It is a great table dating from the 1870s to 1880s. I am confident that it has had an overcoat applied at some point in its past, but it has a warm mellow touch to the medium walnut stain finish. The table consists of walnut and mahogany. It is all hand carved with the floral arrangements on the serpentine skirts and cabriole style legs. The four legs are joined together with cross stretchers in the center with a huge center finial that is an open cup. The overall size is 36 inches long, 26 inches deep and 30 inches high. The overall condition is good and tight. There are a couple of minute chips on the marble that we will detail out prior to shipping.

Ornate Antique Victorian Carved Oak Wood Picture Frame
The outer dimensions of this antique frame are approx. 21 3/4" x 25 3/4" The inside dimensions. What size print will fit, are approx. 14 1/2" x 18 1/2" of course, you could also use a mat) The ornate borders are wood, most of the ones you find have a plaster or gesso that is molded to shape. First of all they are 17 ¾ inches by 15 ¾ inches(outside) 9 ¾ inches by 7 ¾ inches(image area) They are in very nice condition, but not perfect. They do have some rubs, minor nicks, and some discoloration in the gold areas. These were purchased at an estate sale. They do each have glass in them, with a wood backing, ready for you to add your favorite photo or painting. The outside frame itself is 4 inches in width and 3 ¾ inches thick. It is actually 3 frames together, the inner frame being the gold gilt. You have a nice 1 ½ inch black carved portion, setting off the two gold frames. THIS AUCTION IS FOR A VICTORIAN MAT. The beautiful antique is the wooden interior section of a frame. Covered in dark peacock blue velvet. Framing the oval opening, for the photograph or print, is intricate open-carved celluloid trim. The celluloid is a(hard to describe) celery/bone/natural color. It is intact except for one 3/4" section which is missing, as shown in my photos. Overall measurements are 8 3/4" wide x 11" high x 3/4" deep. The opening measures 3 3/4" wide x 5" high. ANTIQUE Victorian Aesthetic CARVED Black Lacquer Ebony Picture Frame 1800's WOW
This is an Antique Picture Frame. It dates from the mid 1800's and measures 12 3/16ths by 14 3/16ths inches. It is black lacquer over wood with gold gilt. This is frame in frame construction. One wood frame inside another. The outer frames black lacquer is cut or carved to reveal the chalk or plaster underneath that is over the wood. Shown in my photos is a corner view of the construction and a view of each corners hand cut decoration. It has a cheezy 1960's Robert Wood copy print in it, I'm sure you can do better than that! Good condition for its years, but not without minor flaws.

Don't pass this one up! A gorgeous. Ornate picture frame from the Victorian era, in fantastic condition. Beautifully made, this wood frame has very elaborate carved flowers and scrolls decorating the corners and center parts of the frame. There are a few very small, minor losses to the frame and I have taken photos of those. This is a solid frame and is in excellent condition for its' age. The frame will fit a work of art that is 16 x 20. The overall size of the frame is 20 x 24. The reverse side of the frame has an old cotton cord still attached and has some old pieces of backing paper on the edges. Frame does not have any glass or backing board. fanciful Victorian era 1800's ebonized gesso frame- with spoon carved aesthetic designs- an urn with flowers from the right side. A fan& flowers on the left& geometric patterns across the top- unusually shaped sides. Leaves. Flourishes and intricate diamond hatch designs decorate this large stunning gold frame. The frame will hold a 16 by 20 or(20 x16) portrait, landscape or can be fitted with a custom mirror. The outside dimensions measure 27 inches by 31 inches with a nice thick 6 inch frame width. Overall in nice condition with only a few edge/corner chips(photographed) and could use a good cleaning after years of storage. Antique Floral Carved Victorian Picture Frame Original Glass Black Forest Style
Up for auction is an antique 19th Century folk art Black Forest style picture frame. With what appears to be original glass, recently found at auction in the Chester County, PA area. It is found in good used condition. There are half flower style flower carvings in a repeating pattern form. It may be hand carved. Regardless, it is of very fine quality. This frame will accommodate any 5 1/2" x 11" The overall size of the entire frame is approximately 10" x 15 1/2" in size. There are a few air bubbles in the glass, indicating age. The hanging wire is missing and will need to be replaced. There are some losses to the original finish is some areas. This is seen in the photos. Mounted on a mid to late 20th century oval gilt wood frame with painted and gilt edged liner, the profile mounted on dark blue painted reverse masonite.
