Beautiful collection of old perfume bottles. They display beautifully. Condition is not perfect. There are some very minor nicks here and there on the edges that are nearly impossible to photograph. One of the stoppers is broken(photo 3) another stopper(photo 10) looks like it might not be 100% The atomizer ball is dried out. The two smallest bottles I think are fully functional. You are bidding on a pair of antique Japanese glass bottles. I bought this pair of old glass bottles in Kyoto. Japan at the kitano tenmangu flea market in 2000. They are hand blown glass; probably rejects due to imperfections. Most of the glass and pottery items at the seller's stall dated from the 19th century, so these probably do too. I don't know what these were originally made for, but judging from the size(less than 4" tall) they were probably meant for liquids other than those used in cooking. Lot of two antique vintage La Castillere France mini glass perfume bottles
2 antique/ vintage miniature perfume bottles. I am unsure of their age. But I suspect they were made in the 30s or 40s at the latest. Both are around 2.75" tall. One is in perfect condition. The other has a crack on the side. And a small chip on the bottle. I'm unsure as to whether or not it would hold any liquid. It's still quite beautiful regardless. There is a small spot on rust on the cap(pictured) The caps are likely silver plate. There is a bit of grime/ residue on the inside of the bottles. But nothing too serious. Here are 13 bottles that I dug here in Kentucky from 1880-1910 era privies. They all have stain and two have lip damage. The milk glass bottle has the biggest lip chip. They are all embossed except one that has a shield. The milk glass bottle is from Omaha Nebraska while the others are from Detroit. New York, and Chicago. Several are from New York while one is from Paris and one has Latin writing. They are all blown bottles. A nice set. They have only been rinsed off so they should clean up a lot better. The only notes I have is, the largest bottle has some roughness/flea bites out of the opening of the bottle and stopper from years of use but all other bottles do not have any damage, and the stoppers they are not perfectly even at the ends, the largest bottle's stopper is uneven at the end and I can't tell if that one has a piece broken off the end of the stopper or if it was made that way. It seems if there was another piece of glass there it would be too long? I think they all came that way out of the factory. These bottles are excellent! All bottles do not have any markings or stickers. The largest bottle has a fantastic large stopper. Measures 7 1/2" tall, about 3" across the bottom- The second bottle is a sort of 6 sided diamond ... moreshape. It measures 5 1/2" tall, 3 1/4" across bottom- The third bottle is a 6 sided shape with a very nice tall stopper. It measures 6" tall, 1 1/2" across the bottom- The fourth bottle is frosted and has a rose embossed pattern and a fan sort of stopper. Vintage Antique Glass Bottles Perfume Medicine Apothecary Fernet Branca Lot 14 There are 14 vintage/antique bottles in this listing. These bottles were given to me in 1975 by an aunt who collected bottles. There were found on her property in Manitou Springs. Colorado which was known for it's mineral springs. From what I can tell about them. There are several medicine, apothecary, spice and alcohol bottles included. The one green bottle has the name Fernet Branca on the bottom. A smaller bottle has the name Cebharot Eagle Chili Powder on it. Two bottles have lids that are rusty. Two small bottles say"1 oz full measure" on the side. The other bottles have rings on the bottom which I think my aunt pointed out as being important. All bottles are used and need to be cleaned. These would be great for a collector! Early 1900's lot of nine antique perfume bottles Very nice lot of nine antique glass perfume bottles dating to the early 1900's. The tallest stands 8 1/4" and the smallest stands 4 1/4" They all have chamfered ground glass stoppers. The bottles are of molded glass as well as the stoppers. One of the bottles is cobalt(dark blue) in color while all the others are clear glass. These will make a nice addition to a perfume bottle collection or could be the start of a new one. These bottles are in excellent condition with no signs of imperfections. ATTENTION BUYERS If you are allergic to perfumes.
