Porcelain dial, columns, some hand painted decoration, with weight driven time and strike movement powered by two brass cased lead shot filled bullet weights, in as found condition and untested. A stunning ornate Horse top vienna wall clock. Very Heavy robust case with side glass. Beautiful colorful wood that shows off it's rich colors of beauty. The clock is made of walnut and has amazing and stunning detail. Heavy carved pillars. This clock tick's and tock's and gongs smooth and precise. Heavy gong Loud mello ringing. Keeps good time. 8 day clock. Gongs on the hour and on the half hour. does come with it's key. The outside measurments are a large 54 inches tall from it's tallest peaks. We did wind the clock and it ticks, but with the pendulum on it, it doesn't seem to keep the right time, probably needs and adjustment. The clock has the markings"MB" and"44902" on the brass movement inside the clock. It has a side and bottome compartment to access the inside workings of the clock. I think that you can see from the photos that this is a WATERBURY Octagon Top Clock with a Solid Wood Case that is in very good condition and measures approx. 20 inches wide x 23 1/2 inches tall. It has an 11 inch diameter time track. The paper dial is very nice +/ But does have some age-darkening and a few small stains. The Bezel is quite good(some scratches and tarnish? on a solid hinge that looks to have been repaired. The glass is good. The bezel closure catch is correct and works well. The hands look correct to the clock and fit well. The lower door is solid on a good hinge, with a good glass and good closure catch. It comes with the pendulum bob seen in the photos and a wind key. An antique Gustav Becker R-A Style Wall Clock In good working condition Has GB-Silesia Movement P42 Has what may be a porcelain or enamel dial face and insert on brass pendulum bob. Wound it up and it runs- has been running for days- gongs the hour and on the half-hour Measures approximately 30" tall and is 15-3/4" wide and 7-1/4" deep measured at the top Has good glass on front on each side Brass key is marked: Swiss Made" Cabinet looks to be walnut with veneer around edges The two-piece columns on both side of door are spooled- door latch is intact. Looks great- it does have two issues with the cabinet itself- the door is tight to open and has caused scraping of the wood on the platform- the bottom of the column on the right hand side has come unglued- you can see these in the pictures provided- ... morelooks to be a relatively easy fix. I acquired this at an estate auction- it has a small sticker on the lower front of the door which reads"Old German 1902" Having experience at auctions. Lovely Antique Oak Wall Clock dated 1890- Paper Label on Back"New Haven Time Piece" This is a great looking clock with handpainted decorative pine cones and pine needles surrounding the front of the case and a lovely painted bird in the center of the clock face. We've had the clock for about 15 years and it remains in its"as found" condition. It does have its key and great looking pendelum. It does run for about 8 days. But does lose time so would need some work to get it just right. I believe this clock is sometimes referred to as a school clock, based on the decorative pine cones, etc. I think it may have hung in a cabin or lodge at some point in its life. Sometimes I find an item that attracts me at auction because of its beauty and rarity. I have seen similar wall clocks from Holland to this clock. But they are not vintage or complete, and the seller does not know what the item truly is. This clock is a Holland made wall clock from the original 18th century design called Friesland. It has a hand painted brass dial and a 8 day Franz Hermle and Sohn brass works, German. Dutch clocks have a long history. Primarily they are made in the Black Forest area and many historians report that the first of the Dutch clocks were seen in the middle ages, perhaps as early as the 1300s. This mid 1900's clock is an example of this history. The Hermle clock company, like many of the well-known American clock companies, such as Seth Thomas and Ingraham, owes its existence to one clockmaker who had the desire ... moreto build quality clocks, Franz Hermle. While the major American clock companies trace their roots to the early 1800’s, the Hermle Company is a twentieth century success story. The company was started in 1922, shortly after Germany began recovering from World War I, as the Franz Hermle Clock Company in the town of Gosheim near Wuerttemberg, Germany. Franz Hermle passed on his clockmaking expertise to his four sons: Gebhard, Alfred, Hans and Heinrich, changing the name of the company to Franz Hermle and Sohn. Up for bid is an antique 1870s German POST-MAN black forest wag on the wall clock: Chime works when advancing hands. Movement advances when moving pendulum rod by hand. Pendulum is missing. Comes with 2 weights measuring approx. 7 1/2" long overall. One weight is missing an end cap as seen in photos. Chains are good and appear to be original. Hands are made of solid brass and appear to be original. Dial is wood and possibly repainted at one time but looks good. Case has some repairs with screws and brackets to reinforce. Round walnut wooden front looks great. Bezel is heavy solid brass and looks original. Complete with latch in working condition. Screw holes for bezel hinge have been stripped and replaced with modern screws. Side wooden access doors are good with some repairs. Black Cast Iron New Haven Conn Mantle Clock Up for auction is an antique Friedrich Mauthe Schwenningen wall clock. The clock is from the early 1930's. The movement is in great condition. It has been professionally serviced in the last year or so and runs non-stop. It strikes on 4 rods at the half and full hours. It has a very nice sound. The movement has the markers mark“Friedrich Mauthe Schwenningen. Eagle FMS” and 45/100. The body is in great condition but it does show some age wear for over 80 years. It's still tight; there is a split on the top that has been repaired. Wear in the wood but still very nice. The front glass is beveled and intact with no cracks or chips. Antique Ingraham store regulator. Circa 1909, model Northwestern. Time only, 12 inch dial, 39 inches high, 17 3/4 inches wide, 5 1/2 inches deep. Paper dial. Original old glass on top. Movement cleaned and oiled and running great. Lower glass has added advertising- blue letters on 23 carat gold leaf. Ingraham key included. Vintage Lanshire Self-Starting Trivet Cast Iron Antique White Wall Clock
Here's a vintage Lanshire trivet wall clock. If my patent book is right this is 1948. It's made of cast iron with an antique white enamel paint. It's about 9-1/4 inches tall. About 5-3/4 inches in diameter, and about 2-1/2 inches thick with the glass. It's heavy. It weighs about 2.25 pounds. It's nice and clean. The glass is nice and clear. There is some obvious paint missing on the right top outer edge. And afew specks on the back side. I think it gives it charactor) There is also some little light rust stains on the round base. Please look at the pictures as they are part of the discription. The back of it on the cast iron has a#1 on the handle. Also on the back on the left side of the trivet is the#3001. Very nice. Very original Gustav Becker 3 weight Vienna Regulator fully embossed weights. Pendulum and dial, This clock has an above average gong tone, kinda soft and pleasant compared to some twangy gongs. S/N 434.849 is fairly early considering he made 2.25 million clocks(aprox year 1884- 1880 is S/N 260,000 and 1885 is S/N 500,000) This clock was cleaned and restrung a few yrs ago and all is still well, fully functional and in very good condition. I just reoiled now as I was trying to decide who to keep and who to let go, this one pains me to let go but I have to many The case is all tight,the bottom finial dowel is broken but there is enough to insert and for the clock to hold it so it stays in the case as I do not approve of gluing finials to the clock. This is an awesome little SHUTZ 1 weight Vienna Regulator. I would guess this is fairly early from the case style maybe 1875. The S/N is shown. It has been cleaned and restrung and is in good working order. The case is in very good condition aside from the base. It needs someone to find an appropriate base. I am sending the base as pictured with the clock, I took it off as it is only barley attached because it isn't a perfect match, it can be used as is or strip the base and try and match the color better or? The base is currently attached with 2 screws from the bottom but they do not break thru, there is no glue, and no visible scars to the clock have been made. Set of 3 Antique Vintage Folk Art Fretwork Dog/Bird Clock Candle Wall Shelves
This is set of 3 handmade antique fretwork shelves that have fantastic detail. The two larger shelves feature a charming scene of a dog(or fox) trying to get a little closer to two crested birds eating fruit in a tree. So detailed. Even a delicate ladder and some tiny blades of grass are visible. Underneath the larger shelves are some gothic style arches with decorative points and a heart shaped cutout on the bottom. One of the shelves is missing a decorative point underneath which doesn't significantly affect it's appearance, shown in the photos. The only other damage is a small crack in the fretwork that was glued(also shown in the photos) and is not obvious. The smaller shelf is in very good condition with no visible damage. Antique hand carved wood with lot of details. Quite big size wooden bird. The carved case. Dial, and movement are in very good condition for their age, no apparent flaws, and the clock has run perfectly for 4 days. I don’t know the exact age of this clock– probably circa 1960s. Antique New Haven Columbia 30 Day Wall Clock in Cherry
Offered here is a beautiful antique New Haven 30 Day Columbia wall clock in cherry. I have had this clock in my collection for quite some time. It is a strong runner and looks stunning on the wall. At some point in time before I acquired this clock it looks to either have had the finish rubbed out on it or refinished. The dial has also been repainted on the original dial pan. This has been one of my favorite clocks. But it is time to pass this along to someone else. I have this as a local pickup only or I can deliver it up to 200 miles for $0.30 per mile. Antique German Wall Clock #102
This is an Antique German Wall Clock. It has a makers stamp on the back with the name Schwingungos? pro minute#102. I could barely read the name so the spelling may be off. It has a pendulum with R-A on it and also has the scale in the case. It is all original and in good condition. The case has the side viewing windows in it along with the front glass which all are fine with no chips or cracks. There is one section of trim along the bottom side. A small piece that has come unglued and would need to be glued back on. The wood case is 10 1/4"w x 24"h x 5"deep. I do not have the key, I lost it, sorry.

For you consideration a Late 19th century Time only New Haven"Referee Standard Time" Possibly from a Dallas Tx. jewelry store around 1897. I contacted the family that had owned the store for decades and they said it was probably the one that hung there in the store in Dallas around that time. My ex father in law had it hanging on his wall from the sixties to the present. I am a clock repairman and I have serviced the clock and I will attest to its soundness. Up for auction a beautiful unghans wurttemberg wall clock.this has been in storage for several years.The wood looks great the clock works and runs for awhile then stops but does work? Has the original pendulum and key,needs a good cleaning im sure,and sounds really beautiful when it chimes, I was cleaning the face that looked great but dirty and the rag I wiped it with has some degreaser or something on it and the numbers and some writing freaken wiped off.how sad: with a little work this would be a super nice clock,check out the photos,lows starting price!
