Has a large bell in the middle& marked Peris Onda 1827 around it. I tried to research it but nothing solid to say other than it was made in Spain& Onda made cool tiles& they have a museum. Measures 3/8" thick. 8" X 8" square, 1 chip on the corner& a few scratches, dirty on sides& bottom, smells like it was used outside maybe as garden art or a trivet on a patio. This tile shows no signs of being glued down but was used for something or packed in a wet area based on the smell of the outdoors. Weights almost 2 pounds before packed. California Tile Taylor Round exotic Bird Tile Table Catalina Era 1930
Up for you consideration out of my long time collection comes a beautiful Taylor Tile. This table is a beautiful exotic tropical bird and is in excellent condition for it's age. Circa 1930. There are no cracks, major chips or repairs. There is some minor scuffing to some of the black which is usual from normal ware. The round 4 tile set measures 16 1/2" across. There is minor crazing but not very noticeable. Questions Welcomed and Satisfaction a Must! This is a transfer tile with John Hancock's former home, John Hancock was a former governor of Mass. The house itself was erected in 1737 and demolished in 1863 to make way for a new wing of the State House. The back of the tile is marked Minton China Works with their logo indicating Stoke Upon Trent, Walbrook, London.The blue marking reads"Published By Macullar Parker Company. This tile was one of a pair of tiles produced around 1895. the other being the"Boston State House 1818" exclusively made for and distributed for the Macullar Parker Co as souvenirs for visitors to Boston. This superb Victorian decorative wall tile I think dates to around 1880. The tile has a lovely green glaze and has dog in the centre that has a kind of 3D effect and has lovely colour and patina with age as seen in the photos, the tile is mounted in an oak frame of the same period, on the back there are makers marks which I think are for Minton but not certain, there is also another mark for Sherwins Patent Lock back England, the tile measures 6 x 6 inches and in good condition apart from some light crazing to the glaze and the frame measures 9.5 x 9.5 inches and in good condition

These bricks came from an estate outside of Boston. The dimensions of the bricks are approximately 12’ x 4¼” x 2 ¼” The outside finish is a white glaze or enamel. On the back of each brick is printed“TIFFANY” with the‘N’ reversed) andthe date of manufacture. Three of the bricks are dated 6-05-02. Two of the bricks are dated 7-05-02, and one of the bricks has the date 8-05-02. The year was 1902. As you can see from the pictures. The bricks are not in perfect condition, but for something that is 111 years old, are in remarkable shape. I was told by a dealer at the estate sale that Tiffany is highly desirable. That they are used to decorate fireplaces, but they are now repurposed in other ways, and that they fetch $75 each in the condition they are in($75 x7 = $525) That seemed surprisingly high to me. 1894 CLOCK THE ART METAL WORKS LADY FIGURAL WITH PORCELAIN TILE
Up for your consideration is this 1894 CLOCK MADE BY THE ART METAL WORKS IN NEWARK. N.J. It is made of spelter metal covered with brass. And measures 11.5" ht. The front bottom portion has the porcelain tile with the courting couple depicted. It is embossed on all sides of the clock with beautiful scrolls and flowers. The lady is molded right on the top so she is securely fixed in position. She has good detail with long flowing hair hanging down her back. The wind up clock is not working. This brown clay chunky floor tile has 7"points" and 6 colors. The primary green is"arts and craft period" matte green in two shades. The raised outline on the outside perimeter is shiny black and the inside diamond is a raised shiny sable brown. The inside of the diamond is smooth tan and the center is rough sable. This is a set of used black ceramic tile bath accessories. It includes a soap dish and towel bar holders. The soap dish base is about 5" high by 5" wide and projects about 2-5/8" from the wall. The recessed mounting base is about 4" by 4" and is stamped F-822 The Fairfacts Co Inc New York Made in the USA. The towel bar holders measure about 3" by 5" at the base and prolects from the wall about 4" They have a square hole about 1" for the bar(not included) The recess ribs on the holders do have some chips on the ends. Old Ceramic Tile from Italy Soldier Skeleton Antique Crackeled Piece Oddities
The previous owner of this piece owned a summer home in Italy. The Sale was Legendary. Watch the store for a while. I will keep some of it. But will slowly pass the picks on to you. This Stunning Tile was gathering dust in the corner. It seems to have the face of a skeleton. Notice some loss on the corners. The piece measures not quite 5.25 inches square. He is carrying a spear and has a sword. Very Unique.
