ANTIQUE FILIGREE SILVER CALLING CARD CASE WEIGHS 39 GRAMS - C. 1890
This is an antique filigree silver calling card case which measures 3 3/4 inches long x 2 12 inches wide x 1/4 inch deep. Weighs 39 grams and dates to around 1890- 1900. There are no silver marks to be found but I have had it tested and it is 800 silver. The card case opens and closes with a side hinge which is original and in good working order but slightly on the stiff side. There is a very attractive and intricate design to the silver filigree on this card case and this is in very good condition with no splits, cracks, damage or loss to the filigree. For accuracy in my description I will point out that there is a very slight bend or dip to the front and back surface of the card case probably caused by some one pressing too hard- I am sure the buyer can very easily have this pushed out again and it does not detract in any way. A very handsome sterling silver case. With a variety of uses, as usable today as 102 years ago when this was made. The outside of the case is beautifully engine turned with a decorative raised border. There is a vacant circular cartouche to the front which could be engraved by your silversmith if desired. The catch to the side works well, and when pushed opens the case to reveal a tan coloured leather interior, in beautiful condition. There are various compartments suitable for a few credit cards, business cards and an a double postage stamp pouch. Antique English Solid Oak Victorian Sideboard Server 1800s
This fabulous English oak solid wood sideboard is 2 sections- top and bottom. The bottom has 4 drawers and 3 cupboards- the 2 center drawers are bowed. The cupboard side doors are single and center cupboard is a double door. It features a bowed carved front between the drawers and the center compartment- center cupboard is open up into that bowed area. Original brass"butterfly" hardware with a stylized design- one broken handle on bottom center door. The top section features 3 beveled mirrors and 4 shelves supported by carved columns. There is a sunflower motif on the pediment top center along with multiple carved flowers and leaf designs all over the front. Scrolls along the very top and sides. Up for bidding is a SPLIT BAMBOO OR CANE WATER BUCKET with bamboo/can bands. Sides and bottom are constructed of split bamboo slats. In the bottom in the inside is stamped 1902 in red. It tapers at the bottom and is very sturdy. This is a nice addition to any antique setting and could be used in lots of decor options. Measurements: 10 1/2 inches tall by 13 1/4 inches in diameter Condition: Very good vintage condition. There are some spaces between slats and the bottom will remove probably due to drying. Butter churn lid measures 8 1/2 inches across hole measures 1 1/16 inch. Showed distress in a few places but this lid is sturdy. Small level still has liquid and bubble moves freely. Measures 11 7/8 inch long. 1 13/16 inch wide and 7/8 inch tall. Sturdy. Larger level measures 11 7/8 inches long. 2 3/8 inches wide and 1 1/8 inch tall. Only one of the windows is practical. This is an antique Malabar children's fork with a goose etching on the handle. This fork measures 6 inches long with a 2 1\4 by 3\4 inch bowl. The center tines are slightly longer than the 2 outside tines and are a bit bent. The back of the fork is marked Malabar Plate with a WB over an arrow with a W underneath. This fork is worn and tarnished showing it's age. It is a sweet little fork.

Antique Italian Accordian Black w/ White Mother of Pearl Keys #ed 10400 Sunola
Welcome Up for auction is an antique accordian. It still holds air and plays OK although a few of the keys stick a little. There are a bunch of buttons and dials all over and I am not sure what all of them do. It is showing signs of wear in addition to some fading. The original strap is broken, there are a few small holes in the body, where it looks like it had been hanged to use as a display piece. There are markings in the white mother of pearl which say the number 10400. Product of Sunola, and Made in Italy. There are tabs on the front marked Master. Basson, Bandoneon, Violin, and Clarinet. This listing is for a rare antique MOENNIG BROS. ARTIST MODEL#3646 FLUTE still in its original case. It appears complete and in good shape. It is NOT rusted up or dented or beat up in any way. Very nice structurally sound instrument. It looks to me like it is some sort of silver plated metal with the silver starting to rub off? The end of it is stamped: MOENNIG BROS. ARTIST MODEL GERMANY 3646. This would make this flute pre-1944 since from then to 1990's everything made over there was marked West Germany. I believe it is from the late 1930's though from the research I have done. Please check over extensive photos and judge for yourself as I am not an expert. Case has some issues as the back is coming apart at the seam. It still closes but case does have damage to it. The Mother-of-Pearl top valves are slow to respond but are still smooth. There also is a series of small dents about 12 inches down from the 4 ½ inch diameter bell. All five elbows are perfect with no dents and there is no evidence of any restorations. Because we cannot remove the mouthpiece, we cannot fit this horn into its original Pan-American Case. The case is still in good condition and the inside is clean with no musty smells. We realize buying a Musical Instrument. Like this Trumpet, without holding it in your hands is very difficult and we are not musical instrument dealers and none of us play instruments. **~Gorgeous Antique Perfume~Scent Bottle~Gold Gilded~Purple Stone~**
This lovely antique chatelaine perfume bottle has a sterling silver gold gilded cap and collar. Marked sterling but no makers marks. Which is typical of some bottles of this age. Circa 1850-1899. This bottle has a beautiful purple stone set in the center of the top of the cap. The repousse design on the cap is that of leaves and small flowers. The gold gilding on the inside of the cap looks near to what it looked the day it was made, bright and shiny without a spec of rust or corrosion, untypical. This wonderful bottle is from my personal collection. Great care has been taken to this bottle during the last 120 years. The cap and collar are free from dents. Splits, or tears. The 12 vertical paneled glass body is cut in what I would call a“zipper style” Meaning the cuts resemble the teeth of a zipper. There is also a star cut formation on the ... morebottom base of the bottle. The wonderful glass body has no chips or cracks of any kind. The collar has a ring where at one time a chain was attached for it to hang on a chatelaine. Chatelaines were worn by women in the 1800’s as a belt in chains suspending common everyday needful items such as perfume. Vinaigrette, sewing tools, etc. The original glass stopper is intact and is free from chips or cracks. The bottle measures 2 ¾” high including the cap and stone and ¾” wide at the base. use for travel or display these antique bottles are in very nice condition overall. there is one bottle that has a shaker like top it has a light pinkish color enamel top chrome inside top screws on as they all do. the other bottles have small glass stoppers that should have a bit of cork around them a couple are missing the cork surround. one is actually missing the little glass insert and just has cork the bottles azre all very smooth on the bottoms they are 2 3/4 inch across and 2 1/4 inch high not counting the tops with tops they are 3 3/4. the jars are 2 1/4 across and 2 1/2 inch high. the tops are marked Germany and the shorter bottle is marked inside top D R G M email any questions I will try to help. Three of the bottles has small chips or flakes if you will on the lids, the green has one on the outer upper top, the dark rust red ... moreone has a chip off the enamel on the side of top it is a clean chip not ssharp edge. the last one with an issue is the light color gold rust it has a flake off the very top. as stated these are all screw on tops.

Antique beer mug with Meredith's fine rye wiskey featured
Beer mug of unknown age and country of origin. Stands 5" tall. 3 1/4" across top and 3 3/4" across bottom. It has a nice weight to it. Charming scene with a" dandy English man and a fellow drinker of a bottle marked" Meredith's Fine Rye Whiskey" and a deck of cards on the table. Mug is brown glazed ceramic with gold trimmed handle. Condition of handle and and outside of mug is good. Gold trim has worn off top of handle where many hands have held the mug. Several small areas of brown paint missing on front and back as seen in photos# 4& 6. Inside has crazing. Brown staining and one small crack near top. Bottom also heavily crazed with age. Unable to read the mark on bottom due to crazing. It is intact but I can only see the circle of leaves and not the written info. Please pay pal only and pay within 3 ... moredays. Any questions?

WWI Antique Folk Trench Art Brass Artillery Shell Rose Cross Lorraine Gold Paint
This ca. 1919 hand hammered and chased repousse artillery shell measures 12 ½” tall. 4 7/8” across the top, x 3 3/8” at the base and features a hammered textured background with large rose blooms and the Cross Of Lorraine accented in grungy gold paint. It has a most unusual collared neck with broadly ruffled edge and appears to have been drilled for use as a lamp. The surface is untouched with dark brown oxidation with areas of verdigris and expected wear to the gold paint. So many of these were brightly polished in the 60s and 70s that it is most unusual to find an example with original surface. The bottom is stamped with many numerals which are difficult to read. VINTAGE WWI OLD ANTIQUE FUR LINED LEATHER AVIATOR FLIGHT FLYING HELMET w GOGGLES
It will be many a moon before you see this pattern of helmet and goggles again. Very rare and for the collector who thought he had it all. I offer this superb combination of a fur-lined French flying helmet and goggles. The Helmet Please read in detail the condition description above and enlarge and study the photos carefully. As there are many nuances to this very unique helmet that lend credence to the fact that so much of the flight gear worn in the Nieuports and Spads of the day was privately produced with the objective of providing the otherwise unprotected aviators operating them sufficient protection against the frigid winds they so frequently encountered above the trenches during the War. By any estimation. This is a very unique helmet. When I acquired it some time ago I submitted photos of it to an acknowledged expert in the field, ... morethinking initially that it might be of British origin. Instead I was told that it was almost unquestionably French, as were the goggles that are offered here as well. So here they are, offered together in a priceless pairing of vintage headgear rarely, if ever, seen today. The helmet evidences numerous strap fittings. Some long gone. Most remain present, however, but I am at a loss to explain their purpose, which obviously is open to conjecture. I could make a case that, in terms of configuration, this more resembles an RAF 1921 Pattern helmet. But my source said no, as the British'21 pattern was designed exclusively to house an oxygen source at the chin area. Whereas this one was not. Further, he said that the markings on the snaps are French in origin, as are the makers' marks on the goggles. So back to France we go! The exterior leather remains soft and supple. But the cotton thread used to bind its components together had begun to fail. I reinforced many of those weakened areas and replaced the chin strap, which was shredded, with one crafted of new leather, but the new strap is completely faithful in terms of pattern to the original, including the grommets.
