Very large antique/ vintage Sessions Banjo Clock in as found. As shown original condition. The clock is almost 3 feet tall,10 1/4" wide and 3 3/4" deep and all original. First off all the brass has been painted gold and the finish may have been brown varnished, if so, many, many, many years ago. I like the way it looks but you may not. The case itself is in very good condition, look at the pictures. The dial glass is out but comes with the clock. The original suspension rod is off but there was a brand new one that comes with it. The springs are good. The movement is exceptionally clean and I see no bent or missing teeth or bent gears! The clock continuously ticks without the pendulum on and the chime hammer works when tripped manually, although it sounds flat when it hits the coil gong. It was not tested in any other way! For your auction consideration is a stunning. Original antique wooden wall clock. This clock features a classic yet unique case with decorated pillars and lower pieces. The face is a golden color which certainly has the appearance of age due to its color and crackled appearance. The face is accented by Roman numerals and fancy hands. The movement appears clean, oiled and well maintained. We could not find any manufacturer's marks on the movement, it was only marked with a size and a serial number(pictured) Perhaps our savvy clock bidders can figure out the maker by that information, we couldn't. The pendulum of this clock is one of its nicer features, it is very large, ornate and shiny. This clock also comes with a key. This is a fantastic example of a classical designed clock that it sure to please its new owner. LOVELY. RARE WALL CLOCK FROM THE MID TO LATE 1800' s WITH WOOD MOVEMENT AND HAND PAINTED WOOD DIAL, HAVE GONG. This clock is a beautiful antique and very rare to find one. This clock is made of solid wood and has great detail in the hand painted face of the clock. This is a wood movement with brass gears. Mechanism is great condition. And I think it work. But not fully complete(it have not chain fragment and two cast iron cone) It is very nice, decorative object. The pendulum is 10 inches long and the bob is 2.5 inches in diameter. The clocks measurements are- 9 inches tall from its tallest peaks and 6.5 inches wide from its widest peaks. And 4 inches deep. I WILL BE GLAD ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.

Chicago, Illinois 8-day Movement Strikes on the Hour This is a beautiful pendulum wall clock manufactured in the very early part of the 20th century; I have seen these dated anywhere from 1900-1920s. I believe the case is oak. The hands and pendulum look like copper but I believe they are actually brass. The clock was very dusty when I opened it up. I believe it is in decent working order; I was able to wind it quite easily although there is no key with it(I used one of my own standard clock keys) It gonged the hour and tick-tocked away for awhile- I did not wind much because I am no antique clock expert and feel fortunate when I cause no harm to these things. The clock Measures approximately 28" Tall. 15" Wide and 7" Deep. The cabinet has some scratches due to age but is still beautiful. There is a large hinged front door that operates as it should. I presume from when it was made, the only thing I can clearly make out is the date 1886, and a number 233 maybe the clock number? This is a beautiful clock. I got from a local estate sale, just as you see it. It has the pendulum, but not the key. The cabinet is good. Some light marks, but no damage, the glass is also good. When put on the wall the pendulum does move. But slowly- maybe 15 minutes or- will stop. I don't know if that's from not having it level or the mechanism needs cleaning. Antique Seth Thomas Oak Wall Clock (1912F) Octagon 8 Day Time (Working) w/ a Key
This is a 100 year old clock that works great and has a nice solid soft ticking sound. It has the numbers wearing off and there are tiny paint droplets on the wood and glass. see pics) The two screws that hold the glass door on are not original to the clock. There is some small scratches in the black on the little window in front of the pendulum. The wood back is nailed to case and I have not removed the nails to look inside. There is a key that winds the clock(There are little paint specks on one side of the key too) and there is a second little key with a lion on it but I don't know what its function is if any. The clock stands nearly 24 inches tall and has an old metal hanger on the back with a date of 8/1/12 and 1912F. Thanks for looking!

For your consideration is this very nice quality Antique German Weight Wall clock.The clock is very large at aprox 51" tall and just over 14" in width. Clock looks to be made of walnut and possibly some rosewood. Clock runs 8 days and strikes on the half hour and hour. The clockk strikes on a long rod that hangs down from back inside of the case. The clock keeps very good time but it gets off strike once in awhile but eventually seems to corrects itself. It will strike a number then continue to strike again. I suspect it needs cleaning in that it has not been serviced in at least twenty yrs. Anyway. It is a beautiful clock and I will pack it carefully and securely to send it along to its new home. This movement dates to the nineteenth century. I believe the gears to be brass. They are metal, but a magnet does not stick to them. There is not a face, chains or weights for this clock. Not sure if it works, I don't know a lot about clocks. Someone placed orange string in the movement. The wooden frame is signed on the back, it can be seen in the photo. There is a brass bell with the clock, but if it were placed in the center of the top, the striker does not reach it. The wooden frame measures 10 1/4" high by 6 1/2" wide by 5 3/4" deep. This crack does not compromise the integrity of the door since the door is two layers thick. The beetle holes add to the character of the item, in our opinion. Neat old clock with an advertising in the face for wallpaper. Nice nickel bezel in pretty clean condition. Brass accent"posts" would look really sharp polished. The finish is alligatored on the back of the clock. Appears all original. And is running, but the hand needs to be re-attached, and the glass is cracked.2 tiny little nuts are missing from the back as well. Only 4 1/2" tall. My"educated" guess puts this in the 1940's. It has a beautiful round gong striking at the full and half hour. The clock is in very good condition and is fully working. The Case is made of solid Mahogany Wood and is in very good condition. The enamel dial has roman numerals and the hands are very beautiful shaped just like the original old key. The door has a glass window where you can see the movement of brass pendulum. The pendulum is of high quality. The harp of the pendulum is made of brass and iron which was only used by very expensive clocks. They used this technique to make the clock more accurate. Black Forest Shelf This is a beautiful old carved wood shelf. Unmarked but believed to be from the Black Forest region of Germany. It may have been made as a clock shelf, but is nicely suited for displaying any small objects. It's a simply carved design of stylized scrolling leaf forms. The wood is beautifully darkened to a warm, deep brown. It's 15 1/8" high, 12 7/8" across and 6 1/8" deep. It has normal wear from age, including an old chip that blends in well, and a tight crack on one side of the shelf. The shelf is stable and sturdy. Beautifully decorated with carving Up for auction is a beautiful antique Junghans Mini Wall Clock in the middle of a restoration. It needs help and a home. It is believed to by manufactured during the Gustav Becker era. The Gustav Becker brand was created in 1899. And in 1930 it merged with Junghans. When the Second World War ended. The company stopped producing clocks, and today, Gustav Becker and Junghans wall clocks are no longer produced. Auction is for the nice wooden case. Clock works, parts, pendulum, glass, etc. No key available. Various parts found in a separate box will be included. A 2nd set of very pretty clock hands are in this box, too.
