Ornate Antique Victorian Carved Oak Wood Picture Frame
The outer dimensions of this antique frame are approx. 21 3/4" x 25 3/4" The inside dimensions. What size print will fit, are approx. 14 1/2" x 18 1/2" of course, you could also use a mat) The ornate borders are wood, most of the ones you find have a plaster or gesso that is molded to shape. I would assume that this was not an inexpensive frame in it's day. It is in super condition, with only very slight blemishes- VERY slight. Thanks for viewing this auction.

Antique Victorian Picture Frame - All wood ornate design Gold 10 1/2 x 12 1/2
This is a beautiful Victorian frame. Oval with ornate design all around. Has a 1 1/2" depth. Has a pretty wedding photo in it that looks to be c1910-20. Can be easily replaced. Frame is in good condition. However has a couple of defects, two minor cracks in the wood that have been touched up and don't effect the use of the frame at all, its only on the front layer doesn't go all the way through. I have taken pictures of them close up. Frame measures 10 1/2 x 12 1/2 and the picture is 6 x 8. Very nice piece from the past. TERMS: Payment is due within 3 days from end of Auction. I am not an expert of art. But, I would date this print and frame to the late 19th or perhaps the early 20th century. The frame is lovely with deep well effect. There is one area on the bottom where some of the gold has chipped off, very small and hard to see as someone tried to cover it. This could easily be repaired and covered. The original back has been replaced. The print is lovely of a little bright eyed girl in what appears to be Victorian dress and hat. Overall measures 25 1/2" tall by 19 1/4" wide and 2 1/2" deep. Gesso Gold Ornate Victorian Picture Frame Glass 1909 Blue Anchor Inn Print
This is a framed old print. Copyright 1909 by Frank W. Williams of the"Blue Anchor Inn behind glass. The stunning antique Victorian frame has the original gold paint with raised gesso detailing. It has a nice curvy shape and pretty sprays of Lillie's on all four sides with lots of other gesso details. It is in very good condition with expected wear. There is some missing gesso and hairline cracks. There is some missing wood pieces on the back and some of the veneer in the back has separated. One eyelet does not grip the wood anymore and will need to be moved for hanging. The print is covered with cardboard and held in by old nails. There is no damage to the print as far as I can see except for some dirt/marks. We are selling this framed print as found, in it's original state except for a light dusting. Ornate Victorian Picture Frame Cast Iron Easel, Oval fits 8 x 6 mirror or photo
Cast iron picture frame. Ornate oval, with swivel easel back. Holds 8" x 6" photograph or mirror, Victorian era. Sits on darling legs. And has a beaded inner border, a floral swag border, then the ornate, open scrollwork. Missing two of the three swivel clasps that hold the photograph in place. The side ones are intact and work perfectly. As does the swivel. Overall dimensions are apprx. 12.5" x 9" Is marked 7307. Questions? Please ask. I am not an expert. TWO VICTORIAN STYLE METAL FRAME Here is two antique brass colored metal picture frame with flower pictures in them. Their oval shaped with bubble convex glass.The frames is ornate Victorian style and where made in Italy. These frames have different color backs on them but everything else looks the same.
