Antique Victorian Picture Frame - All wood ornate design Gold 10 1/2 x 12 1/2
This is a beautiful Victorian frame. Oval with ornate design all around. Has a 1 1/2" depth. Has a pretty wedding photo in it that looks to be c1910-20. Can be easily replaced. Frame is in good condition. However has a couple of defects, two minor cracks in the wood that have been touched up and don't effect the use of the frame at all, its only on the front layer doesn't go all the way through. I have taken pictures of them close up. Frame measures 10 1/2 x 12 1/2 and the picture is 6 x 8. Very nice piece from the past. TERMS: Payment is due within 3 days from end of Auction. Here are two gorgeous antique photograph picture frames made from brass links that join together to give a chain effect. Beautifully made little items that need a clean up but are in very nice condition. The smaller frame measures 6cm x 7.5cm approx and the larger one is 6.5 x 8cm approx. LG ANTIQUE WALNUT FRAME 26+X31 OLD ENGRAVING OF 2 WELL-DRESSED VICTORIAN WOMEN
LARGE ANTIQUE DEEP WALNUT FRAME WITH BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE ENGRAVING OF TWO WOMEN– name on lower center is“PRES DES CASCADES– NEAR THE FALLS. Walnut frame and engraving are both circa 1860– 1880’s. Probably original to the frame. Old wavy glass and old wood backing. Both probably original to the frame. Two women are seated near waterfalls– each is wearing a fancy Victorian dress. Bonnets, and one is holding a parasol. Maybe Niagara Falls? Antique print has some all-over age discoloration. More noticeable on the margins than on the print. The discoloration does not detract from the print because it is hardly noticeable. Framed in an early Victorian walnut frame with original Victorian gold tone liner- both in original condition– a few discolorations on the gold tone liner– especially on the lower edge– see my pictures. The outer corners of the ... moreframe are tight– no wiggle. No spaces. Frame has old glass and wood backing. The lower right edge of the print is marked: ANNEDOUCHE SCULP. The lower left edge is marked: BROCHARD PINX The lower center has the title of the print PRES DES CASCADES– NEAR THE FALLS. In small print below the engraving is IMPRIME PAR ALFRED JARDON JEUNE 3 RUE RACINE PARIS. At the very bottom is AM WASSERFALL. I have added photos of the writing but it is very light. Frame outside edges measured from the back are 26 ½ inches by 31 ¾ inches. Frame& contents weigh about 12- 13 pounds before any packing materials. Opening size for the glass and contents is 21 ¾ inches by 27 inches. The frame measures over 2 inches from the side. ALL SALES FINAL. I am selling items that are over a hundred years old. Beautiful antique Victorian Eastlake hand painted gold accented shadow box frame. This piece is in overall good antique condition. With some wear from age to the frame. It has some slight nicks, but no big chips. Very nice piece. There is a chip to the wood piece that holds the pictures in place, it won't be seen when it is in use. Great estate find! The whole frame measures just under 3 1/2" deep, 17" high by 15" wide, and the inner portion measures 9 3/4" high by 7 3/4" wide. Great piece to add to your collection! Thanks for looking!

These frames both date from the late 1800s. One is of wood with heavy gilt gesso appliqués. The other is of carved walnut with white painted inner frame. You are looking at 1 of 2 matching Shadow Box Frame with portrait Glass. I purchase the pair at an Estate Sale in Newport Road Inland. This frame is made of wood and has a few minor scratches. The frame is in very good condtion for its age. Around 1810-1830. The Flowers and molding on the frame are all intact. There is a nice 1/2" wide white trim that border's the inner part of the frame. The painting is a portrait of a woman in a black dress and a white collar. I don't know who it is in the painting or who painted the p. I didn't take the painting out of the frame to check. You are bidding on some unique pictures. These were handmade sometime in the 30s or 40s by my husband’s great uncle. The frames are wooden painted white with gold highlights. They measure 11” by 13” and are about 1 ¾” deep. They have cardboard tacked on the back with a wire for hanging. The opening is lined with a sort of pinkish. Salmon velvet. The opening is about 7 ½” by 9 ½” The ceramic plaque that is framed is about 6” by 5” The plaque is a three dimensional plaque with a Victorian couple. The plaque is porcelain. Both pictures have the same figures. But in reverse. I see no chips or missing parts on the porcelain. I do not know if there is a maker on the back of the plaque since it is sealed in. This is a great looking antique Art Nouveau or Victorian figural iron standing frame with two ladies and two griffins. Along with other beautiful decorations. It probably dates turn-of-the-century. Approximately 1890s to 1910s. It measures 12 3/4 inches tall by 9 1/4 inches wide overall(32.4 cm x 23.5 cm) The back opening size is 6 inches x 4 1/4 inches(15.3 cm x 10.8 cm) I'm not sure where it was made and what the different decorations symbolize. Antique Victorian Primitive Lot of 2 Tramp Art Picture Frames Hand Made
Hello all. Up for sale is a lot of two Victorian Tramp Art picture frames from Ca. 1890-1900. These have been in my family for a long time. So I'm not sure where exactly they came from; my guess is that the smaller one is German, because it is backed with German newsprint. You are bidding on a really rare find. 2(Pair) Antique Victorian Bradley& Hubbard Northwind Bacchus Mirrors. These mirrors came from local estate. They are very similar but are NOT identical. There are 3 Differences That I can see. The first is that one mirror is beveled glass and the other is flat. I believe the beveled glass is original. The second difference is the beveled glass mirror has a more worn gold finish. The paint is wearing in many areas and the color is not as uniform. Thirdly is a small knob on the bottom center that is present on the flat glass mirror but not on the beveled glass. Otherwise these are identical as far as I can tell. Large Antique Victorian Wood Ornate Gold Gesso Frame Flowers 37" x 30" x 2 1/2"
Gorgeous and elegant antique wood& plaster gold gesso frame. Leaf and flower design. Heavy SOLID frame. This frame used to display an antique oil painting from a very well listed German artist that was sold. I was not able to ship the frame abroad because it was too expensive for the buyer. The frame has some dings on it and some small cracks. It also has some small chips in the plaster. The frame shows very well and is in nice overall condition. It could use a cleaning. Little dusty. Please see pictures for more details. The gold color is still pretty bold which either tells me it has been very well kept or it was possibly re painted somewhere along the line. Antique Miniature ADIRONDACK Victorian Frame A. FRENCH Co. 2 1/2 x 3 1/4 c.1871
Here is a terribly cute. Tee-tiny antique Adirondack style picture frame. I have never seen one this small and delicate. The entire frame measures 5 5/8 x 5 5/8 ins. The inner rabbet is about 2 1/2 x 3 3/8 ins.approx. Since I am not going to take the backing off, I cannot measure it perfectly, but that is close. Looks like it was made for an old tintype photograph. Or maybe a salesman's sample, but it is so delicate, I am certain if it had been it would not have survived all these decades. On the back are two embossed stamps into the cardboard. One reads Trade Boston Mark, in a star. the other reads A or B. French Co. Boston, Sole Gents.Then in the center June 27, 1871. Antique 2.25" Deep Wanut Victorian Picture Frame 8x10 With Oval Gold Beval Mat
This beautiful antique picture frame is about 2.25" deep. Good condition for its age. The oval mat is discolored along one side but still in good shape. Comes with glass and old wood backing. Outside measurement is 12" x 14" with 8x10 opening and a 5.5" x 7.5" gold beveled oval opening in the mat. This is very similar to another frame I as selling on ebay. The pattern of the guilded liner is different but would make a great pair hung side by side.
