Pretty diamond shape, adorned at top, bottom and sides with ornate carvings. Circa late 1800's early 1900's. Framed mirror measures approx. 31" wide by 33.5" tall. Mirror view measures approx. 27" square Both wood frame and mirror are in very good condition for their age; there is light aging on wood and a very tiny loss of carving on ornamentation; mirror does have some scratching and a blackish line to note but nothing detrimental. Antique Early Chippendale-style Primitive Hand- Carved Wood Frame Mirror
Offered is an early Chippendale-style primitive mirror. Measure ~27" by ~10" by 1" thick. Simple woodwork on top and bottom panels with radial cutouts and a heart-shaped carved feature on top. There are radially chamfered moulding strips inside the frame and there is gold paint or gilding on them(Pic 4) There is a radial roll-off on the top and bottom panels(pic 3) The glass is silvered so the mirror couldn't have been made before 1835. The silver is missing or deteriorating- the glass is very fragile. The frame is probably made from pine. And there is a veneer about 1/16" thick on the face and sides. It is so dark it's hard to tell the wood, but it looks like cherry to me.The glass is held in by a series of triangular wooden pieces and the back is a shake shingle. Vtg Antique Victorian Gold Gilt Frame Etched Glass Urn Floral Basket Mirror
Welcome to Papa& Nana Treasures* Vintage/ Antique gold gilt frame with etched mirror and a half circle at the top. This is a stunning mirror with a urn. Flower pot at the top and also etched in the mirror. The top of this frame is the urn and it has been repaired. When we purchased this my husband couldn't believe the bad attempt to repair it so my husband took it apart and repaired it the right way. So from the front it's hard to tell it was ever broken off. This is about 37 1/2" tall and 19 1/2" wide(22" at the widest point) but the actual inside measurement would be 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" Both measurments are from the top of the arch to the bottom. Description This handsome antique cast iron frame stands 10 1/2" tall and is 10 3/4" wide. It has a folding stand on the back which allows it to stand freely. The design of the frame is unique and features a French motif. All around the piece are fleur-de-lis. The top has plumes and a helmet. And the feet have griffin like creatures holding shields with a fleur-de-lis. The frame has a mirror; it is not original to the frame but looks good. It could also hold an oval picture 8" long, 6" wide. The frame is in very ice condition with no breaks. No repairs and no losses. The back stand is original and in fine condition. Antique Gold Gesso Round Mirror, For Restoration
This antique mirror unfortunately has issues. There are two areas where gesso is missing and also several cracks in other places. The mirror has somes scratches. Even with flaws. This mirror is very pretty and would be a nice shabby chic addition or a good restoration project. The measurements are 27" tall including gesso and 26" wide. It weighs 12 lbs. Up for bid is an Antique Oak. Drop Front Desk/ Book Case/ Vintage Secretary. It has a flat glass door on the left side with 4 adjustable shelves inside, not counting the bottom/5th shelf. The right side has a 10 1/2 X 11 1/2 Mirror on top, then a drop front desk with 6 small pigeon hole shelves& 1 small drawer. Under drop front there is 1 pull out drawer& under that there is large door with 1 more shelf plus the bottom which totals 2 shelves. This Secretary stands 67" tall, measures 39" across the front and 14" deep from the front to the back. It's in very good vintage condition for it's age& will hold a great deal of items. The Back has written in black"J D Westcott Newport NJ Troley(Trolley is misspelled) This item was likely delivered by Trolley back in the early 1900's" This Beautiful Antique ... moreOak Secretary/Desk is in Very Good Vintage Condition for it's 75-100+ year age. The Mirror has age stains/spots& is slightly loose in the framing. The original wheels on the bottom are in very good condition& still work well. The Shelves are sturdy& Most of the screws& the metal brackets that hold the shelving are modern. The 4 lock/key holes& some of the other hardware are original to my knowledge. But I have not found the correct key for the locks. I believe the Glass Door still has the original Glass. The Drop Down door for the desk is divided into 2 sections with a slight opening in between the top& bottom decorated with fancy wood applique designs. My Mother had this desk refinished in the 1960's which is why it's in such good looking condition today. It's been well cared for over the years. Because it is in vintage condition their is some wear to it that does not take away from the overall peice. There is a small tear to the picture at the bottom that is hard to see unless you look very close and a small chip is missing below the picture between the mirror and portrait. for sale is a very large quartersawn oak hall tree or hall bench with a mirror big enough to be called a pier mirror. it has very nice quartersawn flake throughout the entire piece. mirror is original and is beveled and shows a tiny big of silver loss and some smokiness. it has nice carvings at various places that can be seen. it has neat arms and arm supports that are very thick. Shaped, and has molding cuts. it has a large storage area under the seat. it is a very large hall tree, 88 inches tall, 16.5 inches deep, and 42 inches wide. all the carving is tight and intact, no missing pieces as far as i can tell. it is very solid and sturdy. it has not loose parts or pieces. it has a very nice contoured crest with a cut out in the center. the arm and arm supports are pegged into the hall tree. i hope the pictures are good enough to add to the ... moredescription. hall trees this size are not too plentiful and don't come up for sale often. it may be picked up at my home or shipped at buyer's expense. if shipped i would recommend an antique mover due to the large mirror and large size. good luck.

This wonderful piece measures slightly over 21" in) in length and 8" in) at it's widest. This wonderful wooden piece is painted gold and has a unique carved floral design throughout. The mirror measures approx. 25" inches high x 19.3/4" inch in length and 1.1/2" inch wide. The stand is approximately 25" inches by 10.1/2" inches at the base x 9" inches tall. The base stands on 4 Wooden feet. Front two are bun style and two back are a carved scroll wood design to match upper part of stand. Please see all pictures we have taken various pictures. The bottom right corner has a crack on wood and appears to have been repaired, the left corner has a small separation on where the wood should meet. A one of a kind 19th century repoussed metal mirror/hat hanger. Depicting the images of Christopher Columbus, a native indian, Lady Liberty and a crown on top, probably reflecting the Spanish kingdom. Purchased from an old local estate. It measures 18 1/4" per side, and 4.5" depth(including the hooks) Condition is great considering age. There is a small dent at the bottom, and mirror has some tarnished spots(both shown in pics) Other than that this mirror is an amazing historical and decorative piece from the 1800's. This is a very Beautiful Antique Standing Mirror. The Mirror is in a Hand Carved Wooden Frame. With a Matching stand. The base of the stand is 21" x 7" inches, and the Mirror itself stands 22" inches when it is on it's stand. The mirror was designed so that it could be hung on the wall, or left in the stand.
