RARE ANTIQUE MINIATURE STRIKING AND ALARM BLACK FOREST WALL CLOCK Description: This miniature Black Forest wall clock has a wooden dial that measures just about 5-1/4" in diameter. The tiny wooden plated movement measures 4-1/4" 108 mm. by 4-1/4" 108 mm. by 2-1/4" 57mm. has both full striking and an alarm on a small bell. The collets of the wheelwork are wooden which is a sign of an early clock. There are missing parts. Namely the minute wheel and some parts of the alarm mechanism, and there is old woodworm damage to the frame. The alarm setting disc is clearly not original and it looks as though a previous restorer has started to make a correct design brass disk(see image of weights) The three weights that you can see came in the box that the clock was in. So I have no idea whether they are original to the clock. There ... moreare no side doors or chains. The mahogany surround is superbly turned and most unusually. There is a key operated bezel lock let into the surround in the style of a mid 1800,s English dial clock The bezel is cast brass and the convex glass needs to be plastered in. So it may not be original. The painting on the wooden dial looks to be original and in very good order. The typically shaped Black Forest hands are steel. Again an unusual feature that again suggests an early date of manufacture. This clock will make a very rewarding restoration project and the finished result should be a very fine. Antique Arts and Crafts Early 1920's Beveled Paneled Glass 3 Chime Wall Clock This is a beautiful Arts and Crafts clock in perfect condition and all complete. And completely reconditioned by a professional. This clock has an arts and crafts look with beveled lead glass panels on the front door. The case is roughly 25" tall by 13” wide and a depth of 6" at the top. This clock is in the style of a WestMinster or Junghan's clocks with the movement and outer case that were used by these clock makers. But I am unsure of the actual maker of this Arts& Crafts wall clock. There are three hammers for the three chimes. And works great and run smoothly. Antique Sessions Regulator Wall Clock LARGE Brass/Bronze Dial Carved Acorns

The dial is marked H.C.5 copyright Etching Co of America of Chicago Ill USA Dial is non-magnetic and either brass or bronze with deep etching. I've never seen this one before so am not sure of the age but it is OLD. It runs good and strikes the 1/2 hour and counts off the hour with a rich deep gong-not one of those clanky ones. Movement is at least 8 day as I've had it running for 3 days now. It is quite large being 17 3/8" wide by 6 1/4" deep by 37 1/2" tall. One of the acorn carvings is missing a leaf and a couple small nicks out of it. There is a small piece of added on wood at the top of the clock at the dial face. Several small brass brads missing that hold on the dial. I'm not sure about the adjusting mechanism ... moreat the pendulum bob as it has been wired on so might not be original. Wood is a dark oak I believe. Pendulum marked No 31 with some letters above it. The moon dial is just for decoration as it is not a calendar clock. Offering this beautiful 19th Century French style gilded brass Wall Clock in todays Auction. Made of solid brass with a original gilded finish. It has beautiful castings.This is right out of a Los Angeles Estate. Years is about 1855 to 1890. It has Japy Frères stamp as Honor medal. I did some research and found out below: The Societe Japy Freres et Cie was formed in 1854. After 1850 and until 1858 the movements were marked: JAPY FRERES- Medaille d'Or. The Grande Medaille d'Honneur was in 1855. The mark on your clock would make it after the award received in 1855. Japy received many gold medals and medals of honor; these were given at exhibitions in Paris and other cities and were for clock or watchmaking and also believed to be for horology. It is a Admiral manufactured by WM. L. GILBERT Clock Co. It came from an estate sale and I am not sure how long it has been sitting. But I brought it home and hung it on the wall and it ran for over 24 hours. The Date did change.however I do not think it strikes, like it says on the back of the clock. Now here are the issues that I am aware of.The minute and hour hands are a little loose and they did hang up. So they need to be fixed or replaced. The glass face door had been soldered on and it came undone, so it will have to be repaired. I am sure it could use a good cleaning and tune up. Offered for your consideration is this Antique Seth Thomas Regulator Wall clock. This is a large clock measuring approximately 32 1/2" long x 15 1/2" wide x 5 1/4" deep. It features some very stunning natural swirls all around the wooden cabinetry. This clock features a partial label on the inside that verifies that this is a clock manufactured by"THE SETH THOMAS CLOCK CO. This clock comes with a large pendulum and key. Antique Gustov Becker Pendulum Wall clock. The clock is estimated to have been produced between 1880- 1910. It has a brass dial which is in good condition. The clock measures 31" x 12" x 6' I had problems getting the clock to run. However. When I took the clock to the clock-smith it ran in his shop for days. I thought maybe the clock didn't not like me. I found that the clock must be somewhat off perpendicular by a few degrees. It now runs and keeps accurate time. The last picture(the picture to the right of the clock face) shows the slight tilt of the clock so that it runs. The cabinet in in good condition given the age of the clock.

The woman thinks that clock came out of PS6 because of the#6 chip. I looked up PS6 and it was around since 1894. The clock's gear housing is marked Pat 1889. The pendulum has a repair on it from years ago. I did not open it up since it holds& will not effect the running of clock. That tape on pendulum is unseen because it is behind the dial face. The clock was not run for years(pendulum was not on. Laying inside clock) so I oiled the gear rod ends before starting. Clock has been running for 8 days and just needs to be tweeked. Clock lost about 11 minutes in 8 days. You just have to move the pendulum weight up till it keeps perfect time. Both clock ... morefaces are good with the one face having a scratch. ANTIQUE GERMAN VIENNA REGULATOR WALL CLOCK--8 DAY
Offering an antique German wall clock in the Vienna Regulator style. The clock is 28 inches tall. 14 and 1/2 inches wide and 6 and 1/2 inches deep. The clock movment has been cleaned and then tested for two weeks.working great for both time and chime. The clock chimes once on the half hour and then counts the number of the hour on the hour. Nice deep chime The wood case is in good condition for the age. A few scuffs and dings along the upper and lower front edges but given the dark color of the wood they are a little tough to find. There is also the almost required to have vertical crack at the top of the door. Age splitting. The dial is porcelain and is 5 and 1/2 inch diameter. There are few tiny scuffs on the dial but no cracks or other major issues. Clock comes with what look to be the original key and pendulum.
