The shade is in very good condition except for two small chips at the very top. The shade measures 10" in height and 30" in diameter. The glass fluke measures 12" in height. The gas chamber has the name The Rochester imprinted on the rim. The changer has a floral design around the cylinder. The legs of the lamp measure up to 38" in height and have a spiral design on them. SUPERB VICTORIAN ANTIQUE RAILWAY PULLMAN CARRIAGE LAMP 1870 STEAM TRAIN ENGINE This is a great VICTORIAN ANTIQUE RAILWAY PULLMAN CARRIAGE TABLE LAMP 1870 In my estimation it dates from around the mid 19th Century. Circa 1860-188 0. But please make up your own mind about this. The pullman lamp measures approx 12 inches(305mm) tall. It is made from brass throughout. It would originaly have been mounted on the dining table of a pullman railway carriage. This partucular lamp has more ornate feet than the more common type. It is in good condition with light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage. there is a small braised repair(barely noticable) to one leg(see photo 3) It is fitted with a bayonet clip type. UK bulb holder, and is unwired, and would need to be rewired by a qualified electrician before it can be used. TWO BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE VICTORIAN LEMON TINTED GLASS LAMP SHADES OIL LAMP SHADES Lovely pair of antique shades which measure just over 7 1/2 inches around the lemon area which would be the top on an oil lamp shade and just under 4 1/2 inches around the base. These would both be hand made and so are very slightly different in size. The condition of both is good with a few very small nibbles around the inside of the base and one does have a ding on the top edge of the yellow and the other is fine. Will be well packed for their journey.

Lamp is 21 1/2 inches tall at top of chimney. Top globe is 9 inches high& 28" inches around the top hole is 3 1/2" with metal ring also bottom hole of globe is 4" across. Bottom globe is 6 inches high& 9 inches across. The round knob has Eagle- Made in USA marked on it. The lamp is typical of lamps made circa 1880's- 1915. It does say Made in US America on the wick knob. It has a dark spot like paint on top globe near metal ring the size of salt grain see next to last pictures so you can see it on the top globe. Antique Amber Crystal Glass Hanging Parlour Lamp Hand Painted Floral Design Vintage Victorian era Lighting! We are pleased to offer for auction: A Lovely Victorian or Edwardian era Elegant Hand Painted Amber Glass Crystal Hanging Parlour Lamp The two Glass Lamp Shades each have a lovely Floral Pattern Design Hand Painted in white paint on the outside of the glass. All the way around each shade. The Chain. Wiring and Metal frame are all in very good condition! There is a very light hint of rust forming in the chamber where the bulb sits. This could be easily resolved with a little Steel Wool and some Oil. There is a small chip(3/8" wide) on the bottom rim edge of the top/larger shade. This does not show when the lamp is together. Otherwise the shades are in excellent condition! This lamp was originally an oil lamp. It has been converted ... moreto electric! The lamp shades did have"Cranberry" Flashing on the insides. Cranberry is a blend of Ruby Red and Gold. The Cranberry flashing became dried, and completely washed off. The glass is Medium Amber color. We have included some photos taken with a RED Light Blub in the lamp. Without the red bulb the lamp emits a soft Amber color. The lamp is overall in excellent condition. And works perfectly! It measures: Top Shade 11" wide X 9" high Bottom Shade 6 1/2" wide X 8" high Overall Height" 20" The chain and cord are approximately 110" long and are both in very good usable condition. The cord appears to be from approximately the 50's or 60's. It appears to be without flaws. You still might want to update it to a modern cord and plug. The design of the burner makes me think it may be for a fuel earlier than Paraffin/Kerosene, such as Rosin. The burner is a side-draught circular-wick example using the Argand principle in conjunction with a flame-spreader. It is very similar in design to the'King's Patent Brighton Lamp' burner(especially the wick holding mechanism) The burner takes a flanged chimney as can be seen by the gallery fittings(small fixing-bolt(sadly missing) and the sloping clip to hold the other side ... moreof the flanged chimney lip) Around the base of the burner are faintly stamped' laurel leaves' and the words' James Hinks Patentee Birmingham' Dimensions; 4 1/4" tall from push-in collar to top of flame-spreader. Flanged chimney fitting is just a fraction under 3" Condition; appears to be in good condition for age. Some knocks and marks, tarnish etc. spreader is a replacement(height could be adjusted with a small section of tubing, if need be) cone is a little out of shape, three of the six spokes(part of the gallery guide inside the burner) section of tubing have come undone but I'm sure they could be reapplied with a dab of solder, chimney securing bolt is missing, small piece of the wick holder corroded, see images. Hello. You are viewing my auction for an Antique Capodimonte Italian Figural Table Lamp. This lamp depicts a Victorian Man holding binoculars in his hand. He is wearing a long coat with a top hat. This lamp has all the look of a Capodimonte lamp however I refuse to open up the bottom to verify if it is. The colors and features of this lamp are superb. The lamp measures 26 and 1/4" tall up to the top of the light socket. It is 11" wide by 11" deep. It weigh 9.4 pounds. The thumb on the man's left hand is broken off. I do not have the thumb. There are no other breaks or repairs present. The light itself does not work. I tried plugging it in with a new bulb and it didn't work. There is some wear on this item and some dirt present. Beautiful Victorian Hinks & Sons Ceramic Oil Banquet Lamp, Original Glass Shade
Beautiful Victorian Hinks and Sons Ceramic Oil Banquet Lamp with Original Acid Etched Glass Shade This lovely Victorian oil/kerosene lamp by Hicks and Sons is all original from its base to its duplex burners to its acid etched. Floral design, glass shade. This example of a vintage English banquet lamp has a commanding, and yet quietly elegant, presence. The lamp stands over 23.5" tall by over 6" wide at the base; the piece is quite substantial and heavy probably due to the heavy ceramic, weighted metal base. The naturalistic, calming colors of blue, green, ochre and cream in the ceramic portion(Doulton? complement the quiet elegance of the acid etched floral glass shade. The ceramic base almost has an arabesque design look to it with some elements of aesthetic(nature) movement. As you can see from the photos, some of the ceramic ... moredesign is raised in certain portions of the motif giving it an embossed, three dimensional look. The middle ceramic component is seated on a footed brass base; the oil font sits down in a brass holder seated in the ceramic portion. The lamp is marked by the makers in the following places: on the brass neck near the two wick turners(Hinks and Son's Patent" on the end of the wick turners(Best British Maker F" with what looks like a sun logo in the middle) on the very bottom of the metal base(Hinks and Son's.468" This lamp is in what I consider excellent to very good condition, especially considering its age and utilitarian purpose. The brass footed base has some indications of age such as darkening and pitting; I could find no cracks, no chips and no imperfect areas in the ceramic portion. The only imperfections in this over 100 year old lamp can be attributed to age and use and are the following: several flakes, tiny chips in the glass in the bottom rim of the glass shade; these flakes cannot be seen while the shade is resting in its brass holder. Vintage Figural Chalkware Table Lamp of Victorian Lady & Harp
This is a vintage figural lamp made by Universal Statuary. Dated 1958. It features a pretty Victorian lady posing with a large harp. She is done in mostly cream and gold tones with a bit of color to her face and hands. There is amazing detail on this lamp, from the folds of her dress to the styling of her harp. She has a sweet expression on her face which sets a nice mood for any room she graces. She stands about 16" tall with a full lamp height of 28" This is not a small nightstand lamp- it's a full size table lamp. It's in excellent vintage condition with no scratches. Chips or scuffs that we could find. There is a tiny pinpoint white spot on her nose, but I could feel no chipping or scratch there so I think it's just a factory defect. VINTAGE GLASS LIGHT LAMP COVER SHADE ANTIQUE BUBBLE ART DECO VICTORIAN HOME WALL
Cleaning out our barn and found this light cover. It is really unique and pretty with the all over bubble design. I really hate to sell it but I have no place to use it. I washed it up and found a small stain on the neck edge(picture 4) There were 1 or 2 very tiny spots that would not wash off, about the size of a pin tip, these are very hard to see in the bubble pattern. In the last 4 pictures, I took a small flashlight and laid it inside. In the first 3 of these, the flashlight was on"red" the last picture the light was on"white" In picture 8. I put a green cloth inside to help show the bubble pattern. I examined the shade all over and can not find any chips, there in one very small, rough spot about 1 inch down from the tip, it rests on the"seam line" that swirls at the very top. The inside of the shade has ... morethe bubble pattern in it, it bubbles outwards. The hole measures 3-1/4 inches across outside edges. The total shade measures 5-1/2 inches tall. Antique Lovely Ornate Victorian Plant Oil Lamp Lantern Bird Cage Wall Hanger
Up for auction is a lovely and sturdy Victorian Era metal wall hanger. These lovely old hangers were used to hang plants. Lanterns or oil lamps, or bird cages. There are no maker's marks or dates on this piece. It is a sturdy hanger and the arm is attached solidly attached to the backplate. This is a fixed arm hanger and it does not swivel. The design is very elegant featuring a scroll and fern-like design on either side of a center column. The backplate measures 5 3/4" high and is 3 1/4" across at the widest point. The hanger arm extends approximately 9 1/2" from the backplate and 9 3/4" from the wall when hung. The hanger is in very good antique condition with a lovely red/orange patina in the design. There is one vary small ding in"column" on the right side of the backplate. You can see this in the close-up ... morephotos.
