VICTORIAN GOTHIC BRONZE SANCTUARY CHANDELIER/LAMP-PUGIN Up for sale is this wonderful Sanctuary Lamp that comes from my own collection. The lamp was purchased some years ago. Cast in a heavy bronze it has six candle holders which have been at some time wired for electricity.It dates to 1860. It weighs over 8 kilos and comes with its original chain and ceiling rose. It is a deep colour where the bronze has developed a deep patina. I have three of these lamps in different sizes. And Picture 11 shows one of my lamps that I had restored and rewired, as a guide for you to see how wonderful these can look. The holders are very ornate and are fixed to the sides and can be removed if required. It also has a deep well in the center where originally a deep glass bowl would have been placed. The best antique victorian cherub lamp early 1900s* This is a gorgeous antique victorian cherub lamp which stands 18 inches high and is 7 1/2 inches wide at the base. This lamp has been rewired and has a brass hubbell socket shell and a pull chain socket which has a gorgeous blue glass bead and bakelite leaf pull on the end of the chain. The gorgeous wide pierced brass floral shade ring is decorated with 27 strands of crystal lustres with new brass bow tie pins. The lamp has a gold finish. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. Listed f or your bidding pleasure. Is this Aesthetic Movement Antique Vintage c.1890's Victorian Glass GWTW Gone With The Wind Parlor Oil Ker o sene Lamp Base. The lamp features the original metal font insert with 2 wicks. The wick turning knobs both have writing on them but it is hard to see. I can make out Jan. 21, 90. Both knobs turn and have the old wicks. The metal font is in fine condition with no cracks to the metal. Lamp is i n very good condition with no chips. Cracks or dings to the glass. There are striations to the glass which is normal for glass of this time period. There is some light wear to the paint on the top of font from handling and use. The cast iron base is detailed with flowers and hearts on the feet and has a little bit of light surface rust on the metal that sets against the bottom of the glass base. Beautiful antique spelter/bronze with original Victorian gold patina finish.The cloth wiring obviously was replaced awhile ago and it works. It is in charming vintage condition with fine. Old-century detail not found in new reproductions. It appears to be original other than wiring or perhaps the center post piece may or may not be original. I cannot find any cracks, splits or chips. Please look at all the photos. They are high definition. I did not change anything and leave those choices to the new Buyer. I do not often see items with the original base not tampered with. The finial may have been changed, I cannot tell. It seems as if the lamp had been stored away unused for quite some time. This is a small table lamps it is approximately 10 inches tall with out the shade and bulb it is about 3 and a half inches at the base in diameter. The gold acting on this lamp is a bit worn but most of these lamps do appear that way this land was in storage I didn't attempt to clean it but I do notice there is still a little dust on it the wearing of this lamp has been replaced it does not have the original ceramic wiring that these lamps came with when they were first manufactured because of that the light receptacle on top of the lamp where the bulb goes is loose but it does work I believe that is because it is replacement parts and not the original equipment I believe this lamp is safe and sound to use there should be no problems

Antique 1800s-1900 Victorian Turned Carved Solid Mahogany Table Lamp Light
Up for auction is an incredible antique 1800's-early 1900's turned mahogany table lamp with incredible carvings in the round. This is a large Victorian table lamp that would have had a very impressive shade possibly stained glass or slag glass. This lamp stands 28 1/2" tall and has a width of 8" at the base. This lamp has been rewired but retains the antique matching Hubbell sockets and acorn chain pulls. It is wonderfully carved with an ornate drapery design that repeats around the base. The folds are nicely carved and the background has a hammered dimple pattern that adds a nice look to the piece. I am showing this lamp with a reverse painted shade I have but it is not included and doesn't fit anyway. I am showing this for a look. There are minor scuffs here and there. We actually have 2 items here. The main item is a frosted etched glass'bell' light shade from roughly the Victorian era into the early 1900's. A nice six sided shade with a leaf pattern on each panel. It measures 5.75" flat side to flat side and 6.5" corner to corner. Its fairly thick glass. Visible in the photo of the collar. Other than a few flea bites around the collar opening, its in great shape. Attached to the shade is a shade holder/ socket adapter. This allowed a quick and easy conversion of a bare bulb light fixture into a light with some class and beauty simply by screwing the adaptor and shade into the socket. I purchased this lamp in 1988 at an Antique Store for $200.00 and it has appreciated in value since that time. It has been appraised at around $350.00. But I am selling for only $250.00! I had the lamp professionally re-wired and I had the brass base added to the lamp. I also constructed the lamp shade myself with a wire skeleton and I hand-glued the fabric. Fringe and gimp. Antique Victorian Lrge Cream/Honey Brown Floral Electric Parlor Lamp*35 Crystals
Victorian Large Parlor/Table Lamp with 35 Real Crystal Drops Beautiful lamp with a lovely cozy glow~ the color creates a warm colored light across the room. And the base light is reminiscent of a low burning fire or lit candle. All the drops are real cut crystals so there is a lot of sparkle around the middle. The large umbrella shade is very romantic. It has a long. tall clear glass chimney that fits around the bulb, that looks like an Aladdin, but it's not marked. This lamp does not have any markings or stamps~ it's not in mint condition; it does have some minor issues. But they are VERY minor. There is one small flake like chip around the bottom edge of the shade that doesn't show because of the metal rim of the shade frame. There is another very small flake like chip along the bottom edge of the base that fits down into the ... morebottom metal piece so it doesn't show as well. Use the bottom for a night light~ the top for reading~ and both for entertaining. The wiring is fine and it works well. But the cord does show some age and wear. It does not have any damaged spots and will probably last for quite a while longer yet before it required changing. Shade rim measures 14" across~ Lamp measures 25.5" in height to top of shade(metal trim at top) and 31.5" to top of chimney. It has a round base that measures approximately 9" in diameter. This exciting and very clean piece is from a time I imagine to be very glamorous and style was very important to them. Even the valve for a wall sconce has so much character and beauty! I can't imagine what it must have been like to have the house wired with gas! This very ornate piece has a butterfly or firefly printed on the valve itself. A flower-like image on the sides and the connection is also decorated! This would be a great piece to restore an old lamp. Create odd and interesting art, garden art or a steampunk sculpture! Antiq Vntg Dainty Victorian Ceramic Porcelain Lamp Flower leaf Gold Ivory Pink
Exquisite. A ntique. Vintage, Victorian Ceramic Lamp. Ceramic/ Porcelain lamp is extremely dainty and very well done with soft pink flowers and delicate leaves and buds trailing down. It has real gold(probably 22kt) accent lines that don't show much of any wear at all except near the top of the lamp. It may look like there are completely bare spots in the gold near the top but there are not. If you look closely at the pictures. You can see that the spots that look bare are actually reflecting light and just very shiny. There is rust on the metal just above and below ceramic or porcelain part but it's still absolutely stunning! It just kind of blends as a vintage patina. I have wiped it down with a damp rag but it could use a little more thorough cleaning. Maybe a toothbrush over the flowers to get into the crevices. VINTAGE OCCUPIED JAPAN PORCELAIN FIGURES AND LAMP BASE WITH GOLD TRIM VICTORIAN
COLLECTION OF OCCUPIED JAPAN PIECES The pieces have Victorian couples and the matching pair measures about 6" tall and 3.75" wide each and the lamp base is about 7" tall and about 4.5" wide. The look to be in very good condition for their age and I do not see any nicks or chips on the piece but one of the matching pairs looks to have a small glaze pop on the backside of the blue coat. You can feel a sharp edge of extra porcelain and was made during production and is unnoticeable unless you look at it from behind. It would appear to have only been illuminated by a candle as there is still the remains of a very greasy candle within the body. There are two bevelled oblong clear glass pieces. The front one has cracked. The silvered reflecter on the back piece has a central hole fitted with a red circular glass piece. The body from the domed top to the candle holder base is approximately 32cm tall x 11cm on each side with the glass standing out a further 7mm. I have no idea as to the maker I'm afraid but there is a stamped legend that possibly states'Under Patent' It is difficult to make it out clearly. Condition is poor. Antique Victorian Red Satin Glass Miniature Artichoke Oil Kerosene Lamp We currently have up for auction an Antique Victorian Red Satin Glass Miniature Artichoke Oil Kerosene Lamp. This is a beautiful example of the Artichoke Lamp. There are a few minor condition issues which I will describe. There are 4 minor chips on the top edge of the shade which I have shown in the photos. There is one minor area on the shade which I will describe as a rub area which affect the way the red satin looks(see 3rd from last photo) The chimney has one minor chip near the top edge. On the base on the very bottom it appears that the lamp was"banged" and it created an inclusion(see 6th photo) There are also 4 minor"rub" areas on the base. No chips or cracks. Crystal clear, measures 3 3/4" tall. A rare example with an additional applied ring near the top. Original brass collar a little dented, but the threads on the inside look like they are still usable for an appropriate marriage burner. Hard to say exactly, see pictures close-up of the collar. Large Victorian Ochard Apple Antique Brass Hanging Pull Down Oil Lamp 1800's
An Antique-Victorian Hanging Parlor Lamp. This is a Beautiful Victorian Brass Hanging Pull Down Oil Lamp. Or Parlor Lamp. This lamp was made in the late 1800's and is absolutely beautiful, you will appreciate the hand painting of top and bottom. You could wire it for electricity, or use oil for a really nice functional piece. It's home for many years was out in the Sand Hills of Nebraska. For your consideration this is a beautiful hand painted glass piece displaying red delicious apples, brown branches, and green leaves covering the half dome and oil lamp base. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. The ring for the shade is about 16" inches in diameter. This comes with glass chimney and Prisms adornments, 21 Prisms along the bottom brass ring. Prisms are in great condition. A brass smoke bell is still with this set. This light ... morehangs on brass chains and is stationary, meaning it will hang about 29" to 33" from the ceiling. Victorian China/Porcelain Table Lamp Double Socket Pull Chains 40s VGC
This lovely old lamp is in remarkedly good condition. Belonged to my late Aunt ans was purchased in the 40s or perhaps earlier. It was made in Japan. As noted when we removed the base to check for markings. There is a floral mark, I can't identify it. The lampw stands 26 inches high. Sits on a metal base, has 2 sockets and it works. The body is cream colored and has floral and face designs as well as painted gold leaf trim. The cord is intact but old. Probably not the original. The metal may be brass. The height can be adjusted by turning a screw. Nice shape. Questions welcome.

Striking Victorian"vaporiser. ... moreBrass stand holder with a wonderful patina- this would likely be stunning if cleaned. But we prefer to leave items of this nature as found. The stand has a patent date from August 1885 to August 1888. Stands approximately 6 1/2" tall and is about 4" from front to back and just over 3" across the base. The top has a brass holder which was designed to contain a jar of mentholatum(not included) or other remedy which required heat/flame to melt and vaporize. The bottom holds a small lamp(included. With wick) which has"Vapo Use" and"Cresolene" Kerosene" in raised letters. There is a design/lettering on the handle which would be easier to read if the handle were cleaned. The lamp measures about 2 1/4" across at the widest point and stands approx. 3" to the top of the wick holder. This is an interesting. And fairly unusual, piece. This is a vintage Victorian Mahogany table. I believe it is called a lamp or plant table. No marble top. It was broken and I did not include it. it measures about 18" tall and is 13" across the top. The wood table is in very good condition with normal wear from age(no breaks or repairs) I do have the marble top but it was broken and glued back together. If anyone is interested I will include it, but of course shipping will go up to 19 lbs. purchased at an estate sale.
