There is one area on the bottom where some of the gold has chipped off, very small and hard to see as someone tried to cover it. This could easily be repaired and covered. This is an antique tiger wood frame 16 1/2" x 21 1/2" wide. It is 14" x 18" on the inside. The print is a Morris and Bendien" Mother and Son" Isreals is in the other corner, probably the artist. The second picture is what is written on the back of the print. There is some darker places on the print that look like tornados where dirt got inside over the years and the frame has some light scratches that I touched up with stain. The biggest spot, picture 4, which is really not all that noticeable. The last picture was taken outside so there is some shading from the trees. One dark spot and one small tear on the matt behind the print. Please look at all the pictures closely and fell free to ask questions. Murphy" This nice print is framed in a beautiful gold gild floral gesso on wood frame. It does have some gesso damage on the corners. But it has been touched up with paint and it is in all corners so it looks nicely symetrical. The print has descent color. The matting around it looks like it got wet in a couple places. Probably through the ripped up backing. I am not sure what is under the backing, but I did take a peak pictures behind one of the rips. It does show age and wear. Needs a good cleaning. ANTIQUE EBONIZED WOODEN FRAME WITH RAISED BEADED GOLD TONE DESIGN. Outer measurements of the frame are 17 ½ inches by 20 ½ inches. The frame and the antique print are from around 1890’s to 1910’s. The print is hand colored. Probably English from the incised stamp on the lower right corner– COLOURED JOSEPH WILSON… Antique print- HAND COLORED– a cardinal. With his red robe, seated in front of a roaring fire, with 2 other figures behind him– one seated and one leaning over the stairway in the up[per left side. The print is also circa 1890– 1900’s. The tone is jovial and relaxed. With piles of books all over, on the table and stacked on a chair near the fireplace. The cardinal has casual slippers on, enjoying a book he is reading near the fire. There is a lot of detail to the print. Unfortunately my pictures do not capture all the details– ... morethe print is much better than it looks in my pictures. The frame is wood. Covered with a gesso, then“EBONIZED” to go along with many furniture pieces of that era. The black gesso has a few chips on the very outside edges of the frame– see my picture of one edge. MEASUREMENTS– outer frame size is 17 ½ inches by 20 ½ inches. There are 2 mats around the print. One off-white and the inside one, a little darker beige, with an inside gold edge. Visible measurement of the print from the front is 7 inches by 10 inches. Old glass and cardboard backing. Leaves and swirls, in greens, orange, and yellow. The painted wood has many places where the paint has flaked off. It is naturally distressed and there have been no attempts at restoration. Antique Litho Landscape Print in Gold Gilt Wood and Colored Floral Gesso Frame
This is a nice vintage framed lithograph print of a lush green landscape around sunset with a home on the water. The print is colorful but is probably faded. And the frame is excellent with only a few tiny scuffs that are difficult to see. The frame is mainly gold with a band of marbled gold and brown around the middle and clusters of gesso flowers and leaves with blue and light pink accents on all four corners. The paper backing in still intact but is taped almost all the way around the back. There is a newer metal hanger attached to the back in the middle of the top edge. The outer dimensions of the frame are 18 1/2" x 22" I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

This is a fantastic antique lithograph print of a young girl playing with her teddy bear and her dog. The colors are beautiful and bold but may be slightly faded. And look excellent in the gold gilt frame. The print is slightly wavy but does not have any creases or tears, or water damage. The frame is in good condition with some small chips of gesso missing that are not obvious because they have been touched up with gold paint. The entire frame looks like it may have been re-painted at one time but still looks slightly darkened from age. The glass, print, and cardboard back panel are held snugly in place with some wooden slats that are nailed to the back with three pieces of a yard stick placed behind them. There is a wire screwed onto the back for wall hanging. The outer measurements of the frame are 26 1/2" x 22 1/2" and the print ... moremeasures 20" x 16" I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

Lovely ANTIQUE Victorian Young Girl PRINT Wood Frame
From an old Estate and we have a beautiful Victorian print of a lovely young Girl! We've seen this print once before. And can't recall the name of it, and its probably stated on the print under the old matting. Its frame measures 19 1/4" long by 11 1/4" wide. The print itself is 17" by 8 7/8" the matting being around 1/2" wide. Although we can't find a date on the bottom as it is probably under the matting, it is more than likely from the early 1900's. It is in an old wood frame that does have numerous scuffs or nicks in the wood, see photos. We have provided many pictures from different angles trying to capture the Beauty of the print with out having any reflections in the glass for you. The print itself is in wonderful condition for its age as we see no damage, maybe a couple of small spots on the ... moreprint or on the back side of the glass, very very faint, you can see the one, right above her right shoulder, the other a 1/2 inch above that, they show worse in the photos than in person. No foxing to the print, still has its muted although gorgeous coloring. We didn't clean the outside of the glass. Until after we took the photos, duh, now its even prettier. Got a ton of dirt off the frame itself, more there if you would like to continue wiping it down. It has a paper backing, you see little spike nails wear it has come loose, has the old wiring to hang it by.
