Vintage Industrial Explosion Proof Repurposed Floor Lamp For sale is a very unique repurposed vintage floor lamp. The lamp base is a heavy steel stand with original black paint and it makes the lamp quite sturdy. The rod is black threaded 3/4" pipe with a"T" fitting towards the bottom which provides an exit route for the power cord. A steel reducer is fitted to the top portion of the pipe giving the lamp a seamless transition into the antique explosion proof light. The vintage explosion proof light is truly the jewel of the lamp and has many great industrial attributes. A white porcelain covered steel shell houses the internal components of the light. 51 Steampunk Cigar Lighter Lamp- Industrial Art- Machine Age- Steam Gauge Ron Fritz Steampunk Lamp Sculpture Signed and Numbered Classic Steampunk/ Machine Age/ Industrial Art Lamp- made from salvaged and new parts. All of my lamps are hand made sturdy one of a kind sculptures. This is a Steampunk/Machine Age Lamp with a working cigar lighter. The cigar lighter pivots out for ease of lighting your cigar. The heating element is operated by a push button switch mounted on the base. Hold the button down and the element heats up. Let up on the button and the element turns off. Lamp is mounted on a solid one piece oak base with felt on the bottom. So as not to mar the surface it is sitting on. Most of the pipe and fittings on this lamp are reclaimed pieces. The antique gauges and other machine age parts on this lamp are all salvaged pieces. I ... moretry to use all Made In America pipe and fittings- no China or Taiwan. The light bulb sockets I use are new solid turned brass heavy duty 2 piece screw together sockets. They cost more, but they will not fall apart on you- as the cheap new sockets do, nor will they short out- like the old ones have a tendency to do. Sockets turn on/off with a switch mounted in the base. Edison style light bulbs are included. This lamp measures 24 inches high by 18 inches wide, and 12 inches deep. Set of Three matching vintage signed Holophane shades for 3" fitter fixtures. From the 1920s. Manufactured in Newark, Ohio. As shown in the sketch, the interior inner lip measurement is 2.5 inches. The exterior edge of the lip is 3.25 inches and the place where the screws will hold the shade holder in place measures 3 inches. The bottom diameter of the shades is 10 inches. VINTAGE LOT OF CHANDELIER GLASS PRISMS Here we have 70+ glass prisms that were left over from an old beat up chandalier that I bought at a local flea market some 20 years ago. I thought they were pretty so I held on to them. There are 5 teardrop shaped ones measuring approximately 1 5/8"long and 1" wide. 18 octagons that measure1" by 1" 12 that measure 7/8" high by 13/16" wide, 31 octagons that are 13/16" high by 3/4" wide, and a couple of others. The octagons are shaped like a diamond as the one side has a flat face and the other side comes to a point. The octagon shaped ones have a hole for hanging on both ends and the teardrops have only one hole at the narrow end. The stars have some damage to the tips and the large one has a couple of large chips. The others are junk but I am including them. This was to absorb shock of water pressure instantly activating a sprinkler head and water alarm bell. So it didn't blow a pipe thread apart, after setting dormant for years. Salvaged 15 years ago. I power washed and painted it, been sitting in shed since, it has some paint loss and scratches. Steel ball is 6- 1/2" diameter. It has two brass 1/2" gate valves. Antique Burton Wall Mountt Telescoping Industrial Steampunk Task Light w/White Glass Shade This auction is for an early Burton wall mounted telescoping adjustable light fixture. Marked on the wall mount"Burton Light Co.Chicago and Patent Pending" It is in good working condition. The Burton Light Company was known for the quality medical light fixtures they produced in the early 1900's. The fixture has several adjustments. It moves side to side at the wall mount plate. Up and down on the whole, light head swivels around and the top shaft extended in and out. Overall the light is in good vintage condition. The clear holophane(marked on the ring) glass shade has vertical lines around the exterior, a 2-1/8" fitter ring, 7-5/8" across the bottom. No chips or cracks to the shade. On the lamp, everything is still real snug ... moreon adjustment so it holds its position. The brown painted finish on the wood part has crackled and flaked. The brown finished metal parts shows some rubs, scratches. The cloth covering on the cord has some minor fraying cord is not exposed and is still solid and good. Lamp is in good working condition. Requires a standard bulb of operation. The shaft part alone, not including the adjustable head and shade part) when closed is 27" extended is 47" The swivel head part is about 8" long, without the shade being mounted.
