Vintage Fenton Glass Yellow/Green Opalescent Coin Dot Electric Lamp Marble Base
This auction is for an antique Fenton bedside and desk lamp. It is in excellent condition for its age. Although the cord is very old and has more wear than most of the piece(see pictures) and so I have not tested the working order of the lamp. For this reason I am selling it As-Is pictured. The center is opalescent coin dot glass, the base is marble, and the remainder is brass. It is a very heavy duty lamp. It measures approximately 10.25" tall. Aside from wear from age and use, on the main structure of the lamp I have not seen any major flaws and the glass and marble are free of chips and cracks. Please take time to look at each picture. Royal Dux - Antique Art Deco, Grecian Woman Figurine Lamp Base
Offered for auction is a rare and fabulous old Royal Dux figurine. It looks art deco and Grecian in design. This used to be a functioning lamp. It is not now though. It has been removed from the old brass lamp and there is a brass rod that extends down the white porcelain down to the brass base. It can be reattached and made into a working lamp, or the buyer can remove all the brass altogether. For packing purposes the porcelain will be wrapped separately from the brass to prevent damage. I recently bought a lamp and they did not use bubblewrap and the porcelain hit against the brass base and broke the figurine. You can imagine my disgust! This will not occur with this packing job! I have just reduced this. For this weekend only. This auction is for a lovely French Art Deco lamp with a swan. In cast metal, on a polished marble base. A genuine period item, with a lovely glass globe. It is working and takes a standard bayonet bulb base. We use these all around the house both here in France and in the UK. They work well with low energy bulbs. We just have too many of these. Having downsized in the UK from a five bedroom converted chapel to a small two bedroom modern house It still has a French plug on it and will need a UK type fitting when your electrician checks it out. The base has a felt bottom. It has the original electrical cord with an on/off switch. This lava light has red lava. Stands 16.25" tall and the base is 5 3/8" in diameter. It works well as you can see in the pictures. Lava lamps need ample warming up time to get the nice lava flow. Vintage Brass Ceiling Light Part/Lamp Base for globe, ornate, pull chain 5" tal
This auction is for a vintage brass part to a ceiling light or lamp base. My neighbor gave me a huge box of vintage lamp parts to sell! This one is probably spelter metal with a brass finish. It doesn't look quite like solid brass to me, but lamps are not my area. It measures just under 5 inches tall, has three screws to hold a glass globe, and there is a hole in it that I assume is for a pull chain. It weights 1.2 ounces and measures 3 inches at the globe base. Just a few words. All my pictures are of the actual item. No stock photos used! I just purchased this vintage Art Deco marble based figural dog table lamp at a local estate here in Central Virginia. The lamp features a bronzed spelter spaniel dog stting on a piece of black marble and facing an original globe. The piece is in very good condtion and has been rewired. The dog figure has a nice patina and the black and white marble base is without chips. The original globe has alternating rings of frosted and clear glass and is encircled with rings of gold. All in good condtion, and the shade pops out to display a night light bulb. The base measures 10 3/4" by 3 1/2" the dog is 4" high and the shade is 4" in diameter. A hole has been drilled near the base of the piece to accommodate the cord. This stunning piece is presented in good vintage condition with just a few small slithers of loss to the pottery body surrounding the drilled hole for the cord and another small flake of a loss to the glaze at the base of the lamp. These small flakes are noticeable only on extremely close examination as the pottery below the little chips is exactly the same colour. This piece displays exceptionally well. Lamp (Vintage), Two Silver Tone Birds in a Tree w/ Lg Brass and Lucite Base
This vintage lamp is outstanding. It features 2 birds in a silver tone metal sitting on the same metal tree limbs. The tree is set on an extremely well made base of lucite and thick brass. It really has a great look to it. As far as the history on this lamp goes. It don't know when it was made. I do know of the owners and have been told it was purchased at an antique show in 1963. One year later the lucite base was added, and it was used as a metal, brass, and lucite statue, not a lamp. The piece always had the holes there to to use it as a lamp, yet the owners never did. When the heirs to this statue received it, they then made it into a lamp. The condition is excellent, there are no flaws whatsoever. The brass shows no wear or tarnish, and the lucite is clean of marks or scratches. Each bird has beautiful blue glass faceted eyes that ... morereally stand out. This is a heavy piece, as it weighs 12 pounds. The lamp stands 23 and a 1/2 in tall up to the finial. The width of the 2 birds in the tree is 10 in. The brass base alone measures just under 3 in tall in height. The lucite base measures 7 in wide and 6 in deep. This lamp truly is visually stunning; it will certainly display proudly just about anywhere. The piece is so so well made, it looks like it could belong to royalty. It measures approx. 12 3/4" tall with a base that measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" The marble measures 3" x 3" It has a 6" cut crystal ball type globe with beautiful patterns cut into the crystal. It is a very unique lamp. The globe is attached to the lamp. With another piece of crystal in the middle. It has 9 crystal prisms. It should have 10. Since there are 10 holes for the prisms.
