on the bottom but must have been by a very fine Period Silver company judging by the overall excellent quality. The Warming Stand/ Lamp is in excellent all original condition with no damage. Cracks, holes or wear and has a nice old patina from having never been over cleaned. The Lamp is also a great size for modern use and displays beautifully measuring 5" long by 3-1/4" wide and stands 6" tall with a quality weight of 607 grams. Up for your consideration is this Rare Vintage Victorian Style Miniature Oil Lamp with 3 Angel Cherub Bust on the Round base.Painted in Pastels. A matte finish parian ware. I do not know the age on this piece, but do know the Chinese have not made this nice a piece in their copy machines. The faces are exquisite. It measures approx 3.5" from head to head for width, by 8.5" high. The globe is a tight fit into the wick holder. The globe is light glass with a fluted top. The wick is new looking and I trimmed the burn part. I oiled the wick turn wheel, it is tight but does work. My fifty years in the business has led me to many items I have bought sold and collected, this is by far the nicest mini lamp I have ever had. I have owned this beauty going on 40 years and no longer have a place to display it. Including chimney. It measures approx. 19 1/2" base measures 9 1/2" tall, 4" wide at widest point. It is marked as a Hinks and Son of Birmingham on the knob of the burner.that would, obviously be Joseph Hinks and Son. These oil lamps were produced during Victorian times.and this is a beauty.silver plated, without any dings, dents or scratches. Note the leaf and ribbon design on the upper edge.I have not removed the burner and, frankly, I don't know how to, so I didn't attempt. There appears to be a wick in the burner and the knob does not turn easily so didn't attempt further. I believe all glass to be original(but can't confirm)chimney has these tiny nicks on the rim where it was originally cut and ground. One leg has been repaired with screws, hard to notice unless looking for it, Top screw could come out and stainable wood putty could be rubbed in and lightly sanded then stained to hide the screw hole, leg has been wood glued and is very strong. The crown shaped bowl is beautifully decorated with hand-applied enamel floral swags with gilt highlights. It is hung with a single tier of cut crystal arrow drop lusters and was beautifully made with a victorian style. This piece is stunning. What a find. This dazzling English piece is in good condition with some minor discoloration to the gilding. Two small chips are found on the top of the crown shaped bowl and two of the crystal prisms have been carefully repaired. There is some illegible writing found under the base. It measures approximately 13 3/4" tall and the base is 6 1/2" in diameter. What a lovely piece. Good luck. Victorian Herco antique floor lamp cranberry glass and brass
This lamp is approximately 4 feet 3 inches with the shade and the shade is 16 inches wide and 12 inches high. I only wish I could capture the light this gives off. The most warm rose colored light comes from this beautiful antique Herco floor lamp. I also wish I could tell you more about it. I acquired this at an estate sale in Los Angeles. It has the most deliciously vibrant cranberry/ reddish glass shade. Hanging over a etched cranberry/ grape top piece. The base seems to be brass. It really is in excellent shape, works perfect. there does seem to be some discoloration on the bottom brass, but a little elbow grease and brass cleaner should take care of that. I don't know the exact age, but it appears to be from the 30s. But I am not an expert in these items. So I can not verify that. the plug seems to resemble that period. This is the ... morekind of piece that will fit with any decor. Very special. From the research I have the style does seem to be Victorian. This is a very delicate piece and it should be in a low traffic area as it is a bit top heavy and could fall easily if it is accidentally bumped by anyone or anything. It is however GORGEOUS and will make a wonderful visual statement in any room!

Antique Victorian Emerald Green Teardrop Glass Prisms for Chandelier Lamp Parts
Lot of 6 Tiered Glass Prisms for a Chandelier or Lamp Emerald Green in color. Each measures 2.25 inches long. Each prism has a small octagonal prism and a larger tear drop prism below. Octagonal prisms measure 1/2 and inch. Teardrop prisms measure 1.5 inches. Brass pins are bent from where they were removed from a lamp or chandelier. The prisms are in good condition but could use a cleaning. Great replacement parts or for use in crafts.
