Antique Victorian Cut Glass Oil Lamp with shade font burner base circa 1890
Cut Glass Oil Lamp Font A very High quality oil lamp indeed. A reeded stepped copper. Brass and china base houses a particularly good triple cut faceted glass font in perfect condition. The font is fitted with a classic hinks/messengers bayonet fitting collar which houses a very good hinks no2 Duplex rise and fall burner. The lamp is finished with an original victorian acid etched reeded globular shade. The overall height of the oil lamp including the chimney is 65cm 25 1/2 inches tall. The shade is just over 18cm tall and 20cm 8 inches wide. The diameter of the font is 17cm just shy of 7 inches. Postage UK £10. Europe £30, USA and Canada £45. Condition: The lamp is pretty much in a perfect condition. The only fault is to the oil lamp shade. With minor fritting to the top and bottom. Please see the photos, they speak volumes.

Antique Victorian Hanging Oil Parlor Lamp - Cranberry Glass Shade
An antique hanging victorian lighting fixture. The fixture has a cranberry shade that shades darker at the top to lighter on the bottom half. It is 33" long as it hangs. The shade and fixture is 10" long. The chains can be adjusted up and down. The original ring is on top to hang it from a hook. The burner that would light the fixture is missing- No chips or cracks in the old glass. Circa late 1800s.

this is a gorgeous antique ornate brass and milk glass electric table lamp. it has a great oil lantern like milk glass shade that has a wonderful victorian women on the face and hand painted around the portrait with gold. Purple, and yellow color. the shaft is made from very thick heavy brass with a nice patina from age. And has a white metal base with a brass finish. there is an on/ off switch on the socket and the shade bracket is topped with a nice solid brass finial. the piece works great and measures 34 x 6 1/4 inches. 6 victorian sterling silver pierced lamp shades pat 1913 SC & L Co. Shreve.....
Rare Victorian/Edwardian era pierced Silver Shades for candle lamps. All 6 are from the same local SF bay area estate. The first photo shows the 6 shades. The 4 in the front are individually stamped at the top rim: Sterling Pat'd Dec 16- 13. There is a hallmark of a block letter"H" with an arrow or some sort of a bar going through the center. The number 780D is also stamped on each shade. The maker appears to be S C& L Co. Which stands fro Shreve. Crump& Low. Together they weigh over 8 ounces on my postal scale. They are solid not flimsy. In the first photo the two shades in the back have more of an art noveau style. They are not Sterling. They are stamped EP 05 which I believe means Electro Plated 1905. Magnificent antique victorian-art nouveau cherub table lamp 1920s* This is a gorgeous antique table lamp which stands 16 inches high and is 6 inches wide at the base. The lamp is made of brass and other metals. The gorgeous art nouveau finial is solid brass. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a very fancy triple cut crystal pull on the end of the chain. The pretty pierced metal shade ring is decorated with 30 strands of crystal lustres with new brass bow tie pins. The finish on the lamp is gold with coppery accents. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. Up for your consideration is this blue hobnail antique fairy lamp. The shade is dated 1902. Not sure of maker. Maybe this was a commemorative lamp? Don't know? There are no chips cracks or any issues. Looks as if it has never been used. Excellent condition. Lamp measures 4 1/2 inches tall and base is almost 6 inches across. This lovely antique lamp has a flawless green onyx and brushed bronze base. This heavy victorian beauty has been converted to electric and is ready for display in your home. A breath taking piece. Height from base to top of finial is 34.5" Width of base is 7.5" Width of shade is 18" and height of shade is 11.5" Total height of lamp with shade is 38" This rare lamp is in great vintage condition and is absolutely gorgeous. Monumental Victorian Bronze Patinated Spelter Figural Lady Newel Lamp Light
Offered for your consideration is a very large newel lamp of the finest quality formed by a neoclassical art nouveau lady lifting a vessel atop her head. From which 5 vines emerge with lighted flowers at their tips. She stands on a black wooden plinth. I suspect that the base metal is spelter. Due to the weight, but perhaps it's bronze. The lamp is monumental in size. About 5 0 1/2" high by 16" wide. The piece is in remarkably good condition. It looks like portions of some leaves may be missing on the vines and aroun d the sockets at the top. T he only other possible flaw I see is a line across the base of the woman' s toes on her left p roper foot where they join her draped robe/gown. It may have been there from the ti me of casting. As it shows evidence of age. The wooden base shows a line from shrinkage over time. But ... moreis still completely stable. The p atination i s lovely. With only minimal signs of wear. Likely the result of a century of cleaning& polishing by previous owners. The wiring was re cent ly professionally updated/replaced with fine silk cord and a new plu g. I do not believe that the lamp originally had coordinating shades. Per se; I suspect that regular light bulbs were used. As it s purpose was to provide useful illumination. Alternatively. A variety of old and reproduction bulbs& bulb covers are available from various sources, if you do not already have them and care for that"look" If you are the winning bidder. 68" ADJUSTIBLE VICTORIAN to AESTHETIC PIANO / ORGAN OIL/KEROSENE FLOOR LAMP
This is one of my favorite lamps that I've hoarded for a long time in anticipation of restoring another home. But as I have to get real about downsizing. I'm biting the bullet and listing this exceptionally nice 19th century piano or organ lamp and several others. The piano lamp is large and heavy- raising. As shown, to 68 inches to the top of the shade. Its paw feet create an 18 inch triangle. The base is gilded cast iron and weighted. As it was designed to avoid tipping when burning oil. The lamp is in very nice condition and I believe you can see the design elements in the photos. So I won't take your time to wax poetic over aesthetic detail in the font and the ornate castings. What I will mention. In the event you don't see it in the pictures is that the font of the lamp and the turned brass post remain in polished brass, ... morebut the cast portions of the lamp(feet& decorative ball) were apparently over-gilded years back. Most likely the original owner tired of polishing or perhaps the brass plating was worn. And I'm ashamed to admit that while the lamp still carries a lot of old brass polish residue in the crevices. I never took the time to wash this off with a toothbrush) When the font was electrified. The cord was run out one of the decorative openings below the font and extends down the back of the lamp, and it definitely needs to be rewired as it has a very old cord and plug and the socket is loose. While you might opt for a ball or Gone with the Wind style shade. The vintage slag glass tulip shade works well and is in keeping with piano lamps of the era(see copy of an antique photo that was recently for sale online) The glass is in fine condition and the shade's quite solid, but there's a bit of separation at the top of the brass trim between the panels. You are bidding on: Gorgeous Hand Painted LARGE Antique Peach Colored Glass Shade Here is a beautiful peach-colored glass lamp shade for a Victorian lamp with a 12" fitter. I got it at an estate sale with the lamp base shown in the photos. It is not nearly nice enough for this fantastic shade. The soft frosted peach color is decorated with lovely hand painted flowers. There is a spot you can see on the shade. It is a price sticker that was not removed before the photos were taken. I would say it is in very good vintage condition. There is some minor roughness on the bottom edge(unseen) That is to be expected from a piece of this age. This shade has probably been removed and replaced hundreds of times. Aside from the bottom edge, there are no chips, cracks, flea bites or repairs. The are a few"rub marks" on the back side of ... morethe shade. It looks like it may have rubbed against a painted wall. Please use my photos as well as my written description as testimony to the condition. This is a big shade. The bottom is 11-3/4" in diameter to fit nicely in a 12" rim. AT the widest point it is 14-1/2" in diameter. The top opening is 7-1/2" in diameter. The inner clear glass is 14" tall with a 3" opening at the top. I do not think the turned wood base is appropriate for the shade so I am selling the shade alone. But if you want the base too, let me know and I'll get a shipping price for it. Antique Elegant Victorian style kerosene Parlor Oil Lamp in nice condition for the age,circa late 1800's early 1900's.It is a banquet style oil lamp that is nickel plated.the design is lovely.Lamp base& burner only no shade. The lamp looks like it may be an Alladin or Rayo.but it isn't marked except the burner. Measures 20 1/2" tall from the top of burner to base. base measures 6 1/2" wide.has wear from age and use.needs cleaned and polished.no wick. Burner collar measures 2 1/2"wide. this is a rare antique very heavy. High quality, bronze and brass, electric bridge arm floor lamp. The base is extremely heavy and has a wonderful circular brass shape. footed with 4 tier shaped feet/ the base has a very deeply cut ornate floral and scroll detailing. truly an exquisite base that is not justified by the pictures. the shaft is made from bronze and at each end has very ornate large brass filler shafts. the bridge arm is made from bronze with finials at both sides and is set at a great obtuse angle. the socket is connected with a wonderful ball joint allowing it to be adjustable. the on/ off switch is located at the socket. it is in excellent shape and has a wonderful patina from age. works great and measures 57 inches tall. I would guess, to about 1900. It is just 4 1/2 inches tall to the top of the cap and because of its small capacity was possibly used to fill miniature oil lamps. The pump is untested but has good spring action. The 5-inch spout is complete with a cap cover and chain. The filler is non magnetic and may be copper or copper plated brass. It could be polished to gem-like quality. The filler is in good condition with a faint dent in the tiered portion of the top. A superb little lamp filler to use or display. The fitter edge on this shade appears to be specially molded or blown; It measures 14 1/4" by 13 1/4" there are two indentations in the making on each side, which help the shade fit snugly into the frame. These can be seen in the photos. The font measures 6" wide and approximately 4 1/2" tall. This antique hanging lamp is in overall excellent condition. The motor does not work to raise and lower the lamp. A great addition to your collection! We will ship this lamp in two boxes with the shade separate.
