It may not reflect any discounts available through online label printing. Sometimes I find these wonderful old items that beg me to learn more about them.case in point is this old leather box. Besides the fact that it's in extremely good condition for 200 year old tooled and embossed leather. Has a red cloth lined interior with a tab on the lid that hides an extra storage spot and a mark on the metal frame that reads W BREVETE, it has the most wonderful provenance written on a piece of cloth-backed tape on the bottom. It details the ownership of this gem, which once belonged to MARTHA GRAY THOMSON HUDDLESON, who was born in 1777 and died in 1869. In 1799 she married Isaac Huddleson, a ... morephysician in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Their son, John T. Huddleson, also became a physician and took his practice to Delaware County, Pa. It is his grandson, John Taylor Huddleson, for whom this box was intended. The box measures just under 4.5" long, 2.5" wide and 2" high. The front is not flat-hope you can see the slight ribs set about 3/4" from each corner. There are three different embossed designs of scrolls and flowers-two on the front and back, two on the sides and one on the lid-with a thin line bordering the lid and a thicker, black line along the top and bottom of the body. Besides normal wear to the bottom, and a small spot at the back where the leather has begun to split(visible in picture 2) the overall condition is fantastic. The lid is slightly concave.I'm not sure if this is normal for a 200 year old box or if it's from wear. A metal push tab easily opens the box. Red cloth(looks like satin) lines both the lid and interior. The lid has a 1/2" wide strip of material that's been hand-stitched into three segments, not unlike manicure sets of today. RARE!!! ANTIQUE SMALL LEATHER MOCCASIN WITH ATTACHED WOVEN FABRIC-BOOT CONTAINER
For bid is an antique leather miniature moccasin with an attached woven fabric top making a boot container. This was an estate find and the family knew nothing about the item. I am not sure what it was used for. It has a lined inside and a cushion inside bottom. So maybe a pin cushion but seems a bit deep for that. The inside of the moccasin is closed due to the fabric top. Enclosed inside. I know little about the item other than the moccasin is ANTIQUE leather. The fabric top is attached by handstitched thread(pictured) The leather moccasin has hardened over time or maybe something applied to make it stiffer so boot will stand? not sure. The leather portion measures approx. 4 by 1 1/2 inches. Boot measures approx.2 3/4 inches in height and approx. 1 3/4 by 2 1/4 inches across the opening. VERY UNUSUAL ITEM!

Rare - Antique English Leather Ledger / Accounts book locking Mechanism w Key
This is a very unique- and very rare piece. An English Leather Ledger and/or Accounts register locking mechanism- with the original Key. The piece measures approximately 11 1/8 inches by 8 3/4 inches- I say approximately because it would depend on the thickness of the paperwork that you were locking up. The leather straps are 1 1/2 inch wide. There is a great old Brass Lock which holds the straps together. The lock has been riveted onto the leather with copper rivets. The lock is marked Patent in two places. The piece retains its original key. The lock works perfectly- very easy to open and close. To get a better idea of how the piece looks when in use- I have included a couple of pictures with a cardboard insert. Up for sale is a beautiful vintage leather pillow with fringe.So pretty. Hard to part with but but Im downsizing. It has looked very nice on my day bed with several Pendelton blankets. I've had it in the living room on a dark brown couch and it has been a real conversation piece. One side is tan with an ornate lettered"Oregon" diagonally across the front with a series of purple Oregon Grape and a pair of quail or pheasants on the bottom. All four sides of the pillow has leather fringe about four inches by quarter inch wide. The back is a solid gray green. So that the fringe actually has two different colors, brown and green. There are no missing fringe. Highly collectable and rare. One of a kind and gorgeous for decorating in a cabin or western motif. It is in very good condition overall. It is very lightly aged and the pictures ... moreprovide a fairly true depiction of actual pillow. The back has light soil or fading as seen in photo. Im not quite sure what the filling is. Antique Victorian Paper Hand Fan with Leather and Silk Duvelleroy Box
Beautiful paper fan with vivid. Beautiful colors with golden edges and accents. There is a small crack in the fan on one end which had been hand mended with a threaded stitch. The fan is not marked, however, it came with a fan box marked Duvelleroy 17 Passage Panoramas 35 Boul Des Capucines. Box is maroon leather on the outside and maroon silk lined. Box is 11 1/2 inches long and weighs 5 ounces. I will pay standard shipping charges. Outside of box is marked F.A.S. 1895. The box may very well be worth more than the fan, though the fan is lovely. Duvelleroy was at this location in 1895, so I think the engraving is accurate. As with all antiques, there is some natural wear which I tried to show in the pictures. Thank you for looking!

The title of the book reads what we believe says"Susse Gestalten eine neue jahr ogefd richte" We believe it translates to Suzie Creates a Judgment for the new year? This is truly the best we could come-up with. Anyway. The bottom of the cover reads Wien 1884 which is Vienna(the capital of Austria) 1884. All of which is in a depression in the center of the cover and having raised corners decorated with gold metal designs applied to the ... moretop of the cover. The corners decoration is ormolu gold metal designs. The back of the book is plain having no decoration except for some tooled lines. The sides of the book are in red coloring with golden floral design. The box has a clasp to keep it closed. Once opened the inside is a box with a lid having a cloth pull. The entire interior is covered with paper having a repeating design of dots and lines connecting them. We are uncertain if the box is made of cardboard or wood, but we do not think this matters. Please see photos as they are part and parcel of our description. Date: Late 1800 to early 1900s possibly earlier. Origin: Austria Size: The base measures ~7” by 8 3/8" and is ~1 1/4" in thickness. The box weighs about 14 ounces. Maker: Unknown Marks: Unmarked as to the maker. Distinguishing Characteristics- Most Interesting About The Piece: This is definitely a nice box. Antique Leather and Metal Hunting Dog Collar
This 50's dog collar has 8 years of dog licensing plates bolted down around a leather strap. Each plate says"Wayne" then the year the license was for. Then"county, PA" It is in great condition given its age. It has one bend in it that is more fragile than the rest of the collar, but not severely. It is an amazing rustic piece.

Old Leather Dice Cup Shaker Game Bone Dominos & Dice Antique Civil War Era ?
Up for auction is this Antique Brown Leather Dice Cup with 5 small bone dice and 25 bone dominos. Recently purchased from an estate auction. The items came all together. It was listed as a Civil War Game. Dice measure approx. 3/8" square. Dominos are thin and measure approx. 7/8" long and 1/2" wide. Cup measures 3 5/8" tall and 2 3/4" diameter. Leather cup has a seam down the middle and around the circle edge on the bottom. Cup is sturdy and has nice tight stitching. Cup also has carved stars with a small round circle in the middle of the star. Cup is in excellent condition for it's age. Antique French Leather Book Dated 1677 Hand Painted Cover, Made into a Safe/Box
This is a wonderful old leather-bound book entitled Le Parfait Praticien Francois. Printed in 1677. At some point this was fashioned into what(I think) is a jewelry box. The front is hand painted with a very Parisienne or French couple and the inside hollowed out. Please study the pictures carefully. As these best describe the condition of this antique book/box. There is scribble on some pages and foxing. Plus damage to the binding, nonetheless, this is 337 years old! It measures 9-3/4 x 7-3/4-inches. And is 2-1/8-inch thick. There was a note inside that says(we think) Peinture(Painter) La Croix and(Date) 1683. Which adds to the mystery- perhaps it was converted into a box in 1683. The slip of paper is new, so perhaps a previous owner knew something we will never know!

Antique French Victorian era Ladies Leather over Wood Portmanteau - Suitcase
This is a beautifully preserved French Leather over Wood Ladies Portmanteau or Suitcase. This is a Victorian piece that I would date at the late 1800s. The piece measures 22 1/2 inches in length- 8 1/4 inches in width- and stands 11 1/2 inches tall. The piece is very light at around 4 pounds. The interior of the piece is covered in a Black and Gray linen type material. The interior consists of 2 equal sides- with a stiff divider in between. The divider has leather straps which connect to buckles- and a black envelope for storage. The interior is in good. Clean condition commensurate with age. There is very slight fraying of the linen interior. The exterior is extraordinary- Beautiful stenciled leather in a rich Amber color with Black stenciling. There is an intact Brass Lock- but I do not have the Key. The straps across the top are connected ... moreto the back of the case with rivets- the straps are in good condition but the ends- where they meet the buckles- are fragile. I stabilized one of the strap-ends with strapping tape on the underside to insure that it does not deteriorate further. There is a very nice applied"Window" on the top of the case- which I am assuming is for Identification.
