Antique dental instrument mirror with bone handle
Bone-handled dental instrument believed to be from the turn of the century. There are no maker marks on this at all. Condition is excellent. You can see some wear around the edges of the face of the mirror and around the place where the mirror and the handle connect(see photos) It's a delicate and beautiful piece. Measures 4 3/4 inches long and the mirror is 1 inch across.

Antique Empire Dresser with Beveled Swivel Mirror 1860s Burled Walnut Located on Long Island. NY This is a very old. Large antique dresser with a swivel, framed beveled mirror. It has the original finish, which I believe is flame burled walnut, with a beautiful wood grain and patina. The end pieces on the base and the mirror supports are carved. The drawers have dovetail joints. Keyholes and the original glass pulls(keys are not included) I purchased this dresser in Atlanta 25 years ago. I was told it was a Civil War era piece dating to the 1860s. Although I have no way of verifying that. The drawers are very large and roomy. This is typical of pieces made at that time. As clothes were stored flat in drawers. This is a large. Solid piece measuring 54 in wide x 26 in deep x 35 in high. The mirror with frame measures approx. 46 in across x ... more37 in high. Overall. This piece is in good condition, but it is old and does have some imperfections. The top surface is very blotchy from what were probably water stains. In addition, the veneer is split on the top right drawer with some pieces of veneer missing, and there is a blemish on the lower left corner of the mirror(please see photo) I don’t see any other major issues with this piece, but please feel free to ask questions. I was told this was hand carved and from Scotland, her family being of Celtic origins. When she gave it to me the finish was very rough. I took my time and with my woodworking skills restored this back to its Original Former Glory. It is magnificent. It is the perfect blend of bold Gothic styling and carved Celtic scroll work, The refinishing of the wood brought out its Natural beauty that had been hidden from 100 years of wear. It simply glows. Antique Vintage OAK PICTURE / MIRROR FRAME large 36" X 23" BEVELED inner edge
This wonderful early OAK picture or mirror frame measures 36" X 23 1/2" on the outside. The frame is 3/4" thick. 3 1/2" wide leaving an inner measurement of 29 1/2" X 16 1/2" The inner edge is beveled and it weighs 8 lbs. As seen in the picture it is strung to hang either verticle or horizontal. I believe it to be from the 1920's. It is just a great old frame. This is an antique spool thread advertising display with a mirror. Across top of frame: MERRICK'S SPOOL COTTON; and remnants of an eagle in the center. It measures 35 1/2" long x 25" high x 4 1/2" deep. The mirror is 29 1/2" x 6 1/2" and has some scratches and some black spots. It is backed by wood. I don't know how this piece originally worked. I think it hung as an independent piece. But maybe was part of something larger or a base piece that this hung over. There are slots on the inside of the frame work(see photo) maybe had sliding wires with spools on them, one wooden rod was there when I got it from my family's estate, and I added one so I could use it as a towel holder. This beautiful mirror measures 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" and is entirely encrusted with pearled shells. Ocean coral and mother-of-pearl flakes. The mirror is very old and still has the original glass. It has a frame of wood over which was covered in plaster. This mirror is heavy- molly bolt heavy. I have included a picture of the side to show the beautiful shells used to encrust it. These giant shells are from pre-war Japan and are very beautiful. I bought all the collector had left. This mirror is elegant and luxurious. It would be a gorgeous addition to any type of decor. Vintage Three Section Antique Silver Plated Mirror Plateau
We are selling a VINTAGE 3 SECTION SILVER PLATE MIRROR PLATEAU. We had purchased this plateau from an estate sale in Tuxedo Park. New York about 45 years ago. The full length with all three-mirror pieces together measures 51 inches long by 17 ¼ inches deep. See Photo) The middle mirror piece can be removed& both end mirror pieces can be joined together for a smaller plateau. The plateau stands 2 ½ inches high. The two ends mirror pieces measures are 15 ½ inches long& the center mirror piece is 20 inches long. This unusual Ladies Dressing table mirror measures 10” wide by 14” high and has had it’s beveled mirror replaced over the century and a quarter since it was made. Beside an almost microscopic crack 1/8” just under the amazing cast of Baucus at the top of the mirror this antique art is flawless. Vintage Sterling Silver Hand Mirror rare, georgeous antique collectible
My pictures do not do this mirror justice. However it is a beautiful old mirror in excellent shape from my mother-in-laws collection. It has a small dent on the edge on each side. Also on the edge are 3 initials that look like possibly e x l, sterling 925/1000 4106. I could not find a silversmith co. with those symbols. It is fancy lettering, It is 5 inches in diameter with total length 7 inches. About 1/2 inch thick& heavy. The beveled mirror inside is a little off center but in overall good condition. Lots of tiny flowers/leaves around the design. This mirror is very old. It has not been cleaned. Ship US only. Thanks for your interest!

This is a beauiful antique American trumeau style mirror with a very nice picture of Mount Vernon above the mirror and then the mirror below. Both are in nice condition though there is a small amount of water damage along the edge of the Mt Vernon picture- see photos. There may be a bit of dust showing on the mirror in the photos. The frame has some wear in a few areas from from use but overall looks good. On. The painting measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" and the mirror portion measures 8 1/2" x 11 1/2" Overall this piece measures 12" x 23 1/4" Reserve is $25. Good luck. A nice old vintage Wood and Gesso ornate picture mirror frame. It is in good condition with some signs of wear and some losses to the applied decorations. It is marked by the maker with a metal tag on the reverse side for Narcissus Mirrors. This large mirror measures 3 feet 1 inch high and 1 foot 11 inches wide. The inner opening measures 2 feet 6 inches high and 1 foot 6 inches wide. It has a nice look like that of the frames on Maxfield Parrish Prints from the Art Deco Nouveau periods. This is an antique/vintage Victorian plateau mirror. The mirror itself is beveled. The bevel is narrow. Just meeting the edge of the decorative scalloped metal trim that surrounds the mirror. This piece measures 14" in diameter and 1.5" in height. It stands on 4 delicately embellished metal feet. The feet and broader scrolled top section each measure 1" in height and 2.5" in width at the top(picture 5) The scalloped trim surrounding the mirror measures.5" in width with an additional.25" wide plain metal banding beneath the scalloped trim. The plain metal banding completely surrounds the mirror as well. All of the trim is complete and in great condition. I think there may be several metals used in the piece, and I don't know with any certainty what they are. The scalloped trim and plain banding are gold, and ... morethe feet are silver(in color, at least) The backing is all original and in tact(pictures 7& 8) The only damage to the piece is in the mirror itself. There are some small surface scratches. There is a good bit of haziness in the glass, and some areas where the silvering has worn thin. Still just a fabulous mirror. There are so many uses for these. This is a vintage or antique gold gilt mirror. Recently purchased at an estate sale. I am unsure of it's age. A sticker on the back reads Made In Italy. The mirror frame is light weight and I believe it is some sort of plastic. In very good, used and vintage condition, it measures 12" X 7 1/8" The back is lined with velvet and there is a hook at the top for hanging. Painted Venetian Mirror. Exquisitely hand carved and painted, outer dimensions 21" X 14 1/2"mirror dimensions 6 1/2 X 8" Decorated with small red flowers and greenery on a gold background. Other flourishes in shades of green. No breaks or repairs but has small paint chips that can be easily touched up. Back is finished nicely. Hanger is hammered. The mirror itself appears to be new. Beautiful soft patina, gently colored by age. The background is a rich golden yellow.

RARE ANTIQUE TIFFANY & Co STERLING SILVER BEVELED MIRROR HAMMERED DESIGN PATTERN
Description I am very pleased to offer this beautiful Antique Tiffany& Co Sterling Silver Mirror. This Mirror has a beautiful hammered pattern and texture to it. It features the original Heavy Beveled Mirror Glass too! There is a bit of spotting on the mirror which I have shown in some of the close up pictures. There is a lovely patina on this piece and I have not cleaned or polished it. The back of the mirror is monogrammed CLB in a beautiful cursive script. The mirror is a total of 11 5/8" long and 5" wide. It weighs 448 grams. The mirror is a bit loose and shifts around but does not& will not fall out. The bottom of the handle is Hallmarked Tiffany& Co. 4333 M435, Sterling. As you can see in the close up picture. There is a small dent at the bottom of the handle and also one on the top left side of the mirror in the ... moresilver. A wonderful addition to any collection or grooming set.

Antique Big Victorian Bedroom Decor Furniture Dresser 1850 Mirror Brush Set
Hello- This is a very special True Victorian Hairbrush Mirror from at the LATEST 1850! The Amber-Yellow glass indicates this. And is never reproduced. When looking into the Etched Amber Glass, Your face is surrounded by the flowers just like my camera is if you can imagine, and your face has an amber glow. I placed it on the 50's mirror so that you can see the difference in the glass's. The big round mirror is part of the set. The Victorian Curling is genuine, I'm not positive of it's age, But these were used even into the 1920's. The brush measures approx. 10" long x 3 1/3" at the widest. And has a wooden brush area to hold the bristles. The metal is a bit tarnished from age, a magnet does not stick to it and I don't know what kind of metal it is. There is some loss to the etching of the flowers, but not ... moretoo much and is still in wonderful condition. The curling iron is approx. 10" long. With a thin crimping rod for"pin curl" size curls. The round mirror has some tarnishing from age. A magnet does not stick to it. The mirror measures approx. 12" long x 9" at the widest.
